Complaint marked as Resolved I followed up the issue on Twitter. I was asked to try processing the refund again. This time, I chose the NEFT transfer option. After 2-3 days, the amount was finally credited into my bank account !
Maybe, it was some technical issue due to which refund was not getting credited back into the original credit card all this time. The whole experience could have been better though. I have to come expect better from yatra.com

Updated by souvikkrm As I mentioned in the original complaint, I have done this multiple times. Every time I do this, I get a message saying "Your refund of amount Rs. 10, 407 has been initiated successfully from Yatra into your originals mode(s) of payment. Your ARN details will be shared with you shortly." But I never receive the ARN details for tracking. The refund is yet to be processed.

Updated by souvikkrm Any update on this ? I'm yet to receive the refund. I have tried claiming the refund multiple times, but didn't receive any mail with ARN details. I try re-opening the support ticket, but it gets resolved automatically without any explanation.
