      Bus Cancelled by operator, I booked bus in yatra.com but got cancellation message from ABHIBUS with Same PNR Number AT[protected] and I confirmed with bus operator as well. All the relevant Screenshots have been attached, no response from yatra even after several emails and no customer care number for yatra.

      Some how I managed to talk to them over Flight Booking support number, and they said they've initiated the refund now and given a reference number for this refund request, reference number was 27358350, and said it'll take 7-10 days to return the refund, let's see what's gonna happen.

        I booked a Lodge using Yatra.com.
        Booked Lodge: Aruna Lodge
        Location: Gingee
        Booking ID: TG:27057231
        Check in : 24th Jan and Check out: 25th Jan
        When I reached the location, I was informed by Aruna Lodge owner that he never registered his Lodge in any online booking portal.
        I tried calling customer care of Yatra but no one picked. I even dropped an email to support I'd but got a reply after 2 days.If Yatra cannot verify in person then why getting listed as service provider. It's we the common people who is struggling when the service is not provided.
        Either they have to properly verify the location in person else attend the customer when they need help with valid customer support.
        More over Yatra charged over 3000rs for ac room but the actual room rent is just 1500rs as updated by Aruna Lodge owner.
        This seems to be new kind of scam and Yatra seems to be supporting the scammers instead of customers which I feel by the way I got reply for the complain email

          Booking ref[protected] . The airlines had cancelled the flight and raised a full refund 12402 to yatra . But still yatra is not yet processed to my bank account . It’s been nearly 9months . No one is responding to my emails and no customer call service to speak to their representatives

          I had given complaints from multiple yatra sources from last 9months and completely fed up with yatra services . I have nearly 25emails which I had forwarded to yatra customer support, every time they will say to wait for next 5-7 days but I will not get any further reply from anyone .

            My flight ticket was cancelled by the airline due to covid and they have refunded my money to Yatra. In my Yatra account the money is reflected (only half of the total money paid). Now I need to travel but I am unable to do the booking at Yatra website. When I try to login to the Yatra website it suggests to logon to new website which I cannot do so. When my brother tries to login to the new website he is able to do so with his email ID. This looks like Yatra is purposefully avoiding me to login since I have credit in my account.

                    We had booked a round trip flight from Bangalore to Delhi for 12th April, 2020. Since the nationwide COVID lockdown had started, all flights were cancelled & we are supposed to be given full refund.

                    We are yet to receive the refund for New Delhi to Bangalore leg of the trip, which amounts to a refund of ~10k.

                    Whenever I press the button to process my refund, I get a message that the airlines has accepted my request & my ARN details will shared shortly, but that never happens. I have now attempted this multiple times over last 1-2 weeks.

                    I also filed an official complaint with Yatra (id:[protected], but that got closed multiple times without any proper communication (image attached)

                    Please help us get the refund.

                    I followed up the issue on Twitter. I was asked to try processing the refund again. This time, I chose the NEFT transfer option. After 2-3 days, the amount was finally credited into my bank account ! Maybe, it was some technical issue due to which refund was not getting credited back into the original credit card all this time. The whole experience could have been better though. I have to come expect better from yatra.com

                    As I mentioned in the original complaint, I have done this multiple times. Every time I do this, I get a message saying "Your refund of amount Rs. 10, 407 has been initiated successfully from Yatra into your originals mode(s) of payment. Your ARN details will be shared with you shortly." But I never receive the ARN details for tracking. The refund is yet to be processed.

                    Any update on this ? I'm yet to receive the refund. I have tried claiming the refund multiple times, but didn't receive any mail with ARN details. I try re-opening the support ticket, but it gets resolved automatically without any explanation.

                        I tried to book tickets from Bangalore to Goa and Goa to Bangalore from yatra and payment got deducted and due to some technical issues from yatra tickets didn’t get booked. I tried to reach out to them with several mails. But I have not heard back from them. It’s not a small amount. It is RS 15000. I don’t know why they have opened business if their Customer support sucks

                          I've followed as per the instructions given by the yatra app but the ticket isn't confirmed which shows failed but the amount debited from my bank account which is ridiculous. Fraud people don't ever use this app very worst customer service. Why there is no phone support for train and bus tickets which is only available for flights. Even a food delivery app have phone support why should not u.???? Just remove bus and train booking from your app.

                              I have booked tikets for trip from Chennai to Varanasi and back to Chennai - INDIGO - Airlines which got cancelled due to flight cancellation and INDIGO informed they have given the amount to Agent - Yatra.com. in the month of April & July 2020 itself. as detailed below. But till this date I have not received the refund amount from Yatra.Com.

                                  I tried booking a flight yesterday for a roundtrip of Delhi to Goa. After transacting through UPI, My payment of rs 9832 got deducted but it showed that my booking did not take place. There is no response from the email ID listed on the platform too. Many others are facing this issue too and it's horrible! I need to book it soon but my money is stuck with Yatra.com.
                                  There is no customer care number as well!

                                      My Booking With YATRA
                                      Reference Number[protected] and Hotel Confirmation Number: YAT[protected]

                                      Payment was made for the above booking number mentioned and Yatra website confirmed the booking, but the hotel rejected this booking.

                                      Checkin was at 12.00hrs on 24th January but instead of multiple complaints, yatra is not responding,
                                      Complaint(request id) no. 27051474 Was raised by me but not resolved and again i have raised feedback for the same complaint.

                                      All this Customer Support No.[protected] and email ID: [protected]@yatra.com provided by them seems to be fake, Since No calls were attended by them.

                                      After many complaints,
                                      they have replied a mail (that too after my supposed checkout time), as follows,

                                      Greetings from Yatra.com!

                                      This is in regards to your booking under reference number[protected].

                                      We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This needs to be investigated with the hotel, which may take up to 24-48 Hours. Our service team shall contact you shortly with an update.

                                      We appreciate your patience and suggest you to consider this issue in isolation and not a representation of regular services we provide to our customers.

                                      Now even after repeated complaints through emails, Yatra is not responding and have not made any refund.
                                      Not even a single courtesy call from them.

                                        I have booked bus ticket using yatra app.my ticket was not confirmed but ticket amount has been deducted from my bank account.please refund my amount.
