    I had booked my flight tickets in December 2020 and also cancelled in a week the refund was promised by yatra but it's been 2 month and I havent received any money and nor there is any contact number to get the refund status.

      We had booked a round trip flight from Bangalore to Delhi for 12th April, 2020. Since the nationwide COVID lockdown had started, all flights were cancelled & we are supposed to be given full refund.

      We are yet to receive the refund for New Delhi to Bangalore leg of the trip, which amounts to a refund of ~10k.

        I tried to book tickets from Bangalore to Goa and Goa to Bangalore from yatra and payment got deducted and due to some technical issues from yatra tickets didn’t get booked. I tried to reach out to them with several mails. But I have not heard back from them. It’s not a small amount. It is RS 15000. I don’t know why they have opened business if their Customer support sucks

          I've followed as per the instructions given by the yatra app but the ticket isn't confirmed which shows failed but the amount debited from my bank account which is ridiculous. Fraud people don't ever use this app very worst customer service. Why there is no phone support for train and bus tickets which is only available for flights. Even a food delivery app have phone support why should not u.???? Just remove bus and train booking from your app.

              I have booked tikets for trip from Chennai to Varanasi and back to Chennai - INDIGO - Airlines which got cancelled due to flight cancellation and INDIGO informed they have given the amount to Agent - Yatra.com. in the month of April & July 2020 itself. as detailed below. But till this date I have not received the refund amount from Yatra.Com.

                  I tried booking a flight yesterday for a roundtrip of Delhi to Goa. After transacting through UPI, My payment of rs 9832 got deducted but it showed that my booking did not take place. There is no response from the email ID listed on the platform too. Many others are facing this issue too and it's horrible! I need to book it soon but my money is stuck with Yatra.com.
                  There is no customer care number as well!

                      My Booking With YATRA
                      Reference Number[protected] and Hotel Confirmation Number: YAT[protected]

                      Payment was made for the above booking number mentioned and Yatra website confirmed the booking, but the hotel rejected this booking.

                      Checkin was at 12.00hrs on 24th January but instead of multiple complaints, yatra is not responding,
                      Complaint(request id) no. 27051474 Was raised by me but not resolved and again i have raised feedback for the same complaint.

                      All this Customer Support No.[protected] and email ID: [protected]@yatra.com provided by them seems to be fake, Since No calls were attended by them.

                      After many complaints,
                      they have replied a mail (that too after my supposed checkout time), as follows,

                          I booked a ticket for my friend and had to immediately cancel due to a spelling mistake. I immediately got it cancelled via Indigo airlines and booked another ticket from Yatra.com

                          Since then indigo claims to have refunded the amount to Yatra but there has been no confirmation from Yatra. It says to wait 48 hours but it's been more than 2 weeks now. I can't talk to a customer care executive and no one is replying on the email. This is distressing.

                            Booked flight ticket on yatra website, Amount deducted in my pnb account on two times but booked one flight ticket.

                            I faced problem on 08 nov 2020, doing the transaction online through pnb internet banking, amount had been deducted in two times in my pnb account but i have received one ticket only i complicated yatra web site but not any good response, till now the deducted money does not refund to my account, so i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve problem as soon as possible all supporting documents have been attached along with this application.

                              My air tickets to Dubai were cancelled by the airline itself, and they have spoken to me and said I will recieve a 100% refund. I had booked it through Yatra website, and when i go to claim my refund, it still says that 18000₹ will be airline cancellation charges. Tried contacting Yatra through calls and emails both MULTIPLE times but have received no resolution. Please please help.

                                      I cancelled my air india ticket booked through yatra due to rescheduling of flight and AirIndia has the process to initiate the refund only if the agent i.e. yatra (in my case) initiate the process from their end. Even after repeated emails to yatra from the last 2 months for claiming the refund the company haven't taken any action and the airline team is also not helping. They don't even have a helpline number for airlines customers. Its really frustrating and i will not want to book any tickets through them again.
