I booked ticket from bhopal to Shivpuri & at last moment bus operator cancelled the bus, so i have to book another bus in urgency. The bus operator said you will get your refund but neither yatra & hans travel provided me my full refund.

    I tried to book bus ticket (Delhi-Manali ) from Yatra.com on 22nd Dec, 2021 however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my google pay account .

    I request this problem to be reached out to Yatra team by consumer complaint means, so that they resolve this out asap.

    I have attached screenshot of my transaction & confirmation from yatra.

      Address: 1101, 11th Floor, Tower B, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector – 39, Gurgaon – 122001.

      I had booked tickets(The booking reference number YT[protected] on 17.01.20 for travel on 20.06.20. The airline cancelled the flight due to Covid restrictions. Since June following up with Yatra.com for refund of tickets. Every mail was responded with the refund will be credited in your account in 7 to 10days. Later on October 13th posted my grievance on this FB page, i was asked to furnish bank details, the same was mailed to customer care. But till date the refund has not been credited. Its been so long Yatra has not cleared this issue. I had also booked few tickets with other travel agency, they had refunded the same in July 2020 itself.

          I have booked at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Panjim Goa using yatra.com website and also paid the amount. I received the confirmation mail from the yatra.com but no confirmation from the hotel.

          Upon contacting the hotel, i was shocked to know that they have not received any booking and the confirmation mail and booking id from the yatra.com was not valid. I tried contacting the yatra.com several times but to no avail and only bots are replying. Sending email to [protected]@yatra.com also was of no use.

          Never use the yatra.com. They don't inform the Hotel after booking.

              The flight which I booked for 27th March got cancelled. The airlines have processed the refund from their end, but the amount has not been returned by Yatra agency itself till now. They do not even respond on the emails other than
              in the form the of automated computer generated responses. I wonder why they don't even have any customer care number for domestic flights support.

              Kindly process the refund as soon as possible. My trust in your company/app which I have been using for many years have gone for toss now.

                Despite several emails to [protected]@yatra.com,

                [protected]@yatra.com
                I am not able to get my refund that was issued by goair for pnr J62DPC. I am sending am email since[protected].
                I had also received a response from yatra confirming thag I will be getting refund but it's not getting issued.
                Not sure how to deal with this.

                  Hi, i had booked my tickets from yatra dated 20 Apr 2020 costing Rs2232. Due to lock down, the Air India flight was cancelled. I had checked with the airlines, and they confirmed to refund the entire amount once Yatra raises the request.
                  I have been chasinng Yatra customer care to take action on the same but nothing is being done and i am not getting any reply from Yatra.com.

                      Booking number[protected], yatra emailed me that refund has been already processed and the amount 28261.0 Rupees will get transfer to my bank account. But still the amount is not credited to my bank account, even various times I checked with Bank officers as well. There is no thread of the refund under Bank Transaction ID [protected] which yatra has provided to me. It's a pathetic process now to get my own money. Please help asap.

                        Dear concern,

                        We tried to cancel our flight tickets reference no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

                        By using our Yatra login but it is not working so we cancelled the tickets directly from airlines. Now our refund will be done by your side so please let me know the duration of processing refund.

                        I tried every link as well as your website but nothing is working there is no one to answer my queries. I feel like I m stuck in a very bad services.
                        It is a worst experience with Yatra.com.
                        If possible, please provide me a contact number from where I can get all the details and status update.

                                Hi,
                                I am Sumedha and I booked a ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Patna for traveling on 14/1/2021.I had booked it using the yatra application on 12/01/2021 and payment was made through Google pay. I have attached the transaction proof with this mail. The payment was successful but I didn't get any ticket confirmation from you through email or in the application. I also registered the complaint on the application and mailed yatra support but have not received any response so far. Request you to kindly call on my mobile number registered with yatra and process my refund at the earliest

                                      Yatra randomly listed my property without my consent, and they've charge 3x times the amount we charge for our hotel. This is so unfair, that people might look into it and they lose interest in our property. I have mailed them several times, yet they fail to respond, If there's any section on how I can file a case on Yatra let me know

                                        Address: Mycon Acropolis Flat No 103 Cyber Hills, Madhapur Hyderabad

                                        Today I booked a ticket from Tirupati to Hyderabad on 13th. Actually I booked on 12th. Within a minute I tried to contact your people to cancel. As per Govt guidelines any ticket can cancelled within hour without cancelation charges. So please refund my total money. PNR PN9PVD

As checked the reservation history from our end and we would like to inform you that the booking has been confirmed as per the search made. We would like to inform you that in case of cancelation charges will be applicable as per the fare rule. Request you to kindly refer to the given link for the cancellation online. Please note online cancelation can be done up to 12 hrs prior to departure and will the airline directly up to 4 hours prior to departure.
