Dear Sir/Madam,
Please find in attachment the description, details and proof of the complaint in subject.
I hope your company will ( rather should already have done ), take necessary action to refund our money ASAP and finally put an end to this unfortunate episode and help you maintain a reputation that we thought you were worthy of at the time of booking the tickets through your site. Alas !!!

    Amount of Rs. 10064.00 has been debited from my account, however, booking status is shown as unsuccessful.

    Please refund the amount as soon as possible, so that I can complete my booking. Please treat this as urgent.

        Hi,

        I had make a hotel booking via yatra app. Money got deducted but the booking is not found on the app or on login. Fortunately I received a mail with booking reference number from yatra. But now when I want to cancel my booking I'm unable to do it because my booking can't be found, and I have written several mails to yatra and called them but to no avail.
        I saw their social media and there are so many complaints with the same problem.
        There is no way to contact them on call as it says send email or when you call it disconnects.
        Our plans changed due to some medical emergency and now we're unable to cancel the booking and get back our money.

        Please find the details attached.

          Dear yatra,

          My name is lakshmi narayanan I booked chennai to coimbatore round trip tickets for 4 passengers for traveling on 20/1/2021. I booked the tickets using yatra application on 01/07/2021 and payment made through Google pay. I have attached the transaction proof with this mail. After payment is done I didn't get any tickets confirmation from you through email or in the application. I felt really coz I have booked tickets before thrice in the same application. I also registered the complaint in the application 6 hours ago but no response. So kindly call to my register mobile number [protected] and let me know. It's a huge money I used to book and it's a emergency trip so kindly do the needful.

              I have booked a stay in Royal sunderban wild resort through yatra
              . Com making full payment but after calling the resort to confirm they are denying the booking. Mailing and calling to yatra is giving to reply.

                My flight got cancelled by airlines on 9th September 2020 .I Requested refund from Yatra.com They are just saying Airlines have not refunded the money to yatra. But it is now January 2021. Everytime I call their customer care they tell me same thing and they say we can't promise you any date. I called airlines as well but airline said only Yatra.com can help you.

                    I have an open complaint for more than few weeks now, wherein I requested for refund against my booking which was cancelled by airline however i got the reply that i should use credit shell which i have received against that booking but i can't see the credit shell option and even after multiple follow up no one is answering me where that credit shell amount is and how I'm gonna use that. I wanted to use the remaining 8416 INR (my remaining credit shell balance as per Yatra website) for an upcoming trip but I highly doubt if i would be able to use that unless your pathetic customer support team responds and help me.

                    Customer support team has blocked all avenues to contact them except the email id route i.e. [protected]@yatra.com. Even after multiple follow-ups, they are not responding. Kindly let the customers connect via call and don't hang them waiting for a response via email.

                      Yatra Booking Ref Number:[protected]. (Ahm mel Ahm - 03 pax).

                      Yatra processed Refund amount of Rs.1, 22, 573.01 on 21.10.2020 and in ICICI Amazon Pay credit card ending last four digit 5009 in respect of card holder Mayur Shah against transaction for an amount of Rs.1, 28, 207.00 dated December 02, 2019.

                      Refund Details given by Yatra are as under. PayU id - [protected] ARN/RRN - 74056630308933685668645. (06.11.2020)

                      But, bank reference number not given by Yatra. That means refund amount not debited from Yatra bank account. Only provided payment gate way details. Not bank details.

                      As refund not reflected/received in credit card, complain raised at ICICI despute team on 10.11.2020. Icici investigating the case. Bank is also taking too much time. Icici bank charge back on Yatra. However, till the date, refund not received from Yatra to ICICI bank Amazon pay credit card.

                      Yatra is cheating with customer. Yatra and Bank both are eating from one dish. Dish is our own. They are enjoying our dish.

                        I have made a hotel booking for three days (24.12.20 - 27.12.20) at Digha in Hotel Surya Deep via yatra, com (booking reference number[protected]. But the hotel manager refused the booking and said they don't have any booking in Yatra or any online site so I was bound to pay again in cash for the same duration. I have attached the booking receipt done through yatra.com and the hotel bill cash receipt for your reference
                        I have already mailed several times to yatra.com for refund of Rs 5141 which was paid for the booking, But they replied they will resolve it within 24-48 hours. It is already 10 days from the first day of complaint.

                          I Parth Desai had made a booking with Yatra.com for a flight in February 2021 with PNR No. SQSK9R from Ahmedabad to Mumbai.

                          The flight was rescheduled due to which the booking was cancelled.

                          As intimated by the airline company, they have given refund to Yatra.com charges, however Yatra company is denying to provide the refund.

                          The booking was done using a coupon which I had . And against it I had asked Yatra to give me another coupon or yatra credit, however they are denying the same and denying to refund me the amount.

                          The company has also stopped customer care support call line.

                          Request you to help and please provide your support in this matter.

                          As checked and found booking was canceled as per the airline cancelation charges. Hence refund was processed accordingly. Since you have made the booking using Gift Voucher hence in case of cancellation the GV is non-refundable and non-reusable. Request you to kindly refer to the Tn-C's shared with you. Hence no-refund due from our end.

                          Please note that the cancellation was done due to reschedule of airlines. The Gift Voucher used was against money spent from my side and not a free of cost voucher.
                          If the flight is cancelled and Yatra has received the refund money from the airlines, Yatra can at least refund through a voucher or yatra money which can be used again with Yatra.com.
                          Non refund of money due to no fault of mine and quoting complex Tn-C's are not justifiable . It will only result that Yatra gaining the money and on the contrary am loosing my bought Voucher.

                            We were advised by Spice Jet that the flight was cancelled, hence opted for a full refund which should have been Rs. 11234.48.
                            But later showing as only fees and charges refundable for an amount of Rs 3854.48 only with Rs 6, 000 airline deduction and Rs 800.02 deduction by Yatra.
                            When checked with Spice Jet, they said full refund has been processed from their end.

                                I want to complaint against the bus service mentioned in the subject i.e. Prabh Tour and Travels. My departure was scheduled at 8:15 am this morning. I reached at the bording point 15 minutes advance to value the time and show my punctuality. I waited there for an hour patiently but bus did not reach. Meanwhile I tried calling on the given numbers but they were ignored. Nobody picked any of my calls. At last I booked a cab to reach the destination. However, this unprofessional behaviour of this agency made me reach late at my work.

                                I am going to write a feedback of such unethical service provided by a renowned company like you on social media. This caused me distressed and left me in frustration. Unexpectedly poor service by yatra.com as well as Prabh Tour and Travels. Never going to book any ride for my family and myself. I want you to initiate a refund of my ticket cost as soon as possible.

                                Kindly find the attachment for your kind consideration.

                                      I tried to book my train ticket from Guwahati to New Jalpaiguri on 23rd Jan 2021. I initiated the transaction on 30 dec around 9 am. My payment was successful of Rs 1562.82 but my train tickets are not booked. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. The payment was done through PhonePay UPI. Attached is the screenshot of the same

                                        Booked a cab from Manali to Chandigarh. The advance amount was deducted ( payed via gpay). Received the ref no aswell. But the app said there was no Booking done and the ref no status shows not valid. Ref nu:[protected]
