      I as trying to book bus ticket on 4 th jan 221 from mount abu to jaipur, i made payment through google pay but no ticket was generated.
      till now amount has not been refunded even i have mailed yatra 5-6 times but no reply recieved.

        Hi,
        I am Sumedha and I booked a ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Patna for traveling on 14/1/2021.I had booked it using the yatra application on 12/01/2021 and payment was made through Google pay. I have attached the transaction proof with this mail. The payment was successful but I didn't get any ticket confirmation from you through email or in the application. I also registered the complaint on the application and mailed yatra support but have not received any response so far. Request you to kindly call on my mobile number registered with yatra and process my refund at the earliest

              Yatra randomly listed my property without my consent, and they've charge 3x times the amount we charge for our hotel. This is so unfair, that people might look into it and they lose interest in our property. I have mailed them several times, yet they fail to respond, If there's any section on how I can file a case on Yatra let me know

                        Hi,

                        I had make a hotel booking via yatra app. Money got deducted but the booking is not found on the app or on login. Fortunately I received a mail with booking reference number from yatra. But now when I want to cancel my booking I'm unable to do it because my booking can't be found, and I have written several mails to yatra and called them but to no avail.
                        I saw their social media and there are so many complaints with the same problem.
                        There is no way to contact them on call as it says send email or when you call it disconnects.
                        Our plans changed due to some medical emergency and now we're unable to cancel the booking and get back our money.

                          My name is lakshmi narayanan I booked chennai to coimbatore round trip tickets for 4 passengers for traveling on 20/1/2021. I booked the tickets using yatra application on 01/07/2021 and payment made through Google pay. I have attached the transaction proof with this mail. After payment is done I didn't get any tickets confirmation from you through email or in the application. I felt really coz I have booked tickets before thrice in the same application.                                 My flight got cancelled by airlines on 9th September 2020 .I Requested refund from Yatra.com They are just saying Airlines have not refunded the money to yatra. But it is now January 2021. Everytime I call their customer care they tell me same thing and they say we can't promise you any date. I called airlines as well but airline said only Yatra.com can help you.

                                    I have an open complaint for more than few weeks now, wherein I requested for refund against my booking which was cancelled by airline however i got the reply that i should use credit shell which i have received against that booking but i can't see the credit shell option and even after multiple follow up no one is answering me where that credit shell amount is and how I'm gonna use that. I wanted to use the remaining 8416 INR (my remaining credit shell balance as per Yatra website) for an upcoming trip but I highly doubt if i would be able to use that unless your pathetic customer support team responds and help me.

                                    Customer support team has blocked all avenues to contact them except the email id route i.e. [protected]@yatra.com. Even after multiple follow-ups, they are not responding. Kindly let the customers connect via call and don't hang them waiting for a response via email.

                                      Yatra Booking Ref Number:[protected]. (Ahm mel Ahm - 03 pax).

                                      Yatra processed Refund amount of Rs.1, 22, 573.01 on 21.10.2020 and in ICICI Amazon Pay credit card ending last four digit 5009 in respect of card holder Mayur Shah against transaction for an amount of Rs.1, 28, 207.00 dated December 02, 2019.

                                      Refund Details given by Yatra are as under. PayU id - [protected] ARN/RRN - 74056630308933685668645. (06.11.2020)

                                      But, bank reference number not given by Yatra. That means refund amount not debited from Yatra bank account. Only provided payment gate way details. Not bank details.

                                      As refund not reflected/received in credit card, complain raised at ICICI despute team on 10.11.2020. Icici investigating the case. Bank is also taking too much time. Icici bank charge back on Yatra. However, till the date, refund not received from Yatra to ICICI bank Amazon pay credit card.

                                      Yatra is cheating with customer. Yatra and Bank both are eating from one dish. Dish is our own. They are enjoying our dish.

But the hotel manager refused the booking and said they don't have any booking in Yatra or any online site so I was bound to pay again in cash for the same duration. I have attached the booking receipt done through yatra.com and the hotel bill cash receipt for your reference
                                        I have already mailed several times to yatra.com for refund of Rs 5141 which was paid for the booking, But they replied they will resolve it within 24-48 hours. It is already 10 days from the first day of complaint.
                                        Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
