I have tried to book a flight ticket from Chennai to Durgapur for 25th Dec. The ticket was not booked but the amount of 3375 was deducted. Please resolve the issue and initiate a refund as soon as possible.

    I tried to book fight ticket for my family (two person+one infant) using yatra.com website on 27/11/2020. Unfortunately due to some technical reason booking was unsuccessfull and money was debited from my bank account. When i tried to contact their customer care they were not replying even for email.So i request this problem to be reached out to yatra team through consumer complaint means, so they do solve this asap

        Sir, hotel said my Booking is not showing in hotel screens, they want to pay charge again. Why should I give twice. Call me or call to hotel as soon as possibly.

          I booked the Air India Flight in Feb 2020 for May 03rd from Delhi to Bangalore and due to Covid 19 flight got cancelled.

          Then I asked for my money back, Yatra.com said money is revered with my PNR, whenever I need ticket I would get it.

          Now, I need to the tickets so I have sent couple of email and created service request number. But no one is taking care of it now.

          My Money is block with them since Feb 2020.
          Neither I am getting my tickets nor my money back with interest. Since they are using my Money.

          Pathetic situation when there is no Contact Number Available to talk to them, only email where no one care about their customers.

          Very Poor Service... kind of mantel torture for the customers !!!

            I had booked a ticket from yatra.com which i then cancelled within 24 hours so the airline involved refunded me the entire amount. Yatra representatives told me it would maximum 15 days for the money to be refunded (website states 7-10 days). It has been 15 days and my money has not been refunded. The refund status page reads the same (refund initiated, check after 48 hours) for the past 10 days. Their customer care number is not reachable (it says the number does not exist) and they aren't replying to emails either. All attempts at contacting them even through their social media page has been in vain.

              The mountain Villa owner not provided room, he told me we are taking yatra booking online you should contact yatra. I'm very frustrated about my tour plan, I tried many calls your customers care not received my calls.
              It's very disgusting, pls now so the process of refund

              Last 15 day I tried Customer care Yatra but not received my call & Not response any emails.

              FRAUD YATRA.COM
              Please don't book hotel & www.yatra.com, I have very terrible experience, I have book room thought the www.yatra.com & paid Rs. 3600 approx.
              But when we reach at Hotel they didn't provide room & told me we are not responsible for www.yatra.com booking. I'm very frustrated about my tour plan, I tried many calls at www.yatra.com customers care not received my calls.
              It's very disgusting. Very worst service by www.yatra.com & The Mountain Villa.
              Still I didn't get any response from yatra for refund.
              Plz use makemytrip.com very genuend & give support at the time.

                I tried to book an air ticket ( BBI - ATQ) from yatra.com on 12th Nov, 2020, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my account.

                I have already mailed them all the details as per their requirement, many times in [protected]@yatra.com email ID and also tweeted in yatra.com official twitter account, but haven't got any reply from yatra.com till now.

                They have also confirmed that due to some technical error my booking was not confirmed.

                I have attached screenshot of my transaction & confirmation from yatra.com.

                I request a refund at the earliest, as I am facing a serious financial problem due to the economic consequences of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

                On 01.12.2020 yatra mailed me that the refund amount has been processed to my account and bank may take 2 to 7 days to refund the amount. its already been more then 12 days i haven't received any refund, meanwhile on 13.12.2020 they have mailed again saying refund has been processed and it will take 2 to 7 more days. moreover i make the payment of the booking via net banking and they are saying that i have made via debit card. I can't understand this. They are also not clearly saying about refund and taking too much time.
                Plz note that I am in urgent need of money.

                I would like to inform you that my payment mode of booking was Net Banking, which I have already mentioned in my previous mail. But as per your trailing mail payment mode is Debit card.

                And also, I am unable to understand the booking information given by you in your mail; i.e. (Booked by : - Ruchi Awasthi, Booking Date:- 30 Nov 2020 14:42) As, I booked tickets on 12.11.2020 by myself through Yatra mobile App.

                Kindly find the attached file of your mail.

                Please clarify the above mentioned doubt.

                    Yatra Booking Reference Number[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected].

                    My refund is not processed yet, 90 days have already passed.

                    Everytime they are ignoring the emails and sending us canned responses.

                    Yatra being a travel agent company it's their responsibility to fulfil customer needs rather than waiting for the airline to respond.

                    I am in a similar position and this is happening with a lot of people. They told me that refund would take 15 days at most (the airline involved have issued the refund from their end already, but Yatra will not release it. Moreover, there is no way to contact them; they've disconnected their customer care number and are not replying to any Emails or complaints registered.

                      I had booked a ticket with Yatra.com for July 2020 to fly from Atlanta to Mumbai in United Airlines and due to Covid United canceled the flights. I requested the refund on May 14th 2020 from yatra.com and also called United to ensure I will get my refund. Since then I have been following up with Yatra.com and everytime I just get a canned response that United has delayed the refund (which I dont believe).
                      Even after escalation on yatra.com's contact us portal, I am getting the same canned response.
                      On top of which yatra.com has no call in number for international flights on their site now, so there is no way for me to talk to any one at yatra.com as well.
                      I am stuck here 6+ months after my cancelation and my 2 lac are stuck with Yatra.com.

                        I tried to book bus ticket (Bangalore-Kerala) from Yatra mobile application on 22 November 2020, after doing payment successful of Rs 1388 through google pay, i did not received my tickets.
                        Also after checking in my account of yatra.com, it is not showing any booking that i did on 22 November 2020.
                        have checked the issue in google pay & my bank they both notified me that money was credited to yatra.com from my account.

                        I tried booking hotel palmyra through yatra mobile application on 19 August 2022.                           This is in regards to my booking[protected]. Airline cancelled my flight and processed the refund instantly, but yatra has been sitting on it for over three weeks now. There is no way to contact yatra, except chat where you get automated response saying, payment will be processed within 2days and this is the same response I get for 3weeks now, but the payment still is not processed. When sent an email I once got a response I will get the payment within 10 business days. And now it has crossed 10 business days mark as well and no payment has been received, nor any one responds to my email. On the pretext of pandemic, yatra is taking advantage of hard earned money of people. Very shameful, more reasons to move to other aggregators. Very disappointed

                            My flight was cancelled due to lock down, these people said the airline credit shell amount is available in the form of eCash, but there is no eCash in my yatra account. They have such a pathetic service, they are not responding at all, anywhere. They have an automated reponse on their phone number. There is no way you can reach them. Just looting people's money.

                              I tried to book flight ticket from Indore to hyderabad via Yatra app on 16-Nov-2020, after the payment completion no confirmation mail or sms received but money got deducted from my account.

                              There is no customer care number to discuss the issue with yatra team. I mailed the issue also sent the reminders but no response received.

                              Kindly help me with the refund.

                                I went for an honeymoon trip to Manali last Apr 2019. The return ticket was book in Jet Airways flight and it was cancelled by the Airline. I was in position to book the ticket double the cost to return home. I keep on calling to the support team for refund of the flight tickets till now no response and at least there should be some update to the customer about the refund details .                                   Respected Sir/Madam, I Ashish Kumar Singh Booked return flight ticket Via Yatra.com on Air INDIA flight Booked On 27 Oct 2019 Booking Ref No.[protected] for my wife Bandana Singh and Daughter Ahlankrita Singh(kid) for travel from Bangalore to Kolkata on 14 Apr 2020 11:05 Am(AI - 772) and return on 30-May-2020 4:45 PM from Kolkata to Bangalore(AI - 771). Both the flights got cancelled by airlines due to covid-19 pandemic. Paid on 27 Oct'19 total Rs.15350 Through Credit Card Transaction Id: [protected] Here is the ticket details provided by Yatra team. Flight details: Flight: Air INDIA (AI - 772) Travel date: 14th April 2020 11:05 hrs from BLR to CCU PNR: Y0YV6 ticket no:[protected] and [protected] YATRA REF NUMBER:[protected] Passenger Name: Mrs. Bandana Singh and Ms Ahlankrita Singh(Child). and Flight: Air INDIA (AI - 771) Travel date: 30th May 2020 14:10 hrs from CCU to BLR PNR: Y0YV8 ticket no: [protected] and [protected] YATRA REF NUMBER:[protected] Passenger Name: Mrs. Bandana Singh and Ms Ahlankrita Singh(Child). I am following up with Airline and Yatra since May 2020 for refund of full fare with several emails(attached) but no fruitfuly result till date. In one of the emails, Air India Have said to refund the amount if Yatra is raising the refund request. I have shared Air India email with Yatra and raised refund request, but till now Yatra have not raised the refund request with Air India and neither willing to raise. I request you sir to please help me out and get my ticket full amount refunded. I am very much harassed by Yatra team for not reading my emails and copy-pasting standard reply. It has been 5 months of follow up and not able to follow up anymore due to the standard one-way reply from Yatra team. Need your help and support to get my money back. I have raised complaint on PGPORTAL of Minstry with complaint no MOCAV/E/2020/07092 and was closed stating please contact the Agent as the Refund is processed by Air India. Even though refund is processed by Airline Yatra.com is not refunding my ticket amount and still replying in email that its dependent on airline Partner which is false.                                     I have booked room at " The Mountain Villa"(Sasan Gir Gujarat) by www.yatra.com & paid Rs. 3600 approx advace to yatra.
                                    But when we reach at Hotel at 17-Nov-2020, They didn't provide room & told me we are not responsible for www.yatra.com booking. I'm very frustrated about my tour plan after I tried many calls at www.yatra.com customers care not received my calls last 3 days.
                                    It's very disgusting. Very worst service by www.yatra.com & The Mountain Villa (Sasan Gir Gujarat)
                                    Still I didn't get any response from Yatra for refund.

                                      I have booked Spicejet flight through yatra. My PNR is MFFW5K. Due to lockdown I won't be able to travel. I requested airline for refund and they refunded it to yatra.

                                      Now yatra credit shell doesn't showing refund amount neither they are replying to any emails.

                                      Could you please help me to get my refund?

                                        During the COVID-19 lockdown, all the flights were cancelled for which i am completely eligible for full refund. But i get no response from Yatra customer service team other than them repeating their terms and conditions over and over again.
