      I Cancelled my Rail Ticket but no Refund Status show. I don't understand what i do.i want Refund my money

        With reference to Yatra booking numbers:[protected] &[protected]

        These 2 tickets were booked on September 28, 2020.

        On October 5, 2020. An email from airline was received of the flight being cancelled and they guided me to ask for refund of the same from agent i.e Yatra.com

        On contacting yatra, they acknowledged that the flight is cancelled and that I'm eligible for full refund(Screenshot of email attached - Eligible for refund)

        The confirmation of cancellation was done on October 10, 2020 (Screenshot of confirmation email attached(Name: Tickets Cancelled)
        with promise of the payment being transferred within 15-20 days.

        As of today i.e November 8, 2020 the amount has not been received even after multiple followups with yatra & escalation to management on email(Screenshot attached: Followup)

        Only yesterday, I had again received an automated response of refund will take another 7-10 days(Screenshot attached: Followup response) without any specific date.

        I'm concerned on the amount if they will refund timely, even after agreeing to deduction of yatra charges which should not have been applicable as the cancellation wasn't initiated by us.

            On 13 Oct, 2020 we made a booking through Yatra on mobile browser, for a room worth ₹7941 at Golkonda Resorts Hyderabad while standing near the reception, around 1:40 PM. The payment was done through UPI and while redirecting it showed failure.

            We logged into the app and found no booking there and there was no email as well. So after 10 mins, we assumed that it would be refunded and dropped an email as well to Yatra. We then started making a new booking, this time via the app and paid via Credit Card and the booking went through smoothly and we got the email as well.

            Then when we reached hotel we found that there were two bookings under the same name:[protected] and[protected]. We rechecked and found that we got 2 emails, one at 1:51 PM and other at 1:53 PM.

            We realized that one of these emails was from the first payment, and immediately dropped an email to Yatra support. The hotel management understood the issue but said that only Yatra can give us the refund. We only used one room during our stay there and repeatedly tried to communicate with Yatra but their customer support was only available via email so we did just that.

            We got an email reply that they didn't find any failed transaction, and we explained again that it got booked twice. The Yatra official said that the bookings are non refundable but they have forwarded the request for cancellation to the hotel and asked us to wait. Since then we have not received any proper investigation into this. Every time they just state that they see two transactions and say if something failed it will be refunded

            What they fail to notice is that the faulty system led to 15 mins delay in booking confirmation so we made another booking. Since we haven't used the other booking, we should get a refund. Atleast if not in cash, in some form of Yatra credit. This is a fraudulent practice to put the customer at loss for a service that wasn't even used.

There's no updates, no ETA for resolution, nothing even after I repeatedly kept asking them to provide updates. It's been close to 45 days since the original issue now. I will file an official complaint outside if this continues.

              I have purchased the ticket i didnt got any response my amount deducted from my account and there is no one to contact to yatra.com. and its been more then 16 days i didnt got any refund they olways puts a mail that your refund is processed and it will credited in 2-7 working days till now its more then 16 days and nothing happened the worst thing and the worst website and application they chetaing the person and saying refund is in process process .

                I had 2 spicejet flight bookings via yatra.com (Yatra reference No.[protected] /[protected] on May 20, 2020. Spicejet had cancelled the flight and created a credit sheel for the same bookings. Yatra.com has confirmed aout the creation of credit shell but is not providing any option to Book Using Airline credit. Also, Yatra.com indicates the status as completed which should be Cancelled by Airline.

                  I have got 2 unconfirmed international flight tickets with same passenger details and transaction was processed twice. I made this booking on nov1 and contacted the customer the next day. They don't give any update regarding this cancellation. I want my refund of 62 k as I paid. They kept me waiting for whole day as there is no chance to book another ticket.

                    I have booked a flight from Yatra in the month of June 2020 which was cancelled from the airlines of Spicejet due to Pandemic issues. The credit shell amount I see in regards to my PNR is present from Spicejet. But I am unable to book flight in Yatra using the same credit shell. I tried various means of way to connect with Yatra like mail or call but no response. I even tweeted these guys voicing for help. But it seems you guys are highly unprofessional and not letting customers use their own money.
                    I wat to book a new flight as soon as possible so request you to look into this and help me out

                      For lockdown flight cancellation, I was provided with a transaction reference number for my refund of Rs 9600 on Sept 11, 2020. But I have not received refund till date. I have sent atleast 10 followup emails after that but there is no refund till date.

                      Yatra reference number is[protected].

                      When I contact the support team, they say wait few more weeks. It has happended atleast 5 times in past 2 months. Few more weeks? Are you people senseless? Does it take more than 3 months for refund to be processed in India after refund is initiated?

                      My bank says that no refund was initiated for this reference number. This is fraud by Yatra.com in India,

                      I will initiate an FIR with my local police and also a legal case in appropriate courts against Yatra.

                      I wont leave Yatra for all the mental agony and stress inflicted upon me.

                        Since 5th Oct 2020, I have been requesting to refund the amount for booking with reference[protected]. I have shared the evidence that Indigo has refunded the money to Yatra. I have constantly gotten robotic mails that in 7-10 days the money will be refunded. I simply haven't got the refund from Yatra despite repeated emails and requests. PNR QH4KJC.

                          Due to Lockdown, my Yatra flight bookings were canceled in the month of June and the amount was credited to the Airline credit.
                          I had several bookings which costs Rs.37677 in total which is stored ad Credit shell.
                          And per airline rules, I can use that credit shell within a year.
                          Now when I am trying to book flight tickets from yatra, I am unable to use Airline credit.
                          Instead, it prompts me to claim refund in which Rs.800 will be deducted per person.
                          Why should I claim refund when I already have an Airline credit shell which can be used to book tickets.
                          This seems a complete trick by Yatra to fetch money from the customers.

                            Hi,

                            I had my journey during Covid lockdown and so the flight was cancelled.
                            It was a round journey, so, two PNR were generated as GBV62K and VCM5SR.

                            GoAir flight cancelled by company so, all the refund is sent to Yatra which i never got.
                            Indigo flight created a credit shell, which i can't use on their website, and can't do even from Yatra portal as i do not see any eCash or anything on the portal.

                            I want my money back in original payment method for both the bookings. Booking ref[protected]

                            This is a serious initial complaint, looks like a money laundering case to me and further proceedings will be done according to that if i do not recieve my money back in least time.

                              Reference PNR: BEKM2K- ticket was cancelled by airlines due to Covid-19 pandemic. I had requested for refund on 2nd October 2020, subsequently I received a mail from Yatra stating that a credit shell will be generated which can be used for booking new tickets. As of today no credit shell has been generated nor the amount is refunded. I request yatra to act fast & do the needful as I need to book tickets urgently. The fares for my next booking are increasing everyday. In absence of a valid credit shell, I am not able to use the refunded amount resulting in financial loss due to delay in booking tickets for my next trip.

                                Hi Team,

                                First of all why your CUSTOMER support number is not working ? It's been 2 months now trying to connect with yatra CUSTOMER support. Your management is ###.

                                The main issue- I booked GoAir flight from yatra app on August last week. Unfortunately GoAir did make it and they cancelled the flight because of their XYZ issues with airlines. Then they apologized for the last minute cancellation and promised to refund the full amount to yatra because i booked it from yatra only. Then they informed me that they have refunded full amount to yatra and Yatra will transfer the same to my account. Now here is the twist- yatra deducted convenience fee from my refund amount. and sent me the remaining amount.

                                Can anyone please tell me what was my fault. It was GOAirlines who cancelled my flight at last moment because they were facing some issue from their end. If Yatra wants any cancellation charges then they should check with GoAirlines. Should we stop booking flights through Yatra because if any issue they are going to charge us only.. I have sent many mails but they are not taking any actions. I am not able to even talk to anyone from support because Yatra support team Sucks.

                                Yatra this is really terrible and pathetic management. Worst experience. I will never suggest anyone to use Yatra from now onwards.

                                I understand that it's non refundable..but u take charges from GoAir who has cancelled..it was their fault..why would I pay for that?? Doest that make sense?? Next time if I book 100 tickets from yatra with any other airlines like GoAir or indigo..and by chance if they cancel the tickets for their xyz issues..are you going to charge convenience fee and other fees from me? Are their no penalties for the airlines who are actually the Culprits? This is disgusting..then everyone should directly book tickets from airlines..we should boycott these third party apps like Yatra.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: I tried booking domestic flight from Chennai to Bangalore on 12th October in yatra website. Booking was not confirmed though amount got debited from my account. Since no customer care contact number, I mailed to yatra support team. I have even enclosed the payment details but still no proper response or update on my refund. Please find complaint details below

                                  Bank Name : Indian Bank

                                  It occurred on: 12/10/2020

                                  Looking for refund immediately. If any clarification required, ask them to reach me immediately.

                                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                    I was booking 3 air tickets from Mumbai to Dehradun.The amount got deducted and the tickets were not booked.Now trying to contact Yatra but they aren’t responding.
