During the COVID-19 lockdown, all the flights were cancelled for which i am completely eligible for full refund. But i get no response from Yatra customer service team other than them repeating their terms and conditions over and over again.

No change fee will be charged. However, fare difference (if any) will be applicable. You are also eligible for full refund without any cancellation charges.If the booking was made before 21st May 2020 for the travel between 25th March to 30th June 2020. One Complimentary Date/Flight/Sector Change will be permitted for travel till 31st March 2021,  with the same passenger details as mentioned in the original booking.     Address: ER 903 TRIVIK WINDWALK, Attur Layout Yelahanka Newtown

    PNR IIWCTZ AIrline company refunded the amount INR6912 to Yatra on 15th August 2020 but Yatra did not refund the amount. I escalated via https://complaint.resolver.in/ with Yatra case: RES7189249 but they say they have initiated the refund of INR 6559 on 29 SEP 2020 for Yatra reference no.[protected].
    I still haven't received this refund as Yatra delaying the refund initiation process. They say it will take 15 to 20 working days to reflect the credit in my originated account. But it almost 40+ working days over and nothing has been credited.
    Please do the needful.

        GoAir flights was cancelled (due to some technical issue) for my booking( Booking Ref No.[protected] a day before travel by airlines side, Airline offered for full refund for cancellation and I opted to proceed GoAir for the cancellation of the booked tickets. I checked with GoAir support they told that full amount is released already release from their end on 24th Oct from their end and I need to check with Yatra. After several followups, Yatra paid the amount (after weeks) by deducting 810 Rs and told me it is convenience fee that is deducted.
        I asked Yatra team for the policy link where it is mentioned that if Airline cancels the flight from their side and release the full refund, Yatra can deduct the amount in the name of convenience in such scenario, but no update received yet.

          I had booked a ticket from CCU to JAIPUR and JAIPUR to CCU from yatra website on 10th of Nov, 2020. Neither I received a ticket confirmation nor the money was refunded to me. An amount of 9835 rupees was deducted from my hdfc bank account. It was paid to yatraonline.[protected]@hdfcbank.

            I have booked flight tickets from delhi to bhubaneswar on dec'19 for the date of 24th April and 2nd May 2020. As there was lockdown all flights were cancelled. After that I started the refund process but the Yatra.com not refunding the money even after 7 months. I raised may complaints and mails regarding it but they just replied that refund will be provided soon.

                      With reference to Yatra booking numbers:[protected] &[protected]

                      These 2 tickets were booked on September 28, 2020.

                      On October 5, 2020. An email from airline was received of the flight being cancelled and they guided me to ask for refund of the same from agent i.e Yatra.com

                      On contacting yatra, they acknowledged that the flight is cancelled and that I'm eligible for full refund(Screenshot of email attached - Eligible for refund)

                      The confirmation of cancellation was done on October 10, 2020 (Screenshot of confirmation email attached(Name: Tickets Cancelled)
                      with promise of the payment being transferred within 15-20 days.

                      As of today i.e November 8, 2020 the amount has not been received even after multiple followups with yatra & escalation to management on email(Screenshot attached: Followup)

                      Only yesterday, I had again received an automated response of refund will take another 7-10 days(Screenshot attached: Followup response) without any specific date.

                      I'm concerned on the amount if they will refund timely, even after agreeing to deduction of yatra charges which should not have been applicable as the cancellation wasn't initiated by us.

                          On 13 Oct, 2020 we made a booking through Yatra on mobile browser, for a room worth ₹7941 at Golkonda Resorts Hyderabad while standing near the reception, around 1:40 PM. The payment was done through UPI and while redirecting it showed failure.

                          We logged into the app and found no booking there and there was no email as well. So after 10 mins, we assumed that it would be refunded and dropped an email as well to Yatra. We then started making a new booking, this time via the app and paid via Credit Card and the booking went through smoothly and we got the email as well.

                          Then when we reached hotel we found that there were two bookings under the same name:[protected] and[protected]. We rechecked and found that we got 2 emails, one at 1:51 PM and other at 1:53 PM.

                          We realized that one of these emails was from the first payment, and immediately dropped an email to Yatra support. The hotel management understood the issue but said that only Yatra can give us the refund. We only used one room during our stay there and repeatedly tried to communicate with Yatra but their customer support was only available via email so we did just that.

                          We got an email reply that they didn't find any failed transaction, and we explained again that it got booked twice. The Yatra official said that the bookings are non refundable but they have forwarded the request for cancellation to the hotel and asked us to wait. Since then we have not received any proper investigation into this. Every time they just state that they see two transactions and say if something failed it will be refunded

                          What they fail to notice is that the faulty system led to 15 mins delay in booking confirmation so we made another booking. Since we haven't used the other booking, we should get a refund. Atleast if not in cash, in some form of Yatra credit. This is a fraudulent practice to put the customer at loss for a service that wasn't even used.

                          Still no resolution on this. Yatra team has called me once and I have explained the whole issue to them but after that it's radio silence again. There's no updates, no ETA for resolution, nothing even after I repeatedly kept asking them to provide updates. It's been close to 45 days since the original issue now. I will file an official complaint outside if this continues.

                            I have purchased the ticket i didnt got any response my amount deducted from my account and there is no one to contact to yatra.com. and its been more then 16 days i didnt got any refund they olways puts a mail that your refund is processed and it will credited in 2-7 working days till now its more then 16 days and nothing happened the worst thing and the worst website and application they chetaing the person and saying refund is in process process .
                            if anyone can help me out please do asap.

                              I had 2 spicejet flight bookings via yatra.com (Yatra reference No.[protected] /[protected] on May 20, 2020. Spicejet had cancelled the flight and created a credit sheel for the same bookings. Yatra.com has confirmed aout the creation of credit shell but is not providing any option to Book Using Airline credit. Also, Yatra.com indicates the status as completed which should be Cancelled by Airline.

                                I have got 2 unconfirmed international flight tickets with same passenger details and transaction was processed twice. I made this booking on nov1 and contacted the customer the next day. They don't give any update regarding this cancellation. I want my refund of 62 k as I paid. They kept me waiting for whole day as there is no chance to book another ticket.

                                  I was booking a ticket from delhi to Jammu on Yatra.com app, ticket amount was deducted from my gPay upi and after payment my ticket was not booked.
                                  Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I have booked a flight from Yatra in the month of June 2020 which was cancelled from the airlines of Spicejet due to Pandemic issues. The credit shell amount I see in regards to my PNR is present from Spicejet. But I am unable to book flight in Yatra using the same credit shell. I tried various means of way to connect with Yatra like mail or call but no response. I even tweeted these guys voicing for help. But it seems you guys are highly unprofessional and not letting customers use their own money.
                                    I wat to book a new flight as soon as possible so request you to look into this and help me out
