    I have booked a flight ticket(round trip) with Yatra booking reference number[protected]. Due to Corona virus pandemic both the to and fro tickets got cancelled by airlines. I am having few queries about my tickets and the refund process of my tickets. For that I have been sending multiple mails but Yatra Team is taking very long to respond and if at all they are responding, I am receiving wrong responses from them which is resulting in more confusion. Also about my return journey, the particular ticket has been cancelled by Airlines but in the Yatra website they have mentioned the ticket status as Completed which is again wrong(Attached the screenshot for this)

    Its been a big headache for me because of the Yatra Teams unprofessional and irrelevant responses. They have only one medium of contact between the customer and their customer care which is through mail. They dont even allowing to contact through call or chat. Through mail I am receiving very late and wrong information as if they are reverting mails with out even reading or understanding the query. Please help me resolve this issue as these Unprofessional Yatra team is not at all ready to show some responsibility towards their customers.

      Flight tickets booked but did not received

      Hi,
      I booked a domestic flight through Yatra app 3 days back but did not receive any confirmation or tickets from them. My money has been deducted and not even refunded.
      I am trying to reach out to yatra customer care but no success....

      I booked a ticket to travel from Mumbai to kolkata on 3rd October 2020 through yatra through goair. I had booked a non-stop flight. Ticket sent by yatra also shows the same. However when I went to goair website to do web check in then I found out that that my flight is via varanasi. I tried reaching out to both yatra and goair but no-one answered the phones. I am feeling cheated. Would not have booked flight if I had known earlier that this was not an direct flight.

        Sir, I have booked a ticket on 18 Sep 20 for that an amount of Rs 6154 is deducted but ticket not confirmed. I have emailed to yatra.com several times (as attached) but they yet not initiate any action. I have attached all the details of correspondence please do the strict action against the yatra.com to reverse my amount deducted. Booking ref number is[protected].

              I have booked tickets for journey from ahmedabad to hydrabad and return journey through above travel agency with indigo airlines for journey on 10/04 and 14/04/2020. Due to covid 19 flights have been cancelled. After making representation, before various authorities, indigo air lines has refunded full amount of refund and credited in agency's account the agency has refunded 50% amount in two tickets and remaining amount has been credited yaatra e cash user money. There are specific instructions from dgca to grant full amount of refund vide circular dated 22/05/2008 file no. 23-16 aed.
              Booking reference no.[protected] rs. 5578/- refunded rs. 5574/- credited to e cash ref. No.[protected] rs. 8475/- refunded rs. 8276 credited to e cash booking ref no.[protected] rs. 7246/- stated to have been refunded, but not credited in my bank account rs. 12775/- credited to e cash.

                i booked three tickets from delhi to pune on Sun, Sep 20, 2020 at 12:51 PM, amount has been deducted but i did not get any confirmation. After that we try to contact with customer care of Yatra.com but number was not contactable.

                Many times i sent email to them but still have not received any information. Where is my money, i want refund it back. Please help me, otherwise i am going to court.

                Same case with me. Yatra told that they processed refund of rs. 122573.01 on 21.10.2020 for Yatra booking ref number[protected] on paper but not debited refund amount from their bank account. They play game wisely. Yatra already mentioned in their refund email for contacting bank, what a pre planned game by Yatra. Not received refund yet in my credit card.

                    Yatra.com had promised to provide the refund for my pnr # x5frsb as spicejet already processed it and provided the amount to yatra so that can be refunded back to me... Yatra sent me on record a mail on 21st aug 2020, stating they are processing the refund of inr 25, 135 within next 7-10 working days... It is more than 2 months, me chasing this with [protected]@yatra.com, there are no replies and no money back in my credit card... This is highly unprofessional considering spicejet already provided you the money... This is unexpected behaviour and speaks loudly of yatra's business ethics.

                        I booked a flight af194 from paris to bangalore which is scheduled on 25th september. I intentionally upgraded myself from economy lite to economy standard.in economy standard they provide 1 checkin bag along with inflight meals all included. But when i got the ticket there was no mention of checkin bags and inflight meals. I did communicate to yatra many times but there was no substantial investigation of my issue. They simply closed my ticket. I have spent additional 130 euros in booking 2 checin luggages. I request a compentation of this. Iam not only financially harassed but also mentally harassed. I request complete refund of my ticket price which is 55000 inr.

                          Indigo provided me credit shell for two bookings. On indigo's page its showing its been refunded to yatra. But when i try to utilize my credit shell from yatra i am being prompts like credit shell retrived successfully and then its not directing to booking page to use the amount. After several mails to yatra support there has been no reply from their end.

As checked and found under PNR BLGD6A the passenger was no-show and under PNR XIEQHP the booking was canceled as per the applicable charged INR 7000.00 and the balance amount INR 3736 is under the airline credit shell.                                 I had made booking at hotel bachan niwas jodhpur through yatra.com for 3 days starting from 25th dec/2019 to 28th dec/2019 well in adavnce
                                As i was travelling for the first time to state of rajasthan along with my family which included 3 year old child.
                                But on arrival at hotel at night i was told by hotel manager that they dont take booking from yatra and denied me the entry

                                This caused me and my family stress and inconvenience at night when temperature was around 11 degree.
                                I tried calling yatra customer care to find suitable solution but my call was not answered as they dont have customer support at night.
                                At night around 11pm i had to make my family (With 3 year old child) wait in car in deserted road and look for hotel rooms for accommodation
                                We take holiday with family to have good time but not to experience what me and my family had to go thr' at night.

                                Next day when i informed yatra customer care about this, they simply cancelled my booking and refunded my money.
                                But because of thier fault and failing to honur the service which they promise to customer when we book hotels/services through them they are liable to completely
                                Compensiate me finacially for my hotel booking which i have to make beacuse of there negligence.

                                I want yatra to refund me the hotel charges which i incured for the same duration of stay in other hotel in city of jodhpur.

                                  I have booked ticket in the month of March and in the same month the flight was cancelled. Yatra has still not provided me the refund. I have done repeated emails for the same but i did not get the refund yet.

                                  Same case with me. Yatra told that they processed refund of rs. 122573.01 for Yatra booking ref number[protected] on paper but not debited refund amount from their bank account. They play game wisely. Yatra already mentioned in their refund email for contacting bank, what a pre planned game by Yatra.

                                    Hi, i had booked my tickets from yatra dated 1 May 2020 costing Rs. 8160. Due to lock down, the Indigo flight was cancelled, and was provided a refund. I had checked with Indigo, and they confirmed to have refunded the entire amount to Yatra on 13 Aug 2020.
                                    I have been chasingn Yatra customer care to refund the same amount back to my original payment account.

                                    However, nothing ia being done and i am not getting any reply from Yatra.com.

Please note Yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.                                       Dear customer care
                                      On 17.12.2019 i had booked flight tickets for 8 passengers for a trip from kolkata to bangalore (09.04.2020) and back (13.04.2020), the pnr numbers being k6b1qk and dmke6x.
                                      However due to the nationwide corona pandemic we received 2 emails from yatra booking on 27.03.2020, vis -
                                      1. Urgent update from indigo airlines for your travel on 13-apr-20, which stated that “as per the recent directives by directorate general of civil aviation (Dgca), all indigo domestic flights are suspended from 25th march until 14th april. There is no need to call yatra or indigo to cancel your booking. Indigo will automatically cancel all booking between 25th march till 14th april.”
                                      2. Urgent update from air asia airlines for your travel on 9-apr-20, which stated that “as per the recent directives by directorate general of civil aviation (Dgca), all air asia domestic flights are suspended from 25th march until 14th april. There is no need to call yatra or air asia to cancel your booking. Air asia will automatically cancel all booking between 25th march till 14th april.”
                                      I also received another email on 08.04.2020 from yatra booking with the subject - “ya:24718559' cancellation of booking pnr: k6b1qk and pnr: dmke6x” which stated that “if your travel is between 25th march 2020 till 14th april 2020-please note that you do not have to call indigo/air asia or yatra.com to cancel your flight. Indigo will automatically cancel your booking. Entire amount will be secured for future booking under a credit shell against your pnr”
                                      Thereafter i tried contacting customer care many times, the reason being that i am not a frequent flier and getting the money in a credit shell will not benefit me in any way whatsoever! But i was not able to reach the customer care in any way.
                                      Again on 07.07.2020 i received an email with the subject - “refund details yatra ref[protected]”, which stated that “we would like to confirm that the refund of 29212.00 as yatra ecash due against yatra reference number[protected] was processed on 7, july, 2020 to your e-wallet”.
                                      Firstly, for my trip the total amount paid via bank was rs. 66, 928, transaction id: [protected], date-17.12.2019 but i received rs. 29, 212 as refund! (Screenshot attached-1. Jpg). Like i had mentioned earlier i am not a frequent flier and this is absolutely inconsiderate and sadistic if you refund less than half the amount to my credit shell when it was cancelled by the airline and not by me!
                                      Secondly, when due to the corona pandemic all the flights were suspended and we were not able to board the flight how can the status for pnr k6b1qk show as “completed” (Screenshot attached-2. Jpg).
                                      Lastly, i demand that you refund the entire amount to my bank account and not “arm twist” me and coerce me to forcefully accept the credit shell half refund amount! I would like my money back instead, and i would like to appeal to you to honour that request. I am entitled to a full cash refund if the airline cancels, and i refuse to accept the credit shell refund. The option of holding the refund amount in credit shell by the airlines shall be the prerogative of the passenger and not a default practice of the airline.
                                      Please contact me urgently and refund me my entire amount of rs. 66, 928 to my sbi account immediately.
