Since 5th Oct 2020, I have been requesting to refund the amount for booking with reference[protected]. I have shared the evidence that Indigo has refunded the money to Yatra. I have constantly gotten robotic mails that in 7-10 days the money will be refunded. I simply haven't got the refund from Yatra despite repeated emails and requests. PNR QH4KJC.
Please help me get the refund credited.
I have attached the evidence that Indigo has refunded to Yatra.

    Due to Lockdown, my Yatra flight bookings were canceled in the month of June and the amount was credited to the Airline credit.
    I had several bookings which costs Rs.37677 in total which is stored ad Credit shell.
    And per airline rules, I can use that credit shell within a year.
    Now when I am trying to book flight tickets from yatra, I am unable to use Airline credit.
    Instead, it prompts me to claim refund in which Rs.800 will be deducted per person.
    Why should I claim refund when I already have an Airline credit shell which can be used to book tickets.
    This seems a complete trick by Yatra to fetch money from the customers.

      Hi,

      I had my journey during Covid lockdown and so the flight was cancelled.
      It was a round journey, so, two PNR were generated as GBV62K and VCM5SR.

      GoAir flight cancelled by company so, all the refund is sent to Yatra which i never got.
      Indigo flight created a credit shell, which i can't use on their website, and can't do even from Yatra portal as i do not see any eCash or anything on the portal.

      I want my money back in original payment method for both the bookings. Booking ref[protected]

      This is a serious initial complaint, looks like a money laundering case to me and further proceedings will be done according to that if i do not recieve my money back in least time.

        Reference PNR: BEKM2K- ticket was cancelled by airlines due to Covid-19 pandemic. I had requested for refund on 2nd October 2020, subsequently I received a mail from Yatra stating that a credit shell will be generated which can be used for booking new tickets. As of today no credit shell has been generated nor the amount is refunded. I request yatra to act fast & do the needful as I need to book tickets urgently. The fares for my next booking are increasing everyday. In absence of a valid credit shell, I am not able to use the refunded amount resulting in financial loss due to delay in booking tickets for my next trip.

          Hi Team,

          First of all why your CUSTOMER support number is not working ? It's been 2 months now trying to connect with yatra CUSTOMER support. Your management is ###.

          The main issue- I booked GoAir flight from yatra app on August last week. Unfortunately GoAir did make it and they cancelled the flight because of their XYZ issues with airlines. Then they apologized for the last minute cancellation and promised to refund the full amount to yatra because i booked it from yatra only. Then they informed me that they have refunded full amount to yatra and Yatra will transfer the same to my account. Now here is the twist- yatra deducted convenience fee from my refund amount. and sent me the remaining amount.

          Can anyone please tell me what was my fault. It was GOAirlines who cancelled my flight at last moment because they were facing some issue from their end. If Yatra wants any cancellation charges then they should check with GoAirlines. Should we stop booking flights through Yatra because if any issue they are going to charge us only.. I have sent many mails but they are not taking any actions. I am not able to even talk to anyone from support because Yatra support team Sucks.

          Yatra this is really terrible and pathetic management. Worst experience. I will never suggest anyone to use Yatra from now onwards.

          I understand that it's non refundable..but u take charges from GoAir who has cancelled..it was their fault..why would I pay for that?? Doest that make sense?? Next time if I book 100 tickets from yatra with any other airlines like GoAir or indigo..and by chance if they cancel the tickets for their xyz issues..are you going to charge convenience fee and other fees from me? Are their no penalties for the airlines who are actually the Culprits? This is disgusting..then everyone should directly book tickets from airlines..we should boycott these third party apps like Yatra.

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares

            The issue that I have experienced was: I tried booking domestic flight from Chennai to Bangalore on 12th October in yatra website. Booking was not confirmed though amount got debited from my account. Since no customer care contact number, I mailed to yatra support team. I have even enclosed the payment details but still no proper response or update on my refund. Please find complaint details below

            Looking for refund immediately. If any clarification required, ask them to reach me immediately.

                High this regarding PNR : BEKM2K & PNR : XGG8JF. Flight was cancelled by airlines due to Covid-19. on 2nd October 2020, I have requested for refund online through my yatra account. The status of refund is showing as under
                "Dear DILIP,
                Thank you for booking with Yatra.com
                The refund process has been initiated at our end for the reference number- [protected]. Request you to please check for update after 48 hours.
                A confirmation email or message will be sent to you upon successful completion of the refund process at our end".

                But as of today, the amount is not refunded nor any credit shell is created against my cancelled tickets.

                Even I am not able to use my credit shell with yatra, Guys, I see a huge number of people making the same complain. if you add up all cases, this may work out in thousands of crores of rupees. if you examine it closely, this is going to be one of the biggest frauds in the country ever. Let us not act in Isolation. Can we all join hands & fight this daylight robbery together. Are we living in a Banana republic where there is no accountability? can we explore the legal aspects in it to uncover the criminal dimensions of this scam.
                They are responding to any emails regarding credit shell and I'm not able to book my ticket as well.

                Let us be togther and file a case against them. Awaiting for suggestions.

                          This is with regards to Kolkata to Shillong flight (04/04/2020) with booking number[protected] from Yatra.com. Due to COVID, indigo had cancelled this flight and provided me a 100% refund for the same. But Yatra has provided me ecash and not refund to the original payment method. In spite of repeatedly writing to them, I am not getting any refund for the same. Kindly look into this and provide a solution.

                              This is reference no.[protected] and[protected] for domestic flight booked through yatra.com. The same ticket cancelled in july-20 by indigo and amount refunded to yatra.                                 Dear sir / madam,

                                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: airline tickets and fares

                                The issue that i have experienced was: i booked 3 airline ticket from yatra.com, but due lockdown airline cancelled the flight. As per the supreme court order airline already refunded the amount yatra account, but yatra team is not returning the amount to me, it's almost 7 months over. If i send any mail to [protected]@yatra.com they are not replying back, and if i choose twitter and facebook to escalate this issue they are saying send it to [protected]@yatra.com. My reference number is[protected] & passenger email id is [protected]@yahoo.in

                                It occurred on: 4/04/2020

                                They needs to take immediate action to resolve this issue, i already sent bank details and blank check screen shot to transfer this amount to my account.

                                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                  I had 2 flight booking for a flight on 23rd may and return in july from new delhi to san francisco. My flight was cancelled because of covid 19 outspread. I asked the agency to refund my amount. They took nearly 6 months in refunding my amount. Thru out this tenure of waiting i was always assured by the airline as well as yatra that i will be getting a full refund on my booking. But now when after 6 months i finally got my refund then there i can see the deductions being done in name of airline cancellation charges for k3 tax as non refundable and yatra convienience fees of 2887 (Thou in my booking this fees ia only 1399) but they charging me excess qnd looting me. Instead of compensating me with the interest on my amount which they withold with them for good 6 months. They are penalising me unnecessary. Please help me to get my full refund back along with bank interest loss on my money for 6 months.

                                    I have booked an airline tickets using yatra.com (Booking id[protected]. The airline was spice jet. I have received a mail from spice jet that the flight got cancelled due to covid-19. Afterwards i have spken with spice jet agent over phone and they have agreed to make full refund of money. The same message i forwarded to yatra.com. But yatra had refunded the money after deducting convenience fee of rs 1200.

                                    I am not getting any logic why convenience fee is deducted because i have not cancelled the flight. Its done by airline by themselves and they have fully refunded to yatra.com.

                                      Due to covid my flights were cancelled during the month of May 2020. So I requested for the full refund. I booked the flights from Kol to Mumbai and from Mumbai to Kolkata from Yatra and was going for my father's treatment. Since I had to replan the treatment in Kolkata itself due to flight cancellation so I had requested for the refund. Indigo had refunded the money but Yatra is simply keeping the money with them and is only saying that the money has been refunded and closing my case again and again. I can't call Yatra as customer phone support is not working . Mail support is worst . My booking reference nos are[protected] and[protected]. I have already logged the call with yatra and given my card statement from 1st Sept till 5th Oct where I didn't get any refund from yatra. I am fed up with Yatra support now. Yatra is simply cheating their customers and keeping the money with them. I need someone to kindly help me with refund from Yatra.

                                      Same case with me. Yatra told that they processed refund of rs. 122573.01 or Yatra booking ref number 0212958165990 on paper but not debited refund amount from their bank account. They play game wisely. Yatra already mentioned in their refund email for contacting bank, what a pre planned game by Yatra.

                                        I am trying to book flight ticket in Yatra.com, money has been deducted from my account but ticket was not booked, I am trying to contact customer care many times but they are not pick the call and I am write a mail to support @yatra.com, they are telling service manager will contact you shortly but 1 day is over they are not contacting me

                                        Kindly solve this issue immediately
