I am writing to you to raise an issue about: airline tickets and fares
The issue that i have experienced was: i booked 3 airline ticket from yatra.com, but due lockdown airline cancelled the flight. As per the supreme court order airline already refunded the amount yatra account, but yatra team is not returning the amount to me, it's almost 7 months over. If i send any mail to [protected]@yatra.com they are not replying back, and if i choose twitter and facebook to escalate this issue they are saying send it to [protected]@yatra.com. My reference number is[protected] & passenger email id is [protected]@yahoo.in
It occurred on: 4/04/2020
They needs to take immediate action to resolve this issue, i already sent bank details and blank check screen shot to transfer this amount to my account.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
