Refund because airline cancelled

Due to lockdown started in March, all the airlines had to cancel the flights. Indigo cancelled my ticket and refunded the amount as well. But the agency (Yatra) through which I booked the ticket, has not refunded my money....

But due to covid-19, scheduled flights were cancelled and on my request of cancellation, the concerned company refunded whole amount of money. But as an agent, yatra.com barricaded payment and overcharged as well as deducted rs 15426.00 (Excluding commitment of refund of rs 996.00) unprofessionally...

Still not get refund

I booked railway reservation ticked through yatra.com on 15july2020 for delhi to nagpur, but booking not completed by yatra.com and they took my money from my bank and still not refund and they don't send any status, no customer care number. Yatra is biggest fraud in india. For this indian government ban this site....

refund not issued even after waiting for 120 days

I cancelled a reservation made through yatra.com

Given the unprecedented spread of coronavirus in india and especially in usa, my parents decided not to travel due to health risks associated with the travel. Both my parents are old around 60 years of age which makes them very prone to coronavirus attack. Hence, i cancelled the tickets through my online account at yatra on 04/april/2020 and received a confirmation from them....

I booked my air ticket for Aizawl from Dehli at 21st of July 2020. It was a connecting flight i.e. from Dehli to Kolkata, Kolkata to Aizawl. But Due to the coronavirus issue, the airlines suggested me to cancel the flight as there was no other available flights. And i did that, And they have initiated a refund from their end. Saying " the refund is up to the travel agency". But in yatra, when i check online i can see that my flight status...

Regarding Credit Shell

I booked ticket from Surat to chennai(INDIGO).My Ref no is [protected], PNR no QQMP2B & LISCSM Date of Travel:27/03/2020.Due to Covid-19 My flight is cancelled, My booking ticket price is not refunded they said amount is in the form of Credit shell use the credit book ticket with in a year.I am not accept this things i need Refund money only....

Credit shell

I am not able to book my flight using my credit shell. It’s showing i got to drop a mail to [protected]@yatra.com. I have done it so many times but no one calls from there. This is limit. Atleast yatra should have customer care facility. I am just fed up of yatra. Worst services....

I had recently book flight tickets on yatra.com on 13th july 2020 and my date of journey was 8th august 2020 but on 23th july airlines cancelled my air tickets due to covid-19 and refunded full amount of 15660 towards yatra.com but when my tickets was cancelled then yatra sent an e mail where they shows only 1276 rupees of rufund towards to me.. 3 weeks gone and still no refund

I have tried to reach yatra dozen times. I got a reply only once and that too useless. Its been 3 weeks. I was supposed to get the refund by now but i didnt get it .

I have contacted the airlines and they did initiate the refund on 3rd July, why would it take this many days for refund...are you playing with customers emotion ?

refund of flights cancelled by airlines

Hi,
International flights booked through yatra (Order id[protected] were cancelled in early may. I have been ever since following up for refund processing (Ya:[protected] however refund has not been provided yet.

The flights were scheduled from india on 30th may 2020 and return on 10th june (4 pax, delhi - moscow). Cancellation notification from airline was received in 1st week of may.

when demanded refund, 25% fare has been deducted & kept in e-wallet.

I am getting newer surprises from yatra!!!

Instead of a full refund, app. 25% fare has been deducted and that too has been kept in e-wallet.

Since the flight was canceled by air, thereby full amount should be returned!!!

Domestic flight amount did not refund

I booked a flight on 16 july 2020 which unfortunately did not get book but the money got deducted. I did not receive any confirmation from yatra regarding the refund initiation. I have already sent them in email 6 or 7 times and did escalate the issue by submitting complaint on their app but they don't seem to respond on that....
