Airline has cancelled the flight and refunded full amount but Yatra has deducted 300 from that amount. In this pandemic time Yatra is harassing customers like this. When airline has not deducted any amount and refunded it fully why Yatra is deducting customer's hard earned money. They have illegally charging customers.

    This is sumanta samal, mob# [protected]. Booking reference#[protected].

    Indigo: pnr-ym44tg, my flight 6e 6376 from amd to ccu on 22aug2020 is cancelled by airline due to covid-19 travel restrictions. But i didn't received any refund from yatra.

    So please need to verify and process my refund as soon as possible. Then i will reschedule alternate flight.

      I booked two tickets from chandigarh to srinagar for dated 10th april 20 from yatra with reference number [protected] and pnr xj26fz. The flight got cancelled due to nationwide lockdown. I requested yatra to refund the money but they told me that it is not possible as airlines are not refunding the money. Airlines are creating credit shell to use the fund for upcoming travel. But i did not found any indigo flight from chandigarh to srinagar. Then i contacted indigo airline for refund as i was not able to use credit shell. Then they become agree for refund and airline refunded the money on 1st july 20. I have been following with yatra team since 1st july 20 for refund but they have refunded the money yet. 48 days are not a small time to process the refund if they really want to refund the money to customers.

As per records, your booking has been cancelled and Indigo Airline has credit the amount of INR 1438.00 as a credit shell under Customers current PNR (hence no money will be refunded to original mode of payment). The credit shell will be utilized to create a new booking for same passengers. The fare difference will be applicable (If any). Also, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded the request to our concerned team to initiate the refund of INR 1460.00 for your booking.             It’s me pratap narayan mishra
            My flight was cancelled because of covid-19 and immediately after receiving message from airlines, i applied for refund to airlines and to yatra also on first week of july.
            Yatra told me to wait 30-45 days and it’s been already 2 and half months and everytime i call them they say sir more 30-45 days and give me some excuses like your ticket is revised ticket, your ticket is not open ticket, you didn’t apply for refund etc. Like this.
            My friends who booked from same airlines but different booking site. And he cancelled ticket after me. But he got refund already on 20 july approximately. So it means it’s not airlines fault. It’s yatra’s fault. They are making excuses.
            I am mentioning 3 yatra’s reference no. Because i booked those tickets from my bank account
            Thats why i am claiming for those 3 tickets.
            Please try to get me refund as soon as possible.
            Otherwise i will move to court against yatra

                  I had booked a bus ticket from bangalore to nagpur for the journey date 18. April.2020 but due to covid 19 pandemic the bus journey got cancelled. So, i got mail that will get the refund of ticket fare after 1 month, taking 1 month time because of the current lockdown situation. But after that long time passed, still i didn't get any refund from the yatra. Whenever i am generating ticket for refund it is becoming in resolve state without any solution.
                  Please do the needful. I have attached the ticket screenshot for more details.

                    Sir,
                    I want to inform you that i booked a bus ticket on date[protected] from varanasi to raipur (Chhattisgarh) for two people from yatra.com. Ticket cost me 1680.00
                    I had to book a car and go to varanasi from my home district mirzapur that cost me 2000 rs.
                    After reaching there, i contacted the operator, vidhan tours and travels and they told me that no bus is running to raipur currently after lockdown.
                    Because of yatra.com i had to face trouble and inconvenience and i had to lose 2000 rs of my travel.
                    I filed complaint to yatra.com through email about this, but the do not refund my money till today. No customer care number to reach and no response from support emails. Please take appropriate action against them, they are cheating with us
                    Please file my complaint against yatra.com as soon as possible and take necessary action to refund my whole amount.

                    I am attaching my e-ticket for your reference.

                      My money has been deducted two times while booking bus ticket on[protected] on same bus by yatra mobile app but i didn't get any mail or message regarding ticket confirmation. Neither in booking section it was showing any upcoming schedule of yatra app.

                            Due to lockdown started in March, all the airlines had to cancel the flights. Indigo cancelled my ticket and refunded the amount as well. But the agency (Yatra) through which I booked the ticket, has not refunded my money.

                            I had paid 6306 INR but you are showing that I paid 6006 and above that you deducted 500 INR in the name of convenience fee and all which was never mentioned in the app while booking. I want to know where the 300 INR went.

                                I booked air tickets (Round trip in indigo) of 3 of our family members for ccu to del on 26/02/2020 through yatra.com vide pnr nos : ap69ge &. Nng4rn. But due to covid-19, scheduled flights were cancelled and on my request of cancellation, the concerned company refunded whole amount of money. But as an agent, yatra.com barricaded payment and overcharged as well as deducted rs 15426.00 (Excluding commitment of refund of rs 996.00) unprofessionally and unethically.

                                  I booked railway reservation ticked through yatra.com on 15july2020 for delhi to nagpur, but booking not completed by yatra.com and they took my money from my bank and still not refund and they don't send any status, no customer care number. Yatra is biggest fraud in india. For this indian government ban this site.

                                      I cancelled a reservation made through yatra.com

                                      Given the unprecedented spread of coronavirus in india and especially in usa, my parents decided not to travel due to health risks associated with the travel. Both my parents are old around 60 years of age which makes them very prone to coronavirus attack. Hence, i cancelled the tickets through my online account at yatra on 04/april/2020 and received a confirmation from them. However, my refund is not yet issued by yatra.com. I also checked with swiss airlines and they confirmed that my tickets are already cancelled. Yatra.com forced us to get a written confirmation from swiss airline and i had to run from pillar to post to get email confirmation from swiss airline and submitted it to yatra. Even then my refund was not issued.

                                      I patiently waited for 120 days until jul and yet i received no confirmation from yatra. Customer service kept saying that airline has not issued refund so yatra cannot issue refund. However, when i checked on last week of july'2020 with swiss airline, they confirmed that yatra has not requested for any kind of refund.

                                      This is a pure case of harassment where yatra customer associates kept lying about the refund.

                                        I booked my air ticket for Aizawl from Dehli at 21st of July 2020. It was a connecting flight i.e. from Dehli to Kolkata, Kolkata to Aizawl. But Due to the coronavirus issue, the airlines suggested me to cancel the flight as there was no other available flights. And i did that, And they have initiated a refund from their end. Saying " the refund is up to the travel agency". But in yatra, when i check online i can see that my flight status is still active. And if i cancelled it, i would not receive any refund. So, i really don't know what to do now. I tried calling yatra helpline number several times. And i end up with a scammer ph. Number (: [protected]) he told me that it will be refunded, ask me to instal anydesk(a remote control app to get inside my phone) and that I'll have to check my balance through google pay( the fact that he wants to know my upi password.). But i told him that i have a different app to check my balance and he hung up.
                                        I dont know if this yatra is a big scam or a genuine online Booking agent. As i did a research by myself on the internet, i came to know that many of the customer faces the same issue that i am currently facing. So, i want it fixed!
