Hi,
International flights booked through yatra (Order id[protected] were cancelled in early may. I have been ever since following up for refund processing (Ya:[protected] however refund has not been provided yet.

The flights were scheduled from india on 30th may 2020 and return on 10th june (4 pax, delhi - moscow). Cancellation notification from airline was received in 1st week of may.

I've followed up atleast 15-20 times with yatra customer care - without any solution.

Appreciate if the refund could be processed on urgent basis (I am not looking for credit notes).

    My parents return flight was cancelled by singapore airline. I emailed to yatra.com for processing refund. Return flight was on june-24, today its almost one month, but yatra did not processed my refund request. I emailed them around 20 times for refund. Yatra reply is same, we processed your request but singapore airlines has not processed refund. So, i asked singapore airline for status. On july 22, singapore airline response says they did not received refund request / documents from yatra.com. So, who is to blame. Never ever use yatra.com for any services. If you email and tweet, they will say social media will respond and finally, you are not able to get response from anywhere.

      I am getting newer surprises from yatra!!!

      I had booked flight with yatra ref[protected].

      Instead of a full refund, app. 25% fare has been deducted and that too has been kept in e-wallet.

      Since the flight was canceled by air, thereby full amount should be returned!!!

      Secondly, what the point of keeping it in e-wallet. If the airline company has returned the amount, that should be credited back to the traveler account!!!

        I booked a flight on 16 july 2020 which unfortunately did not get book but the money got deducted. I did not receive any confirmation from yatra regarding the refund initiation. I have already sent them in email 6 or 7 times and did escalate the issue by submitting complaint on their app but they don't seem to respond on that.

          I booked bus ticket for vapi to ahmedabad for rs.482 (Discounted). But bus owner refused to accept my booking and said they are not accepting online bookings. And he said he will he will cancel the booking and the amount will be refunded shortly. And it's been 16 days still i didn't get refund. So i am requesting you to please review this and refund the amount asap.

            I have booked flight (Emirates airline) for my parents from yatra.com from delhi to houston. Due to covid-19 travel restriction flight got cancelled on march 30th. Booking reference number is[protected].

            I have sent multiple emails with request id 25163090 regarding refund status. I have received on email back saying i should be getting my refund within 7-10 working days. Today is 20th working day from that email date and still no refund.

            I have sent multiple emails but no one is responding. I called airlines support and they are saying that refund has been processed from their side.

            I am disappointed my the kind of support service you are providing and would make sure to not book any international flight from your travel agency.

            Your refund of INR (153394.00) has been processed from our end on 21st July 2020. Yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

              On 20 june 2020 i have booked bus from pune to Ahmedpur on yatra.com and bus was cancelled by an operator but till now i have not received refund, there customer service and contact number of yatra.com are not working i sended mail to [protected]@yatra.com thay said to me on 30th june your refund initiated by our system your refund credited in your account within seven days but till now i have not received any refund and also thay not giving any reply

                  Had booked indigo flight from bangalore to colombo and return.
                  Due to lockdown, indigo has issued a refund for bangalore-colombo fare and a credit shell for colombo-bangalore fare.

                  This refund was done way back on mar 25th. But yatra has not yet refunded me bangalore-colombo fare.

                    Hi i am jai i had my ticket on 25th march 2020 from yatra, due to lockdown in india my ticket got canceled. I did try to cancel my ticket manually but i was unable to do that. I did email and calls to yatra they said we don't have any information on your refund once your airline company will provide any refund you will get that money back.

                    It has been more than 4 month any they did not refunded my money.

                    My booking id is[protected] my ticket was from dallas to new delhi.

                    Please help me to get my money back i am still waiting for that and my credit card company is calling me everyday to pay that money, i don't have money to pay them.

                    Please help me.

And being a business person you can understand how difficult it is to call them for even domestic's flights,

                    Bad thing is they are not refunding money if you not contact them. That money is going for Yatra ...

                        I tried to book Flight ticket (Bangalore-Ranchi) from Yatra.com on 9th July 2020 through UPI (phonpe), The amount was debited from my DBS bank and was showing successful in phonpe, but the yatra website was not detecting the payment and after waiting for sometime the yatra page also got expired.I am not getting any response from yatra .

                          The above booking was made from bangalore to paris on april-9-2020. Due to lockdown, the tickets were canceled. I booked emirates airlines.

                          Yatra has not refunded the money yet. Emirates airlines have confirmed that they have refunded the amount to yatra. But yatra has not yet refunded the amount.

                          I have been trying to reach yatra through all the given numbers in google. Nothing is getting connected.

                          Action should be taken against them for not updating the status on refund.

                              Hi,

                              I have booked the 1 tickets of indigo through Yatra for the aforementioned date 30/May/2020. Please find below the details of bookings :

                              PNR: XD34JB ( Amount to be refunded: 21, 840.)

                              I have cancelled the tickets on 15th march 2020 as I received an email from Indigo regarding re-scheduling of flight.

                              I opted to cancel the flight with full refund option as this option was mentioned in that particular email and I also received a credit note regarding the same on 26/march/2020 which was uploading with this. Indigo airlines has refunded full amount to booking agency i.e Yarta and given mail confirmation to us. I am taking continuous follow up with your support team and getting auto reply stating the refund status. On 29th May I have received the mail from Yatra, stating my refund is processed and the refund amount will reflect in my bank account in 2 to 7 bank working days. Still I have not received the refund and now on 5thJuly I have received a mail from Yatra that the refund amount of Rs. 21590 /- is transfer to user money .

                              I have cancelled my tickets before lock down on 15th march and that is to as per the option given to us due to reschedule of flight. Please transfer tha refund amount to my account as soon as possible to avoid legal proceeding as this against the guidelines given by department of civil aviation, government of India, as once airlines refunded full amount to agency, then agency has no right to keep the money with them

                              I am not a regular passenger travel through airlines, In near future i do not have any plan to travel with air, so you are requested to please transfer my refund amount in my account

                                Flight had been cancelled due to covid having PNR ME8VFY. Upon requesting Indigo, they processed the amount of 4367/- to agency account (Yatra).

                                Initially Yatra sent a mail stating that amount will be processed to original source of payment of bank a/cc on 27th June.

                                Now they are refusing to do so and have processed as 'ewallet and promo' in their website.

                                I have repeatedly asked them to refund the amount to bank a/c but they are not complying even after confirmation from their own side. How ridiculous!!

                                Yatra is saying Indigo has provided refund to them in form if credit, hence they can't refund it to my bank a/c.

                                But i have proof from Indigo stating that they have given "monetary refund" of 4367/- to Yatra and hence I am eligible to get my refund in form of cash in my bank a/c.

                                Yatra is outright lying and playing misleading games.

                                  Yatra flight cancellation amount is not refunded after 3 months. Indigo is not responding and directing to yatra, however there are no correspondence available to reach yatra customer service executives. Please help.

As per records, your booking has been cancelled and Indigo Airline has credit the entire amount as a credit shell under Customers current PNR (hence no money will be refunded to original mode of payment).                                     I have booked a return tickets from shirdi to chennai. Due to covid-19 pandemic lockdown all the airline service were suspended as per the government guidelines. I have mailed to yatra mail id to just refund my full booking amount because i have booked tickets to attend a function that won't happen in future again. I am not a person like regularly or frequently using airline service. They had given a reply that you can take credit shell option, that won't work for my lifestyle. So i have sent many mails that please refund my full booking amount still they are trying to convince me to accept their opinion to take credit shell option. But spice jet sent a mail stating that i have refunded your amount to yatra so please contact yatra. Till the date yatra service provider not refunding my entire booking amount to my bank account through which i made a payment.

                                    I hope you will provide solution in terms of refunding my entire booking amount to my bank account.

                                      I was booked ticket on 8 march through yatra mobile app. On 22 May 2020 i was cancelled ticket from Indigo website. Indigo has processed refund for the same on 24 May 2020 to Yatra.com, now Yatra not providing me refund. Almost 1 and half month passed.                                         Dear sir/ma'am

                                        I did booking on 01 jul 2020 for the round trip from ahmedabad to varanasi, after doing payment successfully of rs 6825.00 through bhim upi, i did not receive any tickets yet.

                                        Also after checking in my account of yatra.com, it is not showing any booking that i did on 1 july 2020.

                                        Did not get any support from yatra.com
                                        After sending complete details they were asking about email...
