    Hi,

    I have booked the 1 tickets of indigo through Yatra for the aforementioned date 30/May/2020. Please find below the details of bookings :

    PNR: XD34JB ( Amount to be refunded: 21, 840.)

    I have cancelled the tickets on 15th march 2020 as I received an email from Indigo regarding re-scheduling of flight.

    I opted to cancel the flight with full refund option as this option was mentioned in that particular email and I also received a credit note regarding the same on 26/march/2020 which was uploading with this. Indigo airlines has refunded full amount to booking agency i.e Yarta and given mail confirmation to us. I am taking continuous follow up with your support team and getting auto reply stating the refund status. On 29th May I have received the mail from Yatra, stating my refund is processed and the refund amount will reflect in my bank account in 2 to 7 bank working days. Still I have not received the refund and now on 5thJuly I have received a mail from Yatra that the refund amount of Rs. 21590 /- is transfer to user money .

    I have cancelled my tickets before lock down on 15th march and that is to as per the option given to us due to reschedule of flight. Please transfer tha refund amount to my account as soon as possible to avoid legal proceeding as this against the guidelines given by department of civil aviation, government of India, as once airlines refunded full amount to agency, then agency has no right to keep the money with them

    I am not a regular passenger travel through airlines, In near future i do not have any plan to travel with air, so you are requested to please transfer my refund amount in my account

      Flight had been cancelled due to covid having PNR ME8VFY. Upon requesting Indigo, they processed the amount of 4367/- to agency account (Yatra).

      Initially Yatra sent a mail stating that amount will be processed to original source of payment of bank a/cc on 27th June.

      Now they are refusing to do so and have processed as 'ewallet and promo' in their website.

      I have repeatedly asked them to refund the amount to bank a/c but they are not complying even after confirmation from their own side. How ridiculous!!

      Yatra is saying Indigo has provided refund to them in form if credit, hence they can't refund it to my bank a/c.

      But i have proof from Indigo stating that they have given "monetary refund" of 4367/- to Yatra and hence I am eligible to get my refund in form of cash in my bank a/c.

      Yatra is outright lying and playing misleading games.

        Yatra flight cancellation amount is not refunded after 3 months. Indigo is not responding and directing to yatra, however there are no correspondence available to reach yatra customer service executives. Please help.

As per records, your booking has been cancelled and Indigo Airline has credit the entire amount as a credit shell under Customers current PNR (hence no money will be refunded to original mode of payment). The credit shell will be utilized to create a new booking for same passengers. The fare difference will be applicable (If any). Regards, Yatra Care

          I have booked a return tickets from shirdi to chennai. Due to covid-19 pandemic lockdown all the airline service were suspended as per the government guidelines. I have mailed to yatra mail id to just refund my full booking amount because i have booked tickets to attend a function that won't happen in future again. I am not a person like regularly or frequently using airline service. They had given a reply that you can take credit shell option, that won't work for my lifestyle. So i have sent many mails that please refund my full booking amount still they are trying to convince me to accept their opinion to take credit shell option. But spice jet sent a mail stating that i have refunded your amount to yatra so please contact yatra. Till the date yatra service provider not refunding my entire booking amount to my bank account through which i made a payment.

          I hope you will provide solution in terms of refunding my entire booking amount to my bank account.

            I was booked ticket on 8 march through yatra mobile app. On 22 May 2020 i was cancelled ticket from Indigo website. Indigo has processed refund for the same on 24 May 2020 to Yatra.com, now Yatra not providing me refund. Almost 1 and half month passed. I have wrote many emails to Yatra .com, but every time reply is wait for 10 working days.

              I did booking on 01 jul 2020 for the round trip from ahmedabad to varanasi, after doing payment successfully of rs 6825.00 through bhim upi, i did not receive any tickets yet.

              Also after checking in my account of yatra.com, it is not showing any booking that i did on 1 july 2020.

              Did not get any support from yatra.com
              After sending complete details they were asking about email...

              Hi my refund was completed by the airline side to the yatra and now i got email that my refund will be added as a um in my yatra account but i did not request for it i asked for the refund back to my bank payment i have done my transaction through and the yatra is making by itself and foecing me to accept um that is unacceptable for me and i will not accept that beacause it is against my will. Please i request to make my refund back to my bank as airline did because airline confirmed me they have completed full refund from their side to yatra and now yatra will send you the refund amount to you bank account through which payment had been done..                 Hi my flight booking no[protected] air was cancelled by airline due to covid 19 and airlines has completed the refund but yet i did not get my refund by yatra as airline said they completed the refund with the travel agency whic is yatra and i did not get even any mail or message from yatra regarding refund. How do i get refunded amount as airline has transfered to yatra.

                    I tried to book a train from Ambala Cantt to Bareilly. The payment was made from Amazon Pay and it was successful but when I open the Yatra web they show an error and the amount was deducted.

                      What kind of reality check they are talking about. I booked my daughter Air ticket through Yatra.Com (famous website of India) Shirdi to Muscat to Shirdi (21 March to 29 March )before pandemic hit or lockdown was even imposed. Now flight was cancelled due to lockdown and now they are not refunding the full amount. Instant of 23500 INR I received only 8312 INR after writing lots of emails I am not getting any positive response from Yatra. So what about the balance money?

                        Which type of convenience it is?
                        I did not travel because of the cancellation done because of Government regulations in Pandemic. So, Yatra has exploited me by holding my convenience fee. However, Government of India claimed 100% refund against cancellations done because of Pandemic. I request you to release my 300/- as early as possible.

                          I had booked a return flight for my parents from usa to india for 7th may. But since the lockdown was extended in india the flight was cancelled by the airlines. I called the airlines and they confirmed me that i could either request for a future date travel or a full refund. But since it was booked through yatra.com they wont be able to do it and i would have to reach out to them to get my full refund. I raised this request with yatra more than a month ago and still have not received my refund neither they are providing proper updates. Now they are saying that there are airlines fee and all yatra fees deducted. The total amount they are saying could be refunded is 1/2 of the total amount. There has been nearly a deduction of 70k which i cannot accept. Even after the airlines confirmed it could be refunded fully i am not sure why after a month yatra have come back with this info. I have been asked to wait for an update from a month and all information has been through emails, they are never providing a contact number to talk to them. This is so frustrating. I want a full refund immediately.

                            Me & my family were to travel to us on the 14th of may & back in june. But due to uncertainties around covid19 we cancelled our ticket (Ref no[protected] on the 7th of april itself & got confirmation from yatra website that the refund is being processed. It is more than 2 months now & they are not responding nor reachable on the phone. This is completely unacceptable. It has also come to our notice that when the ticket was issued there was only a pnr number & no ticket no basis which etihad (The air carrier) is also not able to trace the status. Is yatra a fly by night operator?

                              On 19th may 2020 i was booked a two tickets from tirunelveli to hosur.. Due to covid-19 no buses are running but yatra allowed to booking the tickets. After i'm aware about bus cancellation due to covid-19 i was cancelled my tickets. But still the amount was not credited to my account... I already sent a mail to yatra they are not tevert to my mail..

                                I had booked a domesticair ticket from yatra and the flight got cancelled due to covid-19. Airline, air vistara confirmed the full refund over the mail and asked to speak to yatra customer care but the customer care people has reverted that the zero refund will be there. I am pasting the revert from airline. Kindly help.

                                    I booked an air ticket by yatra app from hyderabad to lucknow via delhi. For this i paid 3205/- on 6th april 2020 for the travel on 21st april 2020 (Transaction details are there in screenshot attached).
                                    This ticket got cancelled because of the lockdown so, i rescheduled the ticket for 11th may 2020 for which i paid an additional fee of 298/- as the fair difference to the airline goair at their website. Because of the extensions in the lockdown, this ticket also got cancelled. After this i didnot make any ticket.

                                    So, finally i paid 3205/- to yatra & 298/- to goair.

                                    Out of this 298/- i got refunded by goair today, but from yatra i got an email today (Attached as screenshot) in which they have processed 2905/- for my e-wallet however the actual amount was 3205/-.

                                    This is pure extortion of innocent customers like me in this pandemic situation. Why they are holding my 300/- as commission? Is this the time to eat commission or to help the customers?
                                    & e-wallet amount will again remain with them. How will i get my money back?

                                    Moreover, in such a pandemic situation, i had lost my job.
                                    So, i request you to please process my full refund so that i can use

                                    You have booked the ticket with us and we have given you the confirmation. Flight operations are not in our control.

                                    We regret, we cannot refund the convenience fee charges.

                                    In normal situations, it may be non-refundable but if you are charging it in pandemic that means you are violating the Government's instruction of full refund as Govt has clearly instructed that all the bookings cancelled because of lockdown will be getting full 100% refund. So I request you to refund the full amount as soon as possible.

                                      Address: Head Office Address:1101, 11th Floor, Tower B, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector-39, Gurgaon-122001.

                                      I had booked a round trip flights to Kozhikode from Hyderabad for 4th and 14th April. These tickets got cancelled due to lockdown and Yatra assured that the money will be stored in a credit shell to be used for one year and till September the ticket can be easily rescheduled as well. But when I am trying to book tickets with this amount from Yatra I am getting an error message saying “Special round trip fares are not eligible for partial cancellation” when both the tickets were cancelled by airline itself. I have reached out to Indigo and they said they cannot help me with this since the booking was done through Yatra. None of the customer care numbers for Yatra are working nor are they responding to my mails or messages. I have tried reaching out to them in Facebook and Twitter but they are not responding there either. The money in question is ₹9000 and is urgently required for my next booking. Not sure what is to be done next.
