I have booked 3 bus ticket on yatra.com for *16th april 2020 but bus got cancelled due to covid19. I have claim for my refund on 17 may 2020 for cancelled bus ticket its more than 50 days i have ask many times for my money they are replying with resolved status for my request but still i have not receive my money.

    Hi,

    I had my travel scheduled on 12 april from air asia flight (15-599). My pnr no was r2chvm.

    Due to covid-19, my flight was cancelled and i have still not received any refund or credit note.

    Yatra service is the most disgusting service i have seen and is a fraud company.

    To date (From last one month), i am getting message that refund is initiated and shall be processed within 2 working days however the fraud company has not made any effort to either refund money or any email intimation on refund status

    I hereby request you to kindly refund my money in full.

      I have credit shell balance due to refund from airlines due to flite cancel during lockdown.
      Now i am trying to new booking using credit shell balance but yatra.com not providing the balance and asking to drop an email regarding the same. I have emailed many times but they did not provide solution as well not contact me.
      I have to do an urgent flite booking.in this situation yatra.com is not providing me my credit balance which is approx 3000/-.

            It is now over 8 weeks since the cancellation of Rwandair PNR UNK2N8 and I donot see my refund for Yatra Booking Reference Number YT39070340
            Rwanda Air cancellation
            RwandAir has already refunded the entire amount to Yatra 10 weeks ago .

              I booked international round trip flight and due to covid my return flight got cancelled. This incident was happened in february starting, when lockdown was neither started nor announced in india. Pnr okzrtg and booking ref is[protected].
              Yatra is not refunding money, however the money has been immediately refunded to yatra by airline company indigo. But even after multiple reminders yatra is not returning my money. Every time i ask for refund they says in 48 hours it will get credited to my bank account but it's more than 4 months they have acted on this. They have swallown my money. Customer care do not pick phone, mail support do not respond on multiple mail complaints.
              How to get my money back to my bank account?? You are fake company/currupt company, cheating your long time customers in such pandemic.
              But this one time opportunity you might lose huge customer base by just ignoring customer complaints.

                I bought flight ticket from kolkata to nagpur on 10th july. I paid 4614/- via google pay app and my money got deducted from my bank account. But the yatra page said flight booking unsuccessfull and didn't refund money nor gave ticket.

                  I booked flight from mumbai to visakhapatnam on 30 may 2020 through yatra.com ticket booking was failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account i have logged in with my mobile number [protected] and the amount was deducted from my sbi bank account no.[protected].                     Kindly note, i have booked my flight with goair through yatra.com after the govt of india/ civil aviation ministry announcement of opening the domestic airlines from 25th may 2020. Flight no. Is g8-321 of 1st june 2020 (I. E. For tomorrow). I have been trying to do web check-in for the last 36 hours but it always shows an error no such flight available though i have paid fully for this upcoming flight. I have written many to many times in this 36 hours to airlines & yatra, even keep on calling on their customer support numbers but no one cares to respond to the customer. To my agony, i do not understand what to be done as the new guidelines issued by the civil aviation dept, it's compulsory to do web check-in in order to get access to the airport terminal. No update has been given so far by yatra or airlines whether the flight is operating or canceled.. I am totally at loss. Kindly help to resolve this issue with yatra & goair. It's the most urgent.

                    The case is already known to everyone in your customer care dept, just check with them. My PNR No. is Q7QJHM. The flight was cancelled by the airlines, no PNR credit was given on time, I waited for 3 days as my travel was urgent so I took another flight to travel, now I do not need any PNR credit at all. I need my FULL REFUND only as neither I am going to travel in the same sector again, nor with the number of people & nor in this year of Covid at all.

                    Airlines or Yatra cannot push any customer to get only PNR credit, they cannot hold my money this way by now dictating terms. I just need my full refund that's all. Otherwise, I will be constrained go for legal recourses to recover my money as well as the financial losses I have incurred because of this, also the mental agony I have been facing.

                    There is no published & written guidelines by DOCA/ MOCA (by Mr. Hardeep Singh- Minister of Civil Aviation) that Airlines can just offer PNR credit to customers in case the flight gets cancelled by them after the domestic flight are opened from 25th May 2020. If any, share with me.

                    I am waiting for resolution fast now as it has been 4 weeks.

                      I have booked flight tickets on 18 apr 2020 (Travel date) for my family (Wife and son) bengalore to jaipur due to corona they are not able to travel however flight company cancelled the tickets, as per govt statement flight company have to refund full amount.

                      It's been more then month still no refunds had been initiated. I need help to get refund as sson as possible.

                          Have booked two flights and got refund for only one from indigo and yatra is saying that air asia has not refunded them and i need to contact air asia to get my refund back as per the last communication i contacted air asia and they are saying they cant initiate refund until or unless yatra has requested them so what should i do now if you are telling bloody lies to customers that you have already requested.

                            My flight booking for travel on 16-april 2020 has been cancelled by indigo due to covid-19 and amount was in credit shell form., then i have requested for refund as per dgca guidelines, hence indigo has initiated refund on 27-april 2020. But still no mail/sms from yatra regarding my refund. Pnr - og7fnf. Indigo sent a confirmation mail for refund sent to yatra account (Riya travels). Please check and confirm when will i get my refund. Its been 32 days already, since refund initiated

                            But I didn't receive any proper response/timeline regarding refund. That's the reason I have posted complaint. I have got confirmation from Indigo 40days back. How long will it take to process the refund to customer.. Please check and reply on the status.

                                  My airline lot airlines has confirmed that they have refunded yatra as my flight was cancelled.

                                  My pnr: ted2my

                                  To which yatra had previously replied that they have not received any refund. My airlines has said that yatra is making false claims, kindly provide the refund application number for the same.

                                  Please provide this at the earliest or i shall sue you by taking matters to ministry of civil aviation and consumer courts. Do not try to give absurd information. Please provide full information.

                                  Provide me complete feedback about my refund and also about my refund application number.

                                      Yatra is holding my money for more than 5 months not refunding, however the flyer company indigo has refunded money to yatra.
                                      Every time i called yatra they said it will get credited to account in 2-3 working days. Now customer care no also disabled.
                                      I send multiple mails to [protected]@yatra.com, all are unattended. And never responded. I tried their # chatbot, it always says that the ammount will be immnitiated and refunded withiin 48 hours, but this 48 hours time is never ending.

                                        Yatra.com my refund was initiated 40 days back with reference number[protected] and i was supposed to get INR 3948 and I waited 40 days for this and didn't get the refund.. Again I complained and now they have initited INR 1752 ... So what are u guys doing.. Making customer wait for 40 days and then cheat them.. I have proofs for everything where ur customer care has sent me an email regarding the amount of refund.. This is kind of cheating guys.. Will never book anything from yatra moving forward... You guys cheat people like anything
