Yatra is holding my money for more than 5 months not refunding, however the flyer company indigo has refunded money to yatra.
Every time i called yatra they said it will get credited to account in 2-3 working days. Now customer care no also disabled.
I send multiple mails to [protected]@yatra.com, all are unattended. And never responded. I tried their # chatbot, it always says that the ammount will be immnitiated and refunded withiin 48 hours, but this 48 hours time is never ending.

Yatra.com my refund was initiated 40 days back with reference number[protected] and i was supposed to get INR 3948 and I waited 40 days for this and didn't get the refund.. Again I complained and now they have initited INR 1752 ... So what are u guys doing.. Making customer wait for 40 days and then cheat them.. I have proofs for everything where ur customer care has sent me an email regarding the amount of refund.. This is kind of cheating guys.. Will never book anything from yatra moving forward... You guys cheat people like anything

My flight ai-417 to ranchi was cancelled after the government resumed the domestic flight. I was provide with provided with a delayed certificate and told will get a full refund but after raising a refund request i got a mail from you guys stating that you can only reschedule your flight that to before 15 june 2020. As per the current situation either flight are available nor i am will to travel in pandemic. As stated in your mail after 15 june i will have to pay rescheduling charges. What type of refund is this. Please find attached your reponse mail and delay certificate.

I have booked ticket from yatra for mumbai to calgary for 16 april. My flight got cancelled and i haven't got replied from yatra. Now we are trying for full refund as it was not cancelled by us. They saying discount amount, insurance and convenience fess will not get refunded. Other travellers are giving full refund in this kind of situation but yatra is loiting people

I got a message from Yatra.com on 11th May that they have processed a refund of INR 13406.50. I waited for 10 days but the amount was not credited to my account. When I checked with my Bank, I got to know that there was no refund done by Yatra.com. The transaction ID also is not valid.

After this, I asked Yatra.com to share proof that they have transferred the amount. But no proof has been shared till now.

In Facebook, I found that other customers also have been cheated like this.

I booked domestic flight and due to covid it got cancelled. Ref [protected]
Yatra is not refunding money, every time i ask for refund they says in 24 hours it will get credited but it's more than 2 months they have swalon my money. Customer do not pick phone, mail support do not respond on mail complaints. How to get my money back?? Fake people currupt company, cheating people in pandemic.

I cancelled my both ways international flight on 17th march i booked via yatra.com. The same day recieved confirmation of cancellation as it was refundable flight i was expecting my refund in 7 days. Its been two months i have been raising concerns via emails, complaint via app contact us but i am getting no response at all. There is huge amount of money which i am in serious need of and yatra is not even replying for any emails or complaints.

Due to start of lockdown in kolkata from 23/mar 17:00, i tried to cancel my air tickets from blr to ccu via goa (Partially refundable). On the yatra portal it gave a message as it is less than 24 hrs but suggested to contact yatra support team. Accordingly i dropped email with all the details to yatra support, unfortunately they didn't take any action. Team was not available on-call. Now they are saying they can only refund rs. 482 only.

Please help me on how to get the refund.

Updated by Deepbubai After 2 days raising the complaint got a call from number from Delhi NCR asking for my account number for refund. When told him he can refund the money from the same account from where the transaction is done he disconnected the phone.
After that there is no information. Can you please give some update on the complaint ??

The flight ticket booked from bom to bbi with ref no:[protected] & pnr no: ohsdpp, was cancelled by the indigo airline due to the covid-19 outbreak.

The indigo airline provide a credit cell of inr 24579.96.

But its not available in the payment page to book a new ticket with the same passenger using the airline credit
I had doped several mail but no response
Not able to contact the customer care also
I want to book the ticket today
Please check and advise

I booked a flight from bangalore to chandigarh with cancellation protection covered which charged me 1167 rs extra. After booking the ticket, it is showing status as "cancelled by airline" and i will not be able to cancel it, in case i wish to.. As it is already showing cancelled.
When i called airline, they mentioned flight with pnr is confirmed and not cancelled.

Yatra support team also replied that credit has been given by airline, but there is no credit as airline has not cancelled the flight.

I am not sure should i travel or not..

We have booked a flight from delhi — helsinki (March 26th 2020) and helsinki — delhi (31 may) in qatar airways though yatra for me along with my kids.

But due to covid-19 pandemic the flights have been cancelled and since we placed the cancellation 10 days ahead we have received the full refund from airways to yatra. However yatra is not yet transferring to our accounts and we always see waiting for...

I, geetika panda, booked a flight for myself from blr-ccu for 2nd april for flight 6e 433 in an indigo fight. A refund of inr 4909 only is being shown against my pnr on indigo website, while the booking was done for inr 5083. Also i am unable to use this credit through indigo website since it is asking to contact yatra, and yatra is showing no option of booking flight using this credit. I have another booking for indigo flight 6e 691 from ccu-blr (Inr 3034) for which too the same issue is being faced.

Please refund the full amount of inr 5083 and inr 3034 and specify the exact procedure of booking the flight using credit shell.

I have booked flight for 16-april - 2020 travel indigo thru yatra and it got cancelled by airlines due to covid-19. Pnr - og7fnf. So, my payment was turned into credit shell and i have applied for refund as per dgca guidelines. Refund initiated and confirmed on april-27-2020 by indigo, that they have transferred to riya travels account by which yatra completed booking. But there is no mail/response from yatra till now. Raised complaint on yatra app maany times, but no proper response from team. Highly frustrating. Please check on it.

After cancellations i talked to airline and they settled the amount from airline side to yatra on around 12th april. But still i didn't get my refund from yatra. I raised issue many time but not get any valuable response. They mentioned after 30 days you will get refund but not they are not on there words and i am unable to contact with yatra also and when i cancelled my booking from yatra also it is showing they will contact after 48 hrs and it's completed more then 1 month bt no contact
