My flight booking for travel on 16-april 2020 has been cancelled by indigo due to covid-19 and amount was in credit shell form., then i have requested for refund as per dgca guidelines, hence indigo has initiated refund on 27-april 2020. But still no mail/sms from yatra regarding my refund. Pnr - og7fnf. Indigo sent a confirmation mail for refund sent to yatra account (Riya travels). Please check and confirm when will i get my refund. Its been 32 days already, since refund initiated

I booked international round trip flight and due to covid my return flight got cancelled. This incident was happened in february starting, when lockdown was neither started nor announced in india. Pnr okzrtg and booking ref is[protected].
Yatra is not refunding money, however the money has been immediately refunded to yatra by airline company indigo. But even after multiple reminders yatra is not returning my money. Every time i ask for refund they says in 48 hours it will get credited to my bank account but it's more than 4 months they have acted on this. They have swallown my money. Customer care do not pick phone, mail support do not respond on multiple mail complaints.
How to get my money back to my bank account?? You are fake company/currupt company, cheating your long time customers in such pandemic.
But this one time opportunity you might lose huge customer base by just ignoring customer complaints.

I have cancelled my booking on 18th march'20 against yatra ref number

My airline lot airlines has confirmed that they have refunded yatra as my flight was cancelled.

To which yatra had previously replied that they have not received any refund. My airlines has said that yatra is making false claims, kindly provide the refund application number for the same.

Please provide this at the earliest or i shall sue you by taking matters to ministry of civil aviation and consumer courts. Do not try to give absurd information. Please provide full information.

Provide me complete feedback about my refund and also about my refund application number.

Yatra not refunding money that the airline has credited them on May 10.

Yatra is holding my money for more than 5 months not refunding, however the flyer company indigo has refunded money to yatra.
Every time i called yatra they said it will get credited to account in 2-3 working days. Now customer care no also disabled.
I send multiple mails to [protected]@yatra.com, all are unattended. And never responded. I tried their # chatbot, it always says that the ammount will be immnitiated and refunded withiin 48 hours, but this 48 hours time is never ending.

Yatra.com my refund was initiated 40 days back with reference number[protected] and i was supposed to get INR 3948 and I waited 40 days for this and didn't get the refund.. Again I complained and now they have initited INR 1752 ... So what are u guys doing.. Making customer wait for 40 days and then cheat them.. I have proofs for everything where ur customer care has sent me an email regarding the amount of refund.. This is kind of cheating guys.. Will never book anything from yatra moving forward... You guys cheat people like anything

My flight ai-417 to ranchi was cancelled after the government resumed the domestic flight. I was provide with provided with a delayed certificate and told will get a full refund but after raising a refund request i got a mail from you guys stating that you can only reschedule your flight that to before 15 june 2020. As per the current situation either flight are available nor i am will to travel in pandemic. As stated in your mail after 15 june i will have to pay rescheduling charges. What type of refund is this. Please find attached your reponse mail and delay certificate.

I have booked ticket from yatra for mumbai to calgary for 16 april. My flight got cancelled and i haven't got replied from yatra. Now we are trying for full refund as it was not cancelled by us. They saying discount amount, insurance and convenience fess will not get refunded. Other travellers are giving full refund in this kind of situation but yatra is loiting people

I got a message from Yatra.com on 11th May that they have processed a refund of INR 13406.50. I waited for 10 days but the amount was not credited to my account. When I checked with my Bank, I got to know that there was no refund done by Yatra.com. The transaction ID also is not valid.

After this, I asked Yatra.com to share proof that they have transferred the amount. But no proof has been shared till now.

In Facebook, I found that other customers also have been cheated like this.

I cancelled my both ways international flight on 17th march i booked via yatra.com. The same day recieved confirmation of cancellation as it was refundable flight i was expecting my refund in 7 days. Its been two months i have been raising concerns via emails, complaint via app contact us but i am getting no response at all. There is huge amount of money which i am in serious need of and yatra is not even replying for any emails or complaints.

On[protected] i got the message from air india that flight between dhm to del has been cancelled. I try to contact with yatra for support but, unable.
Kindly solve this issue. I will get the refund or something else.

Due to start of lockdown in kolkata from 23/mar 17:00, i tried to cancel my air tickets from blr to ccu via goa (Partially refundable). On the yatra portal it gave a message as it is less than 24 hrs but suggested to contact yatra support team. Accordingly i dropped email with all the details to yatra support, unfortunately they didn't take any action. Team was not available on-call. Now they are saying they can only refund rs. 482 only.

The flight ticket booked from bom to bbi with ref no:[protected] & pnr no: ohsdpp, was cancelled by the indigo airline due to the covid-19 outbreak.

The indigo airline provide a credit cell of inr 24579.96.

But its not available in the payment page to book a new ticket with the same passenger using the airline credit
I had doped several mail but no response
Not able to contact the customer care also

I booked a flight from bangalore to chandigarh with cancellation protection covered which charged me 1167 rs extra. After booking the ticket, it is showing status as "cancelled by airline" and i will not be able to cancel it, in case i wish to.. As it is already showing cancelled.
When i called airline, they mentioned flight with pnr is confirmed and not cancelled.

Yatra support team also replied that credit has been given by airline, but there is no credit as airline has not cancelled the flight.

I am not sure should i travel or not..
