Due to start of lockdown in kolkata from 23/mar 17:00, i tried to cancel my air tickets from blr to ccu via goa (Partially refundable). On the yatra portal it gave a message as it is less than 24 hrs but suggested to contact yatra support team. Accordingly i dropped email with all the details to yatra support, unfortunately they didn't take any action. Team was not available on-call. Now they are saying they can only refund rs. 482 only.

Complaint marked as Resolved Complaint is marked as resolved - I have no information when and how the complaint is closed. Neither I received any refund nor any intimation from Airlines company on my complaint.
Please tell me how the complaint is closed. I dropped to 2 more messages but no reply. Please consider this on priority as this complaint is pending for 3 months now.
