I cancelled my both ways international flight on 17th march i booked via yatra.com. The same day recieved confirmation of cancellation as it was refundable flight i was expecting my refund in 7 days. Its been two months i have been raising concerns via emails, complaint via app contact us but i am getting no response at all. There is huge amount of money which i am in serious need of and yatra is not even replying for any emails or complaints....

We have boooked tickets through yatra.com. But the flight was cancelled. No refund of the amount.
Kindly do needful and arrange to advise yatra agency to repay the amount.

On[protected] i got the message from air india that flight between dhm to del has been cancelled. I try to contact with yatra for support but, unable.
Kindly solve this issue. I will get the refund or something else....

refund of domestic air tickets

Due to start of lockdown in kolkata from 23/mar 17:00, i tried to cancel my air tickets from blr to ccu via goa (Partially refundable). On the yatra portal it gave a message as it is less than 24 hrs but suggested to contact yatra support team. Accordingly i dropped email with all the details to yatra support, unfortunately they didn't take any action. Team was not available on-call. Now they are saying they can only refund rs. 482 only.br...

Ticket booking using airline credit

The flight ticket booked from bom to bbi with ref no:[protected] & pnr no: ohsdpp, was cancelled by the indigo airline due to the covid-19 outbreak.

The indigo airline provide a credit cell of inr 24579.96.

But its not available in the payment page to book a new ticket with the same passenger using the airline credit
I had doped several mail but no response
Not able to contact the customer care...

Cancellation/Refund/Wrong status

I booked a flight from bangalore to chandigarh with cancellation protection covered which charged me 1167 rs extra. After booking the ticket, it is showing status as "cancelled by airline" and i will not be able to cancel it, in case i wish to.. As it is already showing cancelled.
When i called airline, they mentioned flight with pnr is confirmed and not cancelled.

We have booked a flight from delhi — helsinki (March 26th 2020) and helsinki — delhi (31 may) in qatar airways though yatra for me along with my kids.

But due to covid-19 pandemic the flights have been cancelled and since we placed the cancellation 10 days ahead we have received the full refund from airways to yatra. However yatra is not yet transferring to our accounts and we always see waiting for...

Refund my money Yatra

Dear indian consumer forum,
Yatra is not refunding my money to my bank account from where i have done the payments. Total amount is (13507+10601) = 24108

I have contacted several times, but after one and a half months also, they are yet to refund my money. I am a girl with limited income. Kindly help me to get my refund.

flight refund issue

I booked flight from yatra.com due to covid-19 my flight got cancelled from airline side. After cancellations i talked to airline and they settled the amount from airline side to yatra on around 12th april. But still i didn't get my refund from yatra. My flight was re-schedules and hence I cancelled it with the airlines on 23rd March 2020. The airlines has issued a full refund but Yatra is still not processing it even after almost 2 months of follow-up. This is terrible service... They asked me to wait for 30 days and today almost 50 days are over but yet to hear from them...

booking canceled by yatra but money not refunded

We had booked holiday package to europe (For 2 person) from yatra (Booking ref id : yh5810556). Our departure was on 09 april 2020 from bangalore. Our departure has been cancelled by yatra due to corona virus issue. We had paid the advance amount of inr 73, 097/- to yatra. But after cancellation yatra is refusing to refund our advance amount, instead of that they told the inr 29000/- will exist in their account and that should be utilized...

refund for my flight cancelled by airline

I raised refund request to yatra for PNR : R25JSM, as per the discussion thay had refunded my amount on 29-APR-20 and should be reflect in my accout in 2-2 days its been 9 days now, and am still hassling with them to get my refund

Bad experience and they stopped replying to my tweets or mails
pathetic customer experience...
