Hi,

I booked a flight ticket from indore to mumbai for 15th april 1.00pm with yatra.com.
My money got deducted from my account but i never received any booking information my number or mail.

The ticket was booked around 11 pm on 27th march 2020. The amount was rs. 2649.

The customer care number of yatra.com is not working and they are only allowing us to mail the complaints which are...

I have booked an international flight to the us. Due to covid-19, flight got canceled by airlines. When i contacted delta airlines, they offered full-refund. However, yatra is charging 40% as a cancellation fee.

When i contacted customer care, they didn't respond. When i opened the ticket through their portal. They marked ticket as resolved.

Yatra is cheating with the customers....

I have booked goair flight from patna to bangalore (G8-378) for sunday 22 march.

I am extremely disappointed with your behaviour. I have booked my round trip using yatra app. I have cancelled one sided trip through airlines website but unable to receive that amount through yatra app.

This is to bring to your notice that consequent upon indigo cancelled their flight scheduled on 25.3.2020 for the pnr no. Jg31uf (Mumbai trivandrum and back), i have cancelled both the to and fro journey from mumbai.

no response from customer care to cancel my flights

I have been calling yatra customer care number but none of the number is reachable. All the numbers are wrong. They are not replying to my mails. Their site is having temporary server issues from past 3 days and so i am not able to cancel my flights from their site and neither i can reach them through any medium. This so pathetic to behave like this in such an emergency situation. This is ao frustating as i feel so helpless....

refund related query due to coronavirus

I had booked a package for bali for which i ahad paid 1, 10, 000 inr to yatra. But due coronavirus and as per the government of india's ruling i cancelled the package to avoid any other migration to and from india. The refund amount which yatra promised of 72k is yet to be refunded plus 38k which they are deducting is completely illogical. It appears as if they want me to go bali and get infected. They should ideally refund the entire fare....

I made two flight ticket bookings, first from bangalore to pune for 8th may and then from pune to bangalore for 25th may. Money has been deducted from my phonepe account. However, i have not received my tickets yet. Kindly send my tickets or refund my money now.

domestic flight tickets

I have booked an airplane ticket from pune to new delhi on *-*-* at *:* time. The amount got deducted from my upi account but the ticket is not booked. There are no details regarding the tickets in the "my booking" section on the website as well.

I have proof of the money deducted from my upi account as well. I also contacted google pay and they confirmed me that the transaction from their end was successful.

I have booked flight for 21 mar from pune to dehradun, my amount debited but not got any confirmation for ticket booking.

no response in regards to cancellation/rescheduling charges

But due to the corona outbreak all the airline companies have waived off the rescheduling or cancellation charges. Yatra has mentioned the same on their website but when you try to reschedule or cancel they are asking for regular rescheduling or cancellation fees.

I tried booking the tickets from HYD to PAT through Indigo 6E-763 scheduled on 20th March. The amount in Google pay got deducted but tickets were not booked. I booked the same ticket in 2nd attempt. I need to get the refund of amt. Rs. 6204/-

cancellation of tickets

This is in connection with ticket reference number[protected] booked with yatra. Its for flight booking to and from bangalore to london via dubai on 2nd april. I have been reaching out to yatra through several modes (Online portal, their support email i'd) and they are not responding for 3 days now.
