This is clear cheating sir after confirming it from u and ur website showing refundable ticket i book the ticket and at airport when airline staff deny boarding i called u 3 hrs before an getting same response at same time i called cleartrip.com i booked one ticket from them also same airlines same everything they simply cancel the ticket on the spot and ur staff didnt help me in this case i am very old customer o[censored]r website and u dont know how much loss i suffer from own pocket pls help me in this regard and cancel and refund this three tickets. I called more than 30 times to ur service and nobody even help and respond me properly. Even i send email before flight fly to u and didnt get any response i have proof of that even i can provide u the numbers from where i start calling u from the delhi airport.

    Yesterday I made a booking for air vistara UK 933 for lucknow to mumbai for my mom and dad payment has been processed however no confirmation received yet as pe email I awaited for 3hr but no call received from your executive then I tried calling customer care support again no response I received for your reference Booking Reference Number[protected].         This is my reference ID or my train booking of delhi to patna. Such bog companies do not even have a customer care no. It only has a no. to book or check the status of your booking. I got a message that the refund will be in a span of 7 working days and it's now freaking 14 days since I got the refund reference no. And what more that the reference no. does not even work. These big name companies are thugging hard earned money from us. We trust such companies for they won't let there customers down and this is the result.

          We have booked an International Honeymoon Package to Switzerland- Paris from Yatra in April 2016 and Paid for Superior rooms and point to point commute for our trip but when we reached Switzerland we got a Standard Room.
          Additonally i had to pay 80 euros in all transportation in paris
          From train station to hotel, from hotel to pickup point
          And finally hotel to airport !!
          These should have been part of the package as i was informed repeatedly that hotel will be walk able from pickup points and airport/ train station to hotel transfers will be included.
          I have been contacting Yatra Customer support for the same for 6 months now and not receiving any response.

            i have sent yatra all details regarding amount deduction with bank
            statement...its been 4 days still i dont get any response from
            yatra...state bank of india cross checked that they transfered the amount
            in favour of yatra.com with statement ...it past around 20 days ..yatra do
            not concern about refund...yatra is denying that they have received the
            amount...i'm sending you the screenshot of the bank statement which clearly
            shows that yatra.com gurgaon have received the amount 4960...or sir i
            should file a case against yatra ???i need a favour through consumer forum
            against the manipulation or denying by the fake sites please if possible

              I am really tired of trying to contact you.
              It was really a bad experience for me to book with yatra.
              I booked a flight from Bangalore to new delhi on 18 September...the flight was not booked but the transection was been made due to emergency i had to book another flight. but i didn't get the refund of previous transection i need your help as soon as possible.

                I have booked a flight ticket from pune to indore on booking date 13/9/16, 12:10am of travel date 13/9/16 ...from my SBI account the amount of Rs4960 has been deducted but no confirmation msg were given by yatra.com...i have tried many times to get connect with customer care but no customer care yet connected only on the customer care no the system repeats no customer still connected ...its a fake site for customers

                i went through yatra.com as a guest with the id - prateek.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. [protected]
                on the date 13/9/2016 at 12:10am but no message i received as i had a conversation with yatra customer care ..they told me that the booking were on the id - eicher.[protected]@gmail.com its my firm id..no message were there too for the confirmation and as the primary policy rule the confirmation must be send to the phone number that the customer have register while booking..

                Kindly see the details above...if amount is deducted and i didn't get any confirmation of flight neither in my phone number nor in email...primary policy states that any commercial sites have to inform in the phone number that the customer provided at the time of booking ..samewise on the email id but as i made a conversation with yatra customer care they told me that mail was sent to some other id ...how does it possible but if i made a ticket with the

                phone number -[protected]
                No confirmation was given ..this should be the mistake of yatra.com ...how would i know if no information i get from yatra whether the flight was booked or not...please do a favour

                    Attached is the tour itinerary. On day 6 we were promised to be dropped in Bagdogra Airport. We were ready by 4.00AM on 9th Sept at our hotel. But the tour operator arranged driver was late by 40 mins (4.37 AM), car didn't have plastics cover to protect luggage from rain which caused another 15 mins delay to go to his office and take the cover and car did not have enough diesel which delayed another 30 mins. The car tyres didn't have sufficient air and the driver was immature to drive in slippery areas and stuck our car into the mud which took 30 mins to release the car with the help of a lorry and lorry driver instructed our car driver to fill air in the tyres so that car won't get stuck in mud. To fill air we spent about 15 mins. Later he didn't have any documents (RC, License etc., ) for which the police caught and fined him. This caused another delay of 30 mins. Now we were behind schedule of more than 2 hrs. After all this we were stuck in a landslide near Sevok, West Bengal that had just occured 20 mins before we reached there. This added to the delay by another 1hr 30 mins (totally 3hrs 30 mins delay to airport). We had missed our flight to Bangalore by the time we reached the Airport. Yatra representative named Vikas initially agreed to pay the ticket cost and arrange accommodation and travel if needed and asked us to enquire about the tickets availability and price. After enquiring when we called again Yatra never connected us to Vikas and another representative named Ashish Bhatia said they can only refund 12000 and we have to arrange our accommodation and travel .. But the ticket cost for next day was 18000 and the same day was 44000. We felt insecure to stay in an unknown city and chose to fly on the same day by paying 44000. Yatra or the tour operator are denying to accept the delay caused by them and they are not ready to compensate for the flight charges incurred in booking new tickets to complete our Journey.

                    Let me quote few more incidents happened after the trip. We were planning to lodge a complaint the very next day (10 Sept). Mr Ashish Bhatia called me and asked the soft copy of the bangalore ticket that we had book and told he will forward the ticket to senior management and revert by Monday about the refund status. So we decided to wait for his reply. Monday I called yatra, he told he needs time till Thursday. Thursday I called, he said he will revert by Friday. He called yesterday and said they can refund only 12000, the same amount which he had committed on 9 Sep. He has actually wasted our time and we had filed consumer complaint against yatra.

Yatra.com site was not allowing me to cancel the flight saying the travel time is very close and I should do the cancellation from airline. I called up Indigo and cancelled the flight. Now I want to get my money refunded. Yatra.com site does not have any option as such, I searched in "my bookings" for getting any "refund claim" option and there was nothing. I am trying from then to call yatra customer care number multiple times and no one is picking up. See, I need to rebook my ticket now and need refund immediately.

                        I had booked round trip tickets from Chennai-Bengaluru-Chennai (Flight Jetairways for both sectors). Date of departure: Sept. 11, 2016 and return by same day: Sept.11, 2016. My Yatra booking reference no. is[protected]. The ticket cost both ways for 2 members is Rs.8526.

                        Issue:
                        1) I had used a Yatra promo discount of Rs. 250 while booking the tickets. Due to the ongoing bandh in Karnataka, I had change my plan, so I cannot travel on the above dates. Now when I cancel the tickets even before 12 hrs, because as per Yatra rules, the amount refunded is just Rs.489. That is, i lose more than 8k.

                        I feel it is very unfair to deduct so much money as the bandh that lead to the cancellation was due to the reason not connected to me.

I spoke to Jet Airways and they responded that my request to consider KARNATAKA BANDH for refund cannot be accepted and that nothing could be done. I am helpless.

                              I this any kind of business strategy where you guys take the full payment and then refuse to give the same property for which i have made the payment.
                              Moreover I have made the full the full payment on 30th Aug only after getting the confirmation mail from Anamika (travel agent) w.r.t to my hotel booking.

                              Till that time the rooms were booked and available for me .
                              I have made the reservation 2 months back (26 Jul, 2016) so i guess it should be booked and unavailability should not be the question over here.
                              Otherwise what is the use of making the advance payment

                              I made the full payment on 30th Aug .Now after 8 days after making my full payment i am coming to know from you guys that rooms are not available this is really unprofessional. Now you Agent Anamika who is taking care of trip is pushing me to cancel the trip.
                              Who will bear the losses for all other reservation (For Air ticket, private cab booking, site seeing ...etc ) Moreover the mental torched i am going through. People plan their holiday for the relaxment not for this which i am going through.

                              I guess this is you business strategy to get the extra money from the customer or to give the cheap property in the cost of Taj.

                              I would like to draw your attention toward my case YH2800196 which is going on with Yatra.

                              Brief about My case

                              I booked My Resort (Taj Goa - Holiday village ) on 26 Jul, 2016 and transferred the advance amount of 10K. (YH2800196)
                              Till then everything was smooth. In August my Yatra executive who was dealing my case got changed and the case went to Anamika.
                              She called me regarding the same and i confirmed that booking is confirmed or not . she dropped me a confirmation mail for the same.

                              I made the full payment on 30th Aug for my booking. On 7th of Sept (9 day before my travel) i got a call from Anamika saying that now my rooms are not available. From then on she is pushing me to cancel my trip which i planned for so long and spoil my vacations. Instead of helping me she is providing me low grade resorts or asking me take the refund as if they are doing some favor by returning full amount.

                              Now I am being told that they will upgrade my room but i wont get my lunch and dinner. Again i have to take the Hit for the mistake of Yatra as i have pay for the lunch and dinner. I am not able to understand what i did wrong that i should take this Hit.

                              I gave the option to change my dates of travel from 16th sep to 23 sept and they will take care of my change fight (which was done by me from cleartrip). This she agreed to and started working on it but after some time i got a call that rooms are available and my senior will send you the confirmation mail and she needed one day to check my air tickets. Today she called me again saying that rooms are not available and tried to cancel my ticket and give me refund without telling me directly (by trick). They are not trying to facilitate my trip instead they are trying to close my case. which is highly unprofessional.

                              It seems like she is making fake promises as she is not responding to my mails instead she is only calling, afraid to give anything in writing/mail. Is it not the executive's job to facilitate my travel and if any hurdles occur on the way she is suppose to work with me to provide me with better alternatives and not insist on cancelling my travel.

                              Now only 8 days are left for my travel and our family doesnt have any idea that we are going on holiday or not
                              Instead of looking forward to a relaxing holiday i am in tension and spending sleepless nights.

                              Moreover, this is not the first time that Yatra has failed to fulfill its commitment.

                              In March i booked the Taj Goa - Aguda Fort and the same thing happened then also.
                              In the end it was me who took the HIT of 5K in-order to have the trip.
                              otherwise they have were forcing me to drop my plan and stay at home. But i still had faith in Yatra and booked another trip. I feel sorry for myself for having faith in your services, once again you have let me down.

                              1. What is the use of booking the holiday package 2 month before with Yatra if I have to take the Hit and make my trip expensive.

                              I feel sorry to say that Yatra is not creating the happy Travelers instead of that they are trying to spoil there travel by pushing them to cancel. I am highly disappointed.

                              I have given them alternative hotel option as well " Grand Hayatt" (North Goa), as per them there is no room available for 16th Sep. When i checked the same on different site i got the booking. I have also shared the snapshot for the same with Manoj- The lead guy currently handling my case and same thing happened no response from them on this

                              I guess they all are not interested in making my trip. I have to escalate the stuff to the next level as they are failed to provide me the solution. I will post my complaint in social media and paper media. So that this should not happen to the other customers and they can choose the correct travel site for their booking and can enjoy there trip tension free. If i have to go to through the legal process i will do that also.

                                I booked a ticket from yatra.com and i booked from delhi to ranchi on oct 30th. But the ticket that got confirmed was from ranchi to delhi. I am sure i booked the right one and when the iternary came it was wrong and hence i had to cancel the trip and booked another. I was charged 2500 for that.
                                I want that money back as it is the website issue and not mine during booking flight.

                                    The refund of rs 3060 for my train ticket has yet not been credited into my account...

                                    But according to yatra they have already processed the refund on 23rd aug 2016 and said that it will be credited to my account within 5to7 working days. Also they provide me a bank transaction id. But till date i have not received the refund.                                     The refund of rs 3060 for my train ticket has yet not been credited into my account...

                                    But according to yatra they have already processed the refund on 23rd aug 2016 and said that it will be credited to my account within 5to7 working days. Also they provide me a bank transaction ID. but till date i have not received the refund. I already contact my bank with provided reference ID and as per my bank Yatra.com still not credited this amount to bank and they told me to contact yatra.com for the confirmation. Copy of my refund details attaching for your reference. kindly help me to get my refund

                                      I have booked a indigo airline flight ticket at a website from yatra.com Hyderabad to Mumbai on 26th August, the payment has been deducted 2 times, i did not get the e ticket 2 times . First time amount was deducted Rs . 2, 720.00 and second time Rs. 2, 710.00.please do the needful. i need my amount asap. I am trying to call the yatra.com customer care number unable to reach them. my transaction reference number is [protected]/0 and another payment reference number is [protected]/0. so please take the action asap .i need my amount .

                                      They havent given me any ecash ..rather they took 2 times my money for same booking which has been debited from my account and cuatomer service is not returning my money.nor they are giving any solutions ..yatra is totally fraud ..
