    Yesterday evening, I made a booking from DEL to BLR for tomorrow. I have yatra money I used for this flight in it's entirety. I phoned this morning with the booking reference ([protected]) and no flight can be found. The customer service person wasn't very helpful saying there is nothing that can be done, and that I have to re-book a new flight. I have an international card, which can not be used to book domestic flights, which is really silly may I add. I explained this, saying the travel date is tomorrow, and that yatra have obviously taken the money, so therefore issue a new ticket. She told me it was a 'non-booking' day. How on earth does a travel company have a 'non-booking' day. I asked to speak to a senior, as if I have to re-book a new flight, the price may change and that if I pay with an international card, I am incurring cost, she told me there are no managers, but seniors are there. Finally she said I can book using my international card, and that someone will call me back as she can not transfer my call. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can not believe any of this to be true. I even asked her to hold a ticket until they can refund the eCash, she said can not be done. So, Yatra, what on earth are you doing? If you are unable to serve the public with simple flight tickets, I suggest you pack up shop. Please resolve this issue immediately for all the above stated reasons. my registered e-mail address is [protected]@hotmail.com

      The refund (3970.00) for the cancelled flight ticket has yet not been credited into my account...

      But according to yatra they have already processed the refund on 09th aug 2016 and said that it will be credited to my account within 5to7 working days, but till date i have not received the refund... (For your reference i will be attaching a copy of my bank statement which proves that my bank account has not been credited with any refund from yatra)...
      I have already forwarded my bank statement to yatra but they have stopped replying...

      Kindly help me get my refund...

        I usually use goibibo and Paytm for booking tickets. I am a new user of Yatra.com & booked 1st time a ticket from Yatra... Mumbai to Chennai. PNR no. of it is H8PBYD for which I have applied promo code FLIGHT which was applied successfully.. And I have to make a payment of Rs. 2992. But from my account Rs. 3492 was deducted.. I request you to refund Rs.500 in my bank account as promo code was applied successfully otherwise I will not be a customer of Yatra any more.. and will make a complaint against the same in consumer forum.

            I have cancelled flight tickets for travelling on 25th august 2016 but the refund amount that i got was just 780, they must mentioned all these details in the ticket while we book, all these are hidden charges,
            Why would anyone want to cancel the ticket to get just 780 rs in return rather i would travel again or leave it without cancelling, this is unfair of yatra.com to see charging people just for booking,
            And the airlines is equally playing a cheat game if my ticket is cancelled and i am sure someone else would be still travelling with same charges so there is definitely no loss to airlines are travel agency it would calm be down if they had alteast taken half the amount but getting back 780 for 8860 is ridiculous. No wonder these companies are making profit with all our money. Someone kindly take strict action against such company.

            Cancellation charges are shared with customer's before confirmation of the booking. As per history of the reservation your second ticket was nonrefundable and cancellation was possible and charges were deducted on your first ticket only.                 We booked a package to bangkok and pattaya. Yatra ref no yh2832055. First: the incharge of our package tour did not send any details regarding the trip till 2 days we were due to travel. We were really worried as we were travelling with a 18 mnth old baby. We wanted to make sure about the hotels. After repeatedly calling we finally got a itinerary flight details etc. But the flight details were all goofed up. They put my name with some elses baby. And my baby name and ticket was added to someone else. This created a lot of confusion at the time of getting boarding pass. We had to wait for good 1 hr till the issue was resolved. Now coming to the hotel in pattaya the rooms blocked by them have no view. However they are the most corner rooms. I mean this is terrible. And lastly after repeatedly requesting and mentioning that we want an early chk in no response was given. Very unprofessional attitude and totally inacceptable.

                  This has reference to reservation of bus ticket made on aug 10, 2016 with booking reference: [protected], pnr: 47024492 and fare: rs 799, boarding from kaushambi metro station to bareilly on date aug 12, 2016 at 23:00 hours. Please be noted that i reached the boarding point at around 22:15 hours. I could not find my bus, i tried calling the contact nos. Given on ticket but there was no response. I tried at least 15 times. Ultimately, my call was received and they gave me another no. I called the second no. And one more contact no. Was given to me. I called that no. And i was told that the bus had already departed at 21:30 hours. He gave me an option to travel in non-ac bus which i rejected. He said there is no other bus. I kept waiting there. He then arranged my seat in an ac bus with pathetic condition. There was no leg space and i could not even sit straight because of the ceiling above me for sleeper which was broken and falling on my head. I had to sit there in miserable condition for 8 hours. I inquired for the fare of seat and i was told that it was rs. 360. I asked for refund of money which he denied saying that you can get down from the bus. I feel very much cheated and i want a refund for my amount.

                  I believe that you are not interested in listening to what my concern was. I already told you that the bus operator arranged an alternate service for me. But the quality of service and the quality of bus was the worst that I have ever come across. I paid more than double the amount for the ticket. The bus operator just exploited my helplessness. If you are really interested in addressing my complaint, kindly arrange for a refund.

                          Hello, myself sohan sharma, on behalf of my friend joy chatterjee, i want to lodge a complain for ' yatra.Com ' for their delay on getting our refund, that was cancelled after the payment was done. The cancellation details for booking reference number are ' [protected] '. After cancellation we get a mail but they did not mention, how much amount they will refund to us for our cancellation. Even they did not mention when will they refund us. So please look into this matter and put this complain on high priority so that we can get our fund back as soon as possible.                             Please do not use Yatra services, very disappointing service, I was trying to cancel my hotel booking and hotel confirmed they will refund the amount but Yatra is saying hotel will not refund the amount. Yatra is trying to cheating the customer and not providing the honest service.

                            Very frustrated service, I would not recommend anyone to use YATRA for any kind of booking.

                            If you need frustration in your life, please go head and book your vacation through YATRA.

                              I have booked a hotel through Yatra.com for 3 days in annavaram at Ganesh residency hotel. There were two room types non standard and deluxe with lake view and they had pics of the rooms. We booked the hotel and on arrival we found out there are no deluxe rooms and the pics shown in the website are not for that hotel and the worst the bathroom had no door. Called yatra to cancel the booking but they came back saying hotel is declining to cancel the room and provide refund. I spoke to the manager at hotel and he said none from the yatra had called and he is fine to cancel the room. I paid 2000 for a day for the room and the max hotel was charging was only 1500. It's been a day and yatra has still not come back on the cancellation. My booking reference number is[protected]

                                Yesterday evening i was booked a flight ticket from kolkata to hyderabad worth rs. : 3722/- and here is the details:

                                But i was not got any ticket confirmation from yatra.com and i called them and they r saying "we not receive the amount" but mean while i am checking my paytm wallet checkbook and i was found that payment was done by[protected] time:05:51:29 pm.

                                So now please help me to get back my money.

                                  On 14th july yatra support responded with following reference - "re:'yatra=[protected]' yatra booking reference number [protected] and sbi transactionreference - zi4yqffotgg96zruqwzs12050ig0chbxpm2" asking few details which was responded to on the same day.

                                  After this i have followed up with yatra on their helpline number several times.

                                  However, yatra is not refunding my amount.

                                    This is regarding my booking for nainital kausani ranikhet trip with booking id yh2744090 from you.
                                    It is really disappointing and sad to say that your management is so mismanaged.

                                    I have many points to share with you:

                                    1. i have registered multiple complaints with my booking id (yh2744090) but none of your associates can provide the solution for any of my problem. are your associates just hired to listen the complaints and sit back. (yatra associates: rashmi pathak, ashish bhatia, tejinder singh, deepak, shadab, dharmindra khanna)

                                    2. our booking in-charge ms yamini kapoor and ms. kamaldeep kaur provide us false information:
                                    A) i requested for breakfast and dinner for entire tour, hotel booked in nainital (arif castle) do not serve dinner buffet as per you sales team but they offer it and i have to buy it in hotel.

                                    B) i transferred payment on 20th of june 2016 after getting the payment they are giving us information regarding direct payment basis sightseeing in nainital on 23rd of june. why this information was not conveyed us before the payment. i asked yamini kapoor do i have to pay any more amount or is their is any hidden change she said you don't have to pay anything. i have that mail too.

                                    C) false commitment in between our trip by mr. shadab, he called me specially and said that driver will be changed next morning.

                                    3. many places of our itinerary (day 2) were not covered because of driver unaware of the place. he was stopping the local people at places to ask for the way. is yatra.com planning so poor that they sent a untrained driver. (had discussion with shadab and rinku chaudhary and dharmindra khanna)
                                    The driver was unaware of the itinerary.

                                    We do not have any behavioral issue with driver may be he is driver of normal taxi they given him responsibility to drive tempo traveler.

                                    4. our traveler condition was good but it was making unnecessary noise (audio i have). that disturb us throughout our journey. (had conversation with mr dharmindra khanna multiple time)

                                    5. no follow up or call from yatra side regarding our trip or solutions to our problem.


                                    6. on the way to nainital at 8:00 pm my traveller was stopped at the place called roci bypass 10 km below nainital no arrangement was made from your side. even no information was provided from your side so that we can make our own arrangements. i informed the same to rashmi pathak, mr. dharmendra and mr. ashish bhatia but no one took the initiative to solve my problem. we have to sit back there till 9:00 pm then my traveler was allowed and i on my own took the lead to talk to hotel for making the further arrangements.

                                    It is strange so irresponsible associates are involved for customer services.

                                    If i have to do everything on my own why i have paid to yatra.


                                    How can such a big brand work so irresponsibly. i would never suggest anybody to go with yatra.com. i would circulate this on social media to make people aware about the facilities provided by yatra.
                                    I showed the trust on you but your poor services spoil my trip.

                                    I would highly appreciate if yatra.com could response me back with valid justification. things can not be changed but it can be corrected in near future (not to repeat it with someone else).

                                        I booked rail tickets on 30th may, 2016 but the tickets weren't booked and money was deducted from the bank account... I've already compained about it and got a message from yatra.com but not been refunded the msg was :refund for yatra reference number [protected] has been processed. Your bank transaction id for the cash refund of rs. 867 is[protected], and the amount will be credited within 5 to 7 working days, depending upon your bank.
