Yesterday evening, I made a booking from DEL to BLR for tomorrow. I have yatra money I used for this flight in it's entirety. I phoned this morning with the booking reference ([protected]) and no flight can be found. The customer service person wasn't very helpful saying there is nothing that can be done, and that I have to re-book a new flight. I have an international card, which can not be used to book domestic flights, which is really silly may I add. I explained this, saying the travel date is tomorrow, and that yatra have obviously taken the money, so therefore issue a new ticket. She told me it was a 'non-booking' day. How on earth does a travel company have a 'non-booking' day. I asked to speak to a senior, as if I have to re-book a new flight, the price may change and that if I pay with an international card, I am incurring cost, she told me there are no managers, but seniors are there. Finally she said I can book using my international card, and that someone will call me back as she can not transfer my call. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can not believe any of this to be true. I even asked her to hold a ticket until they can refund the eCash, she said can not be done. So, Yatra, what on earth are you doing? If you are unable to serve the public with simple flight tickets, I suggest you pack up shop. I would like to draw your attention toward my case YH2800196 which is going on with Yatra.
Brief about My case
I booked My Resort (Taj Goa - Holiday village ) on 26 Jul, 2016 and transferred the advance amount of 10K. (YH2800196)
Till then everything was smooth. In August my Yatra executive who was dealing my case got changed and the case went to Anamika.
She called me regarding the same and i confirmed that booking is confirmed or not . she dropped me a confirmation mail for the same.

I made the full payment on 30th Aug for my booking. On 7th of Sept (9 day before my travel) i got a call from Anamika saying that now my rooms are not available. From then on she is pushing me to cancel my trip which i planned for so long and spoil my vacations. Instead of helping me she is providing me low grade resorts or asking me take the refund as if they are doing some favor by returning full amount.
Now I am being told that they will upgrade my room but i wont get my lunch and dinner. Again i have to take the Hit for the mistake of Yatra as i have pay for the lunch and dinner. I am not able to understand what i did wrong that i should take this Hit.
I gave the option to change my dates of travel from 16th sep to 23 sept and they will take care of my change fight (which was done by me from cleartrip). This she agreed to and started working on it but after some time i got a call that rooms are available and my senior will send you the confirmation mail and she needed one day to check my air tickets. Today she called me again saying that rooms are not available and tried to cancel my ticket and give me refund without telling me directly (by trick). They are not trying to facilitate my trip instead they are trying to close my case. which is highly unprofessional.
It seems like she is making fake promises as she is not responding to my mails instead she is only calling, afraid to give anything in writing/mail. Is it not the executive's job to facilitate my travel and if any hurdles occur on the way she is suppose to work with me to provide me with better alternatives and not insist on cancelling my travel.
Now only 8 days are left for my travel and our family doesnt have any idea that we are going on holiday or not
Instead of looking forward to a relaxing holiday i am in tension and spending sleepless nights.
Moreover, this is not the first time that Yatra has failed to fulfill its commitment.
In March i booked the Taj Goa - Aguda Fort and the same thing happened then also.
In the end it was me who took the HIT of 5K in-order to have the trip.
otherwise they have were forcing me to drop my plan and stay at home. But i still had faith in Yatra and booked another trip. I feel sorry for myself for having faith in your services, once again you have let me down.

Question:-
1. What is the use of booking the holiday package 2 month before with Yatra if I have to take the Hit and make my trip expensive.
2. What is the use of making the advance payment if you guys still not book the room in advance.
3. Why did she send me a confirmation mail if the rooms were not booked.
4. Is this is s business strategy to get the extra money from the customer or to give the cheap property at the cost of Taj.
5. why yatra Guys make commitment if you can't stand for it.
6. why she is not responding me on the mails ?
7. why she responded 7 days after my full payment (30 Aug) and informed me regarding non-availability of rooms.
I feel sorry to say that Yatra is not creating the happy Travelers instead of that they are trying to spoil there travel by pushing them to cancel. I am highly disappointed.

I have given them alternative hotel option as well " Grand Hayatt" (North Goa), as per them there is no room available for 16th Sep. When i checked the same on different site i got the booking. I have also shared the snapshot for the same with Manoj- The lead guy currently handling my case and same thing happened no response from them on this

I guess they all are not interested in making my trip. I have to escalate the stuff to the next level as they are failed to provide me the solution. I will post my complaint in social media and paper media. So that this should not happen to the other customers and they can choose the correct travel site for their booking and can enjoy there trip tension free. If i have to go to through the legal process i will do that also.
