Cancelled ticket worth 8860 getting refund for 780

I have cancelled flight tickets for travelling on 25th august 2016 but the refund amount that i got was just 780, they must mentioned all these details in the ticket while we book, all these are hidden charges,
Why would anyone want to cancel the ticket to get just 780 rs in return rather i would travel again or leave it without cancelling, this is unfair of yatra.com to see charging people just for booking,

Horrible experience till now

We booked a package to bangkok and pattaya. Yatra ref no yh2832055. First: the incharge of our package tour did not send any details regarding the trip till 2 days we were due to travel. We were really worried as we were travelling with a 18 mnth old baby. We wanted to make sure about the hotels. After repeatedly calling we finally got a itinerary flight details etc. But the flight details were all goofed up. They put my name with some elses...

Refund issues

Please do not use Yatra services, very disappointing service, I was trying to cancel my hotel booking and hotel confirmed they will refund the amount but Yatra is saying hotel will not refund the amount. Yatra is trying to cheating the customer and not providing the honest service.

Very frustrated service, I would not recommend anyone to use YATRA for any kind of booking.

I've already compained about it and got a message from yatra.com but not been refunded the msg was :refund for yatra reference number [protected] has been processed. Your bank transaction id for the cash refund of rs. 867 is[protected], and the amount will be credited within 5 to 7 working days, depending upon your bank....

On 19 july i was trying to book tickets from delhi to imphal on for 20 july when they asked me my atm card no. I have written it and submitted my account no. After few min i got my reference no. So i checked it and my booking status was written as failed and after few min i got a text message that rs 13, 248 has been debited from my account and for that booking i put my email account for my booking status but there were no incomming messages...

While booking the website was showing availability of ticket and seat for legs delhi - singapore, singapore - melbourne and again melbourne - singapore, singapore delhi.
I booked my ticket and transferred money thru my credit card. The sum was approx.1.57 lac.
The web site issued the e-ticket also immediately and i got up and down journey...

Railway ticketing

Very bad service frauding us

In december 2010 i had a book a tour with yatra which is in 26may2011. Till date i have not submitted passport copies and also not filed for the visa. (This means that they have not started in process as of date)
But due to some reason i need the money which leads in cancellation of tour.

But yatra executive said company can't refund the money. That will remain with them and i would need to use it in years time.
