Hi TEAM i booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai for 29aep with refernce no.[protected], but the ticket was cancelled by bus authority, and i have received the bookinf fare nor i have received any message from yatra whereas i spoke with an executive regarding the matter, but he didnot clarify me nicely, so i request to refund the amount asap.

    I have booked 3 bus tickets on Yatra.com

    I had to cancel all 3 of them within the next 2 days. The journey was not before 3 days of cancellation.

    According to Yatra Bus booking Cancellation Policy, I am entitled to get 80% of my booking amount as refund. However, I was informed that i would be getting less than 50% of my booking amount. I have written to them regarding this. Its been 2 days and neither have I got a reply nor my refund

      I this any kind of business strategy where you guys take the full payment and then refuse to give the same property for which i have made the payment.
      Moreover I have made the full the full payment on 30th Aug only after getting the confirmation mail from Anamika (travel agent) w.r.t to my hotel booking.

      Till that time the rooms were booked and available for me .
      I have made the reservation 2 months back (26 Jul, 2016) so i guess it should be booked and unavailability should not be the question over here.
      Otherwise what is the use of making the advance payment

      I made the full payment on 30th Aug .Now after 8 days after making my full payment i am coming to know from you guys that rooms are not available this is really unprofessional. Now you Agent Anamika who is taking care of trip is pushing me to cancel the trip.
      Who will bear the losses for all other reservation (For Air ticket, private cab booking, site seeing ...etc ) Moreover the mental torched i am going through. People plan their holiday for the relaxment not for this which i am going through.

      I guess this is you business strategy to get the extra money from the customer or to give the cheap property in the cost of Taj.

      This same have happened in the past as well.
      They charged me 5k extra so that i can have my trip on time.

      I have written a following mail to Yatra head but got no response from them as well. It seem there are busy in creating profits rather than creating happy travelers.

      I posted the mail to below mentioned persons

      I would like to draw your attention toward my case YH2800196 which is going on with Yatra.

      Brief about My case

      I booked My Resort (Taj Goa - Holiday village ) on 26 Jul, 2016 and transferred the advance amount of 10K. (YH2800196)
      Till then everything was smooth. In August my Yatra executive who was dealing my case got changed and the case went to Anamika.
      She called me regarding the same and i confirmed that booking is confirmed or not . she dropped me a confirmation mail for the same.
      Attaching for reference.

      I made the full payment on 30th Aug for my booking. On 7th of Sept (9 day before my travel) i got a call from Anamika saying that now my rooms are not available. From then on she is pushing me to cancel my trip which i planned for so long and spoil my vacations. Instead of helping me she is providing me low grade resorts or asking me take the refund as if they are doing some favor by returning full amount.

      Now I am being told that they will upgrade my room but i wont get my lunch and dinner. Again i have to take the Hit for the mistake of Yatra as i have pay for the lunch and dinner. I am not able to understand what i did wrong that i should take this Hit.

      I gave the option to change my dates of travel from 16th sep to 23 sept and they will take care of my change fight (which was done by me from cleartrip). This she agreed to and started working on it but after some time i got a call that rooms are available and my senior will send you the confirmation mail and she needed one day to check my air tickets. Today she called me again saying that rooms are not available and tried to cancel my ticket and give me refund without telling me directly (by trick). They are not trying to facilitate my trip instead they are trying to close my case. which is highly unprofessional.

      It seems like she is making fake promises as she is not responding to my mails instead she is only calling, afraid to give anything in writing/mail. Is it not the executive's job to facilitate my travel and if any hurdles occur on the way she is suppose to work with me to provide me with better alternatives and not insist on cancelling my travel.

      Now only 8 days are left for my travel and our family doesnt have any idea that we are going on holiday or not
      Instead of looking forward to a relaxing holiday i am in tension and spending sleepless nights.

      Moreover, this is not the first time that Yatra has failed to fulfill its commitment.

      In March i booked the Taj Goa - Aguda Fort and the same thing happened then also.
      In the end it was me who took the HIT of 5K in-order to have the trip.
      otherwise they have were forcing me to drop my plan and stay at home. But i still had faith in Yatra and booked another trip. I feel sorry for myself for having faith in your services, once again you have let me down.

      Question:-

      1. What is the use of booking the holiday package 2 month before with Yatra if I have to take the Hit and make my trip expensive.
      2. What is the use of making the advance payment if you guys still not book the room in advance.
      3. Why did she send me a confirmation mail if the rooms were not booked.
      4. Is this is s business strategy to get the extra money from the customer or to give the cheap property at the cost of Taj.
      5. why yatra Guys make commitment if you can't stand for it.
      6. why she is not responding me on the mails ?
      7. why she responded 7 days after my full payment (30 Aug) and informed me regarding non-availability of rooms.

      I feel sorry to say that Yatra is not creating the happy Travelers instead of that they are trying to spoil there travel by pushing them to cancel. I am highly disappointed.

      I have given them alternative hotel option as well " Grand Hayatt" (North Goa), as per them there is no room available for 16th Sep. When i checked the same on different site i got the booking. I have also shared the snapshot for the same with Manoj- The lead guy currently handling my case and same thing happened no response from them on this

      Attaching the snap shot over here also.

      I guess they all are not interested in making my trip. I have to escalate the stuff to the next level as they are failed to provide me the solution. I will post my complaint in social media and paper media. So that this should not happen to the other customers and they can choose the correct travel site for their booking and can enjoy there trip tension free. If i have to go to through the legal process i will do that also.
      I have not received refund amount in my account against the flight cancellation from Jammu to Srinagar flight no. 9W-640, PNR no. SNOIRH, reference id:[protected] and tickets no. [protected], [protected], [protected]. Please refund my amount

        I booked a ticket from yatra.com and i booked from delhi to ranchi on oct 30th. But the ticket that got confirmed was from ranchi to delhi. I am sure i booked the right one and when the iternary came it was wrong and hence i had to cancel the trip and booked another. I was charged 2500 for that.
        I want that money back as it is the website issue and not mine during booking flight.

          Dear Sir,

          I have booked train ticket from bangalore to tirupathi for 15.10.2016. The money is deducted and the confirmation email from yatra.com also received. In the ticket the PNR No. is Unconfirmed.

          I send the msg and call also but yatra.com persons not response, its very bad service, and they are mentioned wrong number, i called mumbai yatra.com office number but its call going to police station.
          Till now i am not received my ticket or refund amount.

            The refund of rs 3060 for my train ticket has yet not been credited into my account...

            But according to yatra they have already processed the refund on 23rd aug 2016 and said that it will be credited to my account within 5to7 working days. Also they provide me a bank transaction id. But till date i have not received the refund. I already contact my bank with provided reference id and as per my bank yatra.com still not credited this amount to bank and they told me to contact yatra.com for the confirmation. Copy of my refund details attaching for your reference. Please refund my amount urgently for continuing a smooth relations with yatra.com

              I have booked a indigo airline flight ticket at a website from yatra.com Hyderabad to Mumbai on 26th August, the payment has been deducted 2 times, i did not get the e ticket 2 times . First time amount was deducted Rs . 2, 720.00 and second time Rs. 2, 710.00.please do the needful. i need my amount asap.                   Yesterday evening, I made a booking from DEL to BLR for tomorrow. I have yatra money I used for this flight in it's entirety. I phoned this morning with the booking reference ([protected]) and no flight can be found. The customer service person wasn't very helpful saying there is nothing that can be done, and that I have to re-book a new flight. I have an international card, which can not be used to book domestic flights, which is really silly may I add. I explained this, saying the travel date is tomorrow, and that yatra have obviously taken the money, so therefore issue a new ticket. She told me it was a 'non-booking' day. How on earth does a travel company have a 'non-booking' day. I asked to speak to a senior, as if I have to re-book a new flight, the price may change and that if I pay with an international card, I am incurring cost, she told me there are no managers, but seniors are there. Finally she said I can book using my international card, and that someone will call me back as she can not transfer my call. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can not believe any of this to be true. I even asked her to hold a ticket until they can refund the eCash, she said can not be done. So, Yatra, what on earth are you doing? If you are unable to serve the public with simple flight tickets, I suggest you pack up shop.                       I usually use goibibo and Paytm for booking tickets. I am a new user of Yatra.com & booked 1st time a ticket from Yatra... Mumbai to Chennai. PNR no. of it is H8PBYD for which I have applied promo code FLIGHT which was applied successfully.. And I have to make a payment of Rs. 2992. But from my account Rs. 3492 was deducted.. I request you to refund Rs.500 in my bank account as promo code was applied successfully otherwise I will not be a customer of Yatra any more.. and will make a complaint against the same in consumer forum.

                          I have cancelled flight tickets for travelling on 25th august 2016 but the refund amount that i got was just 780, they must mentioned all these details in the ticket while we book, all these are hidden charges,
                          Why would anyone want to cancel the ticket to get just 780 rs in return rather i would travel again or leave it without cancelling, this is unfair of yatra.com to see charging people just for booking,
                          And the airlines is equally playing a cheat game if my ticket is cancelled and i am sure someone else would be still travelling with same charges so there is definitely no loss to airlines are travel agency it would calm be down if they had alteast taken half the amount but getting back 780 for 8860 is ridiculous. No wonder these companies are making profit with all our money. Someone kindly take strict action against such company.

                              We booked a package to bangkok and pattaya. Yatra ref no yh2832055. First: the incharge of our package tour did not send any details regarding the trip till 2 days we were due to travel. We were really worried as we were travelling with a 18 mnth old baby. We wanted to make sure about the hotels. After repeatedly calling we finally got a itinerary flight details etc. But the flight details were all goofed up. They put my name with some elses baby. And my baby name and ticket was added to someone else. This created a lot of confusion at the time of getting boarding pass. We had to wait for good 1 hr till the issue was resolved. Now coming to the hotel in pattaya the rooms blocked by them have no view. However they are the most corner rooms. I mean this is terrible. And lastly after repeatedly requesting and mentioning that we want an early chk in no response was given. Very unprofessional attitude and totally inacceptable.

                                This has reference to reservation of bus ticket made on aug 10, 2016 with booking reference: [protected], pnr: 47024492 and fare: rs 799, boarding from kaushambi metro station to bareilly on date aug 12, 2016 at 23:00 hours. Please be noted that i reached the boarding point at around 22:15 hours. I could not find my bus, i tried calling the contact nos. Given on ticket but there was no response. I tried at least 15 times. Ultimately, my call was received and they gave me another no. I called the second no. And one more contact no. Was given to me. I called that no. And i was told that the bus had already departed at 21:30 hours. He gave me an option to travel in non-ac bus which i rejected. He said there is no other bus. I kept waiting there. He then arranged my seat in an ac bus with pathetic condition. There was no leg space and i could not even sit straight because of the ceiling above me for sleeper which was broken and falling on my head. I had to sit there in miserable condition for 8 hours. I inquired for the fare of seat and i was told that it was rs. 360. I asked for refund of money which he denied saying that you can get down from the bus. I feel very much cheated and i want a refund for my amount.

But the quality of service and the quality of bus was the worst that I have ever come across. I paid more than double the amount for the ticket. The bus operator just exploited my helplessness. We would like to inform you that the refund of INR 599 has been processed from our end on 2 Aug 2016. Your bank takes 2-5 working days to credit this amount into your account.
