Unfortunately, my schengan visa was rejected by swiss authorities due to lack of some documents. The documents were not collected properly by yatra.com. Hi,

I used yatra mobile app to book a flight ticket for travelling to Patna from Delhi on 22nd February 2017. I booked the ticket and paid the fare using netbanking. When I got the ticket, it was from Patna to Delhi on 22nd February 2017. The app took the old data and generated the ticket.

On requesting for refund, yatra is not entertaining this request.
