On 19 july i was trying to book tickets from delhi to imphal on for 20 july when they asked me my atm card no. I have written it and submitted my account no. After few min i got my reference no. So i checked it and my booking status was written as failed and after few min i got a text message that rs 13, 248 has been debited from my account and for that booking i put my email account for my booking status but there were no incomming messages for that booking so kindly can u get me some refund

    Through their website i booked ticket to delhi - melbourne and melbourne - delhi.
    While booking the website was showing availability of ticket and seat for legs delhi - singapore, singapore - melbourne and again melbourne - singapore, singapore delhi.
    I booked my ticket and transferred money thru my credit card. The sum was approx.1.57 lac.
    The web site issued the e-ticket also immediately and i got up and down journey ticket. I was quite happy that i have got a good bargain.

    But this joy was to short lived.

    After few hours i got a call that ticket cannot be confirmed as the singapore melbourne sector availability of seat is not there for that day, as per the mail i received from yatra office, saying that money will be transferred in 4 to 7 working days!!!

    I asked for my refund immediately to my credit card, to which they said that now it will take four to seven working days to refund.

    So the drama has started and they had taken me for ride. They grabbed my 1.57 lac and for refund i have to wait for at least ten days.

    I booked twice and not once.

    I another time booking done for different date (Booking reference number[protected] however it also met the same fate, however after lot of complain you came back saying that it it is cancelled automatically.
    My first booking was with reference no: booking ref#[protected].

    My concerns is that this is a case of fraud and amounts to cheating,
    If tickets were not available then why the money was transacted to their account, once money was with yatra.com then they are saying 4 to 7 working days for return, means i am forced buy ticket thru you on higher price, which eventually i did.

    Prior booking first time i had blocked the ticket as per the web site, and got two time reminder mail to pay as soon as possible as seats are filling fast.
    But as soon as money was paid you started saying that booking cannot be confirmed.
    Then my question is that why your website displaying such tickets which you cannot book.
    It amounts to fraud as first take money by showing the promising ticket availability and once money is transacted then say it cannot be done and keep the money for months. Hence the customer has no option but to buy the ticket from you only.

    My 3 travel tickets was cancelled on 22nd june 2016 as due to certain circumstances i had to drop my plan to travel.

    However,
    After lot of calling and waiting on line for 20 to 30 minutes every time, numerous emails, the money has been finally returned to my account on 20th july 2016.

    This is a big fraud being done by yatra.com. They never reply any emails.
    I had to record each of their conversation for records or else they will flatly deny that anything was said. The trust was badly shaken.

      I was trying to book online train tickets. And there was deduction of money from my bank account. But there is no history or any other information about tickets. So in that case, i want that my money should be refunded. Or otherwise i will not be comfortable to book online from your website. This all depend on your service. It all depend on yours. But i want my money back. Or i will su you.

        In december 2010 i had a book a tour with yatra which is in 26may2011. Till date i have not submitted passport copies and also not filed for the visa. (This means that they have not started in process as of date)
        But due to some reason i need the money which leads in cancellation of tour.

        But yatra executive said company can't refund the money. That will remain with them and i would need to use it in years time.

        I requested him that "i am cancelling the tour as i need the money. And also its very difficult for me to spend the money in coming year!, you can deduct some amount and give back my money"
        But he said this is against the company policy!

          28th june rs. 10800 rupees taken by yatra illigally in the names of false flight ticket | request everyone to strictly avoid booking flight from yatra. I am requesting media people to please highlight this issue

          I booked tickets of two from new delhi to patna on 28th june. Passangers name:

          1. Gopal mishra
          2. Nishi kiran


          My amount rs. 10800 immediately got deducted but i never received any sms or email, however, i got a call from yatra saying the ticket has been confirmed. One day before travel when i called them to request to get pnr, i came to know that the ticket was not booked. From that day till today i. E. 17th july, i have been calling them for my refund but everytime i get same reply that it will take 3-5 working days.
          Really pissed of with this behaviour. For one call i waste 30 min of my time waiting for them to respond.

          I am thinking of going to media and highlight this issue. Please help.

            Hello sir
            I booked the flight today 14/07/2016 for date 28 july from new delhi to indore yatra.com with my mobile app yatra.com creating happy traveler. I booked my flight ticket with air india i use my citi bank debit card yatra.com deduct money rs 3099 from my card and my flight was not booked and now i got the text they refund my money 5 to 7 day. And now they enjoy the intrest of my money what the hell. Very horrible service now no budy response on phone customer care the number they give me [protected]. I cant see my booking status on yatra.com app. Please take action.

                  We book our domestic package for north east and suggest 3 star hotels and above yatra provide us hotel
                  Himalayan resort darjeeling but, because of some reasons they shifted us in hotel shambhu which is not
                  Equivalent to himalayan resort they provide us totally downgrade hotel which is not acceptable.
                  That means they took amount for 3 star and above hotels and provide us downgrade hotel.

                  And our diet is non-veterinarian which we already mention to yatra customer care but hotel shamhu is
                  Completely vegetarian so they are fail to provide us meal as per our expectation its very bad experience
                  For us and even in break-fast they provide us very limited items.
                  Because of this we face many problems begging of our tour; customer care people are so inactive to picking
                  Up the phone. they are not even talk properly, every time different person pickup call so again we have to
                  Tell our problem from begging which is very frustrated.

                    I recently took a flight of flydubai from Doha to Delhi booked through Yatra.

                    At the checkin counter, I was informed that I have no baggage allowance, while this alert was never indicated to me at the time of booking the ticket.

                    While it was not only extremely surprising for me, it was very inconvenient as well resulted in my having to spend another QAR 394/-.

                    I felt very disappointed and cheated. Can you look into the matter. How can an international flight be booked without any baggage allowance and that too without sufficient and suitable warning to the traveller ? Please refund the amount I was forced to pay for this onward journey towards baggage charges.

                    Further I have also booked my return journey on 110716 for the same sectors DEL-DXB-DOH.

                    I do not wish to land in a similar situation again.

                    Pls confirm what baggage allowance I have this time.

                        Hi team,

                        This was my first experience with yatra and that too the worst experience due to the representative neeraj.
                        I requested for a kerala package, and the representative who was assisting me in this was namrata patel, [protected] (Direct number mentioned in every mail) she was providing me the packages for kerala.

                        I had researched a lot about kerala and found a few hotels/resorts and designed a package for me and sent it to namrata stating that these are my requirements, please design a package accordingly with a best quote.

                        I didn't receive any reply to my query and today i called on the same provided number. I asked for namrata and a male representative picked up the call and said she is not available at the moment, she will call back in 10 minutes. This happened twice but i didn't receive any call.
                        Then the third time i called the same person received the call and told i am neeraj i would be able to assist you with the package.
                        I told him till now namrata had been doing it and she almost knows my requirements and now again i have to tell you all my requirements then he told i will check the mail and revert with the package.
                        He reverted but didn't not include the requirements with i had asked for.. Later on he did.
                        He provided dream catcher plantation in munnar and mentioned on call that i am providing you a 4 star property without even increasing the cost of the package.
                        Then i searched in google and found the rating as 3 star instead of 4 star (This is not customer reviews on google)

                        I marked him a mail with the screenshot and said that don't misguide the customers. It is a 3 star and not 4 star.

                        Also he was providing just 1000 rs discount in the package. Why would i require a 1000rs favour??

                        Neeraj then called me and said that what else discount you want. Shall i give 10000 or 5000? He talked liked this
                        Then he told the mail which you have written is not correct how can you say it is 3 star.. Go and check the hotel website and then he told that you are using iphone but you dont even know how to search on google.. Very very rough language he used. He told bina jaankaari k likha mat kro aise mail per.. Phle puri jaan kaari le k aao. I told him that i am not interested to talk and neither book any package from you and he told i am also not interested to offer you anything..

                        Is this the way you treat you customers??
                        This rough language you guys use??
                        These cheap representatives you guys have??
                        This was my first experience with yatra being a bitter, worst experience.
                        I am not going to book anything with yatra..

                          I booked train tickets from Pune to Sholapur in Chair-car for Hutatma Express. Due to change in travel, I cancelled the tickets. While irctc's cancellation charges are only Rs. 90/- per passenger, yatra gave me a mere refund of 625 for 1173. This is really insane and yatra is one of the worst travel portals for planning journeys. I need an immediate action over this with proper refund. The ref. no. is [protected].

                            I made a holiday booking from Yatra for Sikkim tour on 20-28th may. I had made the payment 1 month prior and Yatra had given me voucher for my hotel confirmations.
                            But when I reached Gangtok, I got to know that no hotels were booked for me. I called yatra and they gave a hotel which was in a jungle on the opposite hill of gangtok (not in gangtok city around 8 kms away)
                            I had children and women with me in my family and it was unsafe for me to stay there. So I came back to Gangtok and had to rome and booked hotels on my own.
                            My whole day was wasted contacting Yatra executives, but no response from them.
                            When I had made the payment and bookings a month ago, why were my hotels not booked?

                            Now after my trip, one of the executives named Megha Matta told me that I will get a refund of Rs.44700 in 8-10 days. But now it has been more than 10 days I havent got my refund back. And when I contacted Yatra the executives are telling that my reference id- YH2618954 is not showing in their system. I mean what kind of a fraud is this.

                                Dear yatra authority, i was trying to book flight ticket dated 03\06\16 from yatra.com on 25\05\16 but ticket was not booked though rs.3861 deducted from my paytm wallet and even i got rs 386 as cashback on paytm wallet..i got call minutes after from mr. jitender from ur gurgaon call centre that trnsaction is declined and u have to repay to book ticket..he said ur earlier money from paytm wallet which was deducted will be refunded.BOOOKING REFERENCE NO:[protected]...FLIGHT FROM MUMBAI TO DELHI dated 3rd june 2016...i've called ur customer care service several times but i havnt got my refund...if my money is not refunded i will go in consumer court .

                                  I booked 3 back to back flights on 4th Jun'16 within half an hour.
                                  2 ticket details are coming fine, but in 3rd ticket somehow passenger details are coming incorrect. When I contacted them 1st time, they took 2 day of time to say that the fault is from my side and I have given wrong details. Then when I asked them, how can you say its my fault, they just simply sent me one excel sheet attached below.
                                  I am continuously sending emails to customer support, but these people are as silent as desert in night which makes me double sure that it was a app fault/bug which was the cause. If its a mistake from my side then they should answer me instead of hiding and not answering.

                                  I am not sure what this screenshot is all about. This can be prepared over an excel easily.

                                  This details I can see in the ticket also, which is totally of no use and incorrect.
                                  Please provide a proper proof that it is a mistake from my side.

                                    We have booked a trip from yatra.com, reference number :- yh2681094. A full packaged trip to himachal pradesh, for 5n and 6d with an ac car toyota etios sedan.

                                    These people make fake promises the proof are as follows :-

                                    1. On arrival to chandigarh airport, we were received by swift desire instead of toyota etios. So, i called the emergency number then they told me to adjust as both are the same car. Do these peoples think we all are a fool?
                                    Still we have adjusted and told the driver it's ok, let's go to manali.

                                    2. Our driver mr. Pradeep singh, who picked us from chandigarh airport, was
                                    One of the worst driver one can imagine on a holiday trip.
                                    Actually, the driver has its own travel agency managed by him, so from the first day onwards he was telling that you must have booked a trip from me, and not yatra because they provide worst hotels at a high price, and i will give hotel[protected] onwards. He gave us his card.

                                    3. Driver was a moody person and a greedy one too. He made us fool many times as we were visiting a new place. First he told us there is no paragliding in solang valley, just because he had an agent who will give him money if he brings tourists to his paragliding zone in kullu manali. Similar to that in river rafting, he took us to his preplanned agents and made us pay more then actual rates. He made us pay 6000/- for a river rafting for 4person.

                                    4. We have fixed a cab to rotang pass (Snow zone) without informing our driver at 6000/- for everything which includes cloths and alto car for rotang pass as our driver told 7000/- for it. When he knew that we have booked a car at 6000/- he went fighting with the local agent and made the prices higher adding his own commision into it.

                                    5. Yatra.com has promised some site scenes at the start of the booking which they havn't fullfilled. They have promised to take us to kufri a point in shimla were tourist are attracted, but our driver dint took us to kufri, instead he told us to stay at maal road for the whole day and wasted our time. When we told him to take us to kufri at 4pm he told i cannot take you to kufri and i am the owner of this car, not yatra's servant. He took us to hotel and dropped us at hotel.

                                    6. While booking of hotels, we have told yatra to book two rooms aside (Like 301and 302) but they have fooled us, and gave rooms one on first floor and other on second which they told they have booked rooms aside to each other.

                                    7. I have booked a whole packaged trip in which i was told by yatra.com that i will have to pay 0rs for petrol, toll tax, parking etc.. But our driver made us to pay money for parking. I want justice, i want that somebody take actions aginst that greedy driver and fake promises by yatra.

                                    Yatra made us pay entire money for all the site scenes in shimla, right?
                                    Ask your driver mr. Pradeep singh, if he had taken us to kufri or any sites aside to it?
                                    All my money got wasted of shimla, what about that?
                                    I will definitely give you second chance if you sincerely return my one day trip to kufri's expenditure.

                                    If you really accept your mistake then pay me back the amount which you had added to my package for kufri and site scene beside it for that day in shimla.

                                    Even you take the full payment before booking any hotels or so, money matters for you then listen money also matters for common peoples who make there efforts to plan such trips in year or so.

                                    Kindly prove your apology here, people are not.

                                      Last year i contacted yatra.com from Canada to book a flight ticket to India for December. Later i had to cancel my booking for personal reasons.
                                      Just few days ago i got very offensive texts from a personal number. Turns out this person is an employee or is working for yatra.com. When told i will lodge a complaint, the person got verbally abusive.
                                      How irresponsible is it on the company's side to let your agents use customer numbers to harass them like this, especially when i live so far away from the country. Seems like living so far away I am being harassed by my own people home.
                                      The agent ID of the agent i spoke to last year for my booking is AGENTID04458279 and the name of the person is Prabhat Jain, and he is from Delhi, India.
                                      I would like you'll to take some action against this person, since not only is this an issue of an agent misusing information i provided the company in confidence, but is also an issue of cyber crime.

                                        I have very horrible experience from yatra.com and i really doubt what services i will get during my holidays. Details as under.

                                        1. I booked hotel through yatra.com on 21st may as with booking id yh2687888. My hotel booking is from 22nd june to 28th june at goa for honeymoon package.
                                        2. I got email confirmation from yatra.com with attached invoice receipt of rs. 5300/- for advance of 25% amount. Attached invoice don’t show anything of balance payment to be made
                                        3. Mr sarthak singh (Sarthak. [protected]@yatra.com) confirmed over phone that balance payment can be made at hotel directly. Unfortunately i don’t have any call recordings. It was never informed that i need to pay balance amount.
                                        4. There was 3 lines in email mentioning payment to be done 19 days prior of start of trip. I didn’t get any reminder email or a call.
                                        5. Now after almost 16 days when i wanted to get print outs of hotel tckets. When i was not able to take prints, i called customer service center to confirm about procedure to take print out of ticket.
                                        6. It was informed that i need to make balance payment to take print outs. If i fail to pay then booking will be cancelled and will not get refund of booking amount as well.
                                        7. Its really unfortunate that for more than 2 weeks no one even bothered to send a single line email or a call asking me to make payment.
                                        8. Now i had to arrange payment from my friend. Now i have made all the payments to yatra.com. Still i am not able take print out of tickets.
                                        9. I feel like cheated from yatra.com in this case. At least a single call or email was expected from representative of yatra.com
                                        10. I will never recommend yatra for their trips. I really afraid now about what services i will get if start is like this.

                                        I never thought my marriage leave will start like this. If i need to do all these arrangements and face so much troubles, then i wonder why i should choose yatra.com.
