I had a salary account in yes bank with my previous job in 2015 since 2015 i am not using that account and i had send account closure form to my yes bank branch as guided by custumer care but bank is not accepting that and want me to visit bank and request again to reverse that charges and if bank approves than it can be closed.

I was not aware about to maintain salary account and if custumer care is saying it can be closed...

Hello sir,

Over billing of credit card payment. Even after clearance of dues, after contacting the bank they said that even if you have paid the balance amount before the due date they have charged me another rs 52 as financial charges stating that that is the rule of the bank.

Just wanted to know if they are authorised to charge customers in this arbitrary manner.

I have raised complaint regarding balance transfer from yes to other bank. After getting confirmation from yes bank customer care i processed the pl with other bank. I visited pl division of yes bank to close the pl, but they are not accepting the dd amount and they say i need to complete 12 emi's. Yes bank provides feature of rd opening through net banking i. E. Increase in the deposit of yes bank but when it turns to customer, there is neither provision of pre-mature (Closure) option of rd nor option of fund transfer/deposit through net banking in rd account, if any installment misses due to insufficient balance in sb account. For pre-mature closure/ deposit, one has to rush to yes bank branch personally. What is the fun of providing...
