I have received a call from
+[protected] for not paying the bill of min amount. A respectable madam communicated to me with the tone of like rowdy, and threatening me to pay the amount today.. Actually i had a misunderstanding with the bill and i got cleared yesterday from their customers care.

As i am in hill station, her voice was breaking up and she told "i am not responding to the call at she had cut the call" i was keep telling "excuse me your voice is breaking up"

Feeling very sad y i am using the yes bank credit card now... Very bad experience with them

    I was having a salary account with yes bank, i changed that company and salary was not getting credited to that account for long days and it became a saving account, there was some negative balance on that account, last month i got a text that if i pay 11000rs on that account then my negative will be waived off, first i diposited 500rs, then 2500rs. So from that 3000 rs 2400 rs got deducted suddenly, i asked customer care about the same, they informed me i have to diposit total 11000 rs at a time then all my deducted money will be refunded within 7 days, after 8 days also its the same, no refund, nothing, upon asking they are replying they need some more days, no clear notification. I am worried.

    I can purchase smartphones in snapdeal my payment through axis bank credit card 5000 & 4900 to yeshbank but i can not received any product & my refund so please help me my credit card generate this bill date 1/2/18 so please look at that metter..

      I have taken home loan from yes bank and really am suffering, am requesting not to take any kind of loan from yes bank, the service is worst then other all banks, they dosent have any automation or proper support, for any kind of information or changes on your home loan, they take a hell lot of time to respond your query or support, and the loan account managers directly as for bribe to sanction the loan, they just cheat peoples.

        I am a yes bank customer. I have opened an account as zero balance account.
        There is credit card linked with my savings account as auto debit. Now my issue is the account is charging amb charges continuously. My branch, malleswaram, bangalore is not caring for my amount deduction. Even by phone also they are not reachable most of the time. I need a solution for this.

        If the facility is not there i am ok to close my account. Please take it on priority.

          My customer id: 985458, they have blocked the card without providing new card and without informing. Now i'm unable to withdraw the money. I have called the customer care not solving the problem, even through visited the branch not solving the issue. Very very bad service and doing fake promise like if i have fd then no need to maintain amb but later they have charged the amb charges with gst as well.
          Provided very very bad service, since almost 50 days i'm struggling with this issue, no one assisting in the proper way. Very very bad service.

            I have purchased a insurance (Policy no[protected] from the bhubaneswar branch with help of mr soumya simit das (Soumya. [protected]@yesbank.in). But due to some family problems i requested to cancel the policy with in lock in period. It’s been 2 months i did not get my money refund also mr. Soumya is not attending my calls and not replying on whatsaap, i think yes bank is a fraud business. As i am a nri i can’t go to the court now, on february i may come to india that time i will file the cases and teach you people a lesson. Now i am trying to contact irda and going to put a complaint in the online consumer complaint cell regarding this fraud business. This is my last communication with the fraud yes bank.               Team,

              I received my yes bank credit card 2 months back.in which i was told i will be getting a credit limit around 1 lakh. I also asked the customer executive 2 to 3 times.
              She promised me that if my credit score and maintenance is good, i will get a good limit. But the limit i got was 49k.
              I applied the card using my existing credit card which i hold in my axis bank. Where i get limit of 105000. And my credit score is 780+
              I am unhappy with the limit i received. Its been 2 months since i start using this card. I request you to increase my credit limit which i was told before getting my card.

              I got a call few minutes back and he is saying i am not eligible to get my card increased. Then why did your executive tell me i will get a good limit.

                My comlaint is for yes bank ferozpur road ludhiana. When i got new car swift vdi on 18 may 2017 from stan auto ludhiana. Mr. Sandeep from yes bank ferozpur road ludhiana. He asked me your rate of int. Is 9% when loan got sanction after 3 or 4 days he said it 9.25 %. This is one complaint & second complaint is he did not intimate me that the foreclosure charges. Now staff of the bank said you should have to pay foreclosure charges. Which is 6 %. Its really shocking for me. Its 31988. So my loan was 550, 000 now they said you have to 558, 317 amount. Its really disgusting. I also paid 7 installments. I really got tensed

                  I have visited to yes bank jayanagar 3rd block branch for opening account where i have found one employee named ananya bera who recently joined yes bank earlier she was working with icici bank and from there she got terminate for doing forged signature.. After seeing such recruitment from yes bank i decided not to open account. I think yes bank used to recruit such employee without any due diligence.. After icici bank she joined scb bank from there also she was not got early relieving but she has done fraud life insurance there.. Now i trust the this bank one to whom we cannot trust fraud can be happen any point of time if such employee is there..

                      I have a saving's account, that i have not been using for more than 2 years. This i had created when i had got a new job in 2015. I have not been using it since i left my job. Now the balance in the account is -10, 000. I do not want to use the account anymore and i want yes bank to stop bugging me with the constant increment of the negative amount. Its like -10k for 2 years, what kind of nonsense is this?                         I opened an nri account with yes bank 2 years back and all the formalities were taken care by email, and my documents were collected overseas where i live. Later when i started using their online backing i am not satisfied with the service, hen i tried to close my account, but there was no option to close teh account online, like they do for opening new account online/email. When i sent email, i got reply back saying i need to come to their branch and close teh account.
                        After 2 years i am getting email that my account balance is rs -11, 000 and i need to pay that immediately or else bank will be forced to make me pay..
                        Is this an harassment!!!

                        Now i sent email again requesting to close my account, i asked to visit the branch and submit the request. What? This is an nri account and you are asking nri to come and close the account by visiting your branch... Worst customer service.

They took all the documents from me and on multiple occasions even after asking for visiting card or application copy. They never provided any details. Now they mentioned that the offer has been rejected and denying to provide me documents back or any proof of rejection. Names of individuals are:

                          The people who came for verification mentioned the name of the agency is Finwood, Maninagar, Ahmedabad.
                          My worst experience with bank is with yes bank. bankers are unsupportive, unnecessary charges and rejection on service. with phone banking as well as branch tellers.

                          it is better to close this account with these services.

                            Its been more than 1.6yrs, i haven't used yes bank account. It was zero balance account opened by my previous company
                            I am requesting to close my account with immediate affect. I resigned from my previous company, so naturally i stopped getting salary but the yes bank people keep deducting amount for not maintaining sufficient balance now the balance stand at more than -5500 rs and increasing. It's complete harassment.

                              I had a salary account in yes bank with my previous job in 2015 since 2015 i am not using that account and i had send account closure form to my yes bank branch as guided by custumer care but bank is not accepting that and want me to visit bank and request again to reverse that charges and if bank approves than it can be closed.

                              I was not aware about to maintain salary account and if custumer care is saying it can be closed by sending closure form to bank then why bank is not closing my account i can't maintain that account any how so request you to please close my account asap.

                                Don' t lose your credit score to apply credit card from yes bank

                                Before apply credit card from yes bank i checked and confirmed via paizabazzar my cibil score 812 and then i had applied credit card to yes bank and submitted all the related documents to collection executive from chennai on 22-oct-2017 after that there is no response even they are not provide application number also.. I tried to contact over phone several times but no response from them.

                                I had closed my net banking login id 491064 for a few days due to my net banking safety. but i want open this time, i have tried a lot for open with ATM pin and reset password but its show not activate for login id, , i have already submit application near branch for updation. but no response, pls solve the same.

                                  1. Attached is the document on which i had signed when third party executive walked upto me, below are the details

                                  Loan amount - 550000
                                  Tenure - 60 months
                                  Rate of interest - 11.29
                                  Pf - 1%

                                  No hidden charges
                                  No stamp duty charges.

                                  2. Below are the details which yes bank sent me a letter of breakage

                                  Loan amount - 550000
                                  Tenure - 36 months
                                  Rate of interest - 15
                                  Pf - 1%

                                  On top of it there is fake sign made on behalf of me on the above documents sent by yes bank.

                                  I am attaching both the documents wherein i signed and the fake one which i had received from yes bank.

                                  Making customer signature is big fraud and i want you to take severe action on such banks and please arrange a compensation for that i want to file a case legally and please make sure no emi will get deducted from my account till the time this is not resolved.

                                  I did not received any call from Yes Bank on 12 day when i called Yes bank...the excecutive Pratiksha said the case has been closed and Pritam Gupta from yes bank had reached out to me and i accepted all the things and case was closed. What the fuck !! I havent recieved any call from pritam gupta nor from yes bank and why should i accept this when i had filed a complaint with the proof of documents. I dont understand how RBI deals with such false commiment bank...i want to strongly escalate this case and i neef a quick resolution with a compensation for this matter. Kiran Mane

                                      I have applied credit card on nov 16. My application no. Ybl0125277, but still am not received the credit card although complained customer care. I have update my address. I need my credit card as early as possible. I don't want any assurance. Immediately issue card. I am feeling very unsatisfactory with the yes bank staff, they are so unprofessional staff.

                                        We made a foreign payment of 70, 999 euro on 30/08/2017 @ 76.22

                                        This is our regular practice that we check rate on xe currency and
                                        Give permission to book transaction on between 5 to 10 paisa margin to
                                        Bank from the rate which xe show on that time on telephone or mobile
                                        Call

                                        That day we follow same process, we received call from mr manoj
                                        Representative of yes bank and confirm him to do transaction on 76.22
                                        Including margin. He agreed and confirm us to do so.

                                        But unfortunately we received debit advice by 78.31.

                                        I immediately contact with mr manoj and mr rajiv nayak branch manger
                                        Of yes bank chittor garh and inform them for wrong rate transaction,
                                        They reply me that this is our system fault and we will credit
                                        Difference immediately.

                                        After so many phone call to mr manoj and mr rajiv nayak i have not
                                        Received fund in my bank account. They always reply that we are in
                                        Process and immediately doing credit in your a/c

                                        On diwali wish mr vikas jain from your udaipur branch visit my factory

                                        In front of chittor garh branch manager mr rajiv nayak i discussed all
                                        Matter with mr vikas jain
                                        He assured me that we will immediately credit this amount in your account.

                                        But after so many time passed i am still waiting for my credit of
                                        Difference amount.

                                        I request all of you to kindly take seriously this matter and resolve my issue.
