Sir, on[protected] morning i used the yes bank titanium debit card in the merchandiser khivraj bajaj pos swipe machine for 2 transactions (Pca:[protected]:khivraj: 57, 322.00) (Pca:[protected]:khivraj: 30, 000.00) to purchase a bike but no debit conformation received from the machine and also i got the sms debit conformation on my mobile after 20 mins only so the two transactions amount of 57, 322 & 30, 000 has been debited from my account but not credited to merchandiser khivraj bajaj account so by that day itself contacted yes bank and raised (Customer (Transaction) dispute form) and when contacted yes bank customer care they say the maximum time taken for resolving this problem is 60 days. And afterwards i have arranged the cash from other source and bought the bike but still now the amount has not been credited to my account.
My question is why so many days it is not a small amount 87, 322 in total is a big amount for me and i need to take care for other expenses and only one person involved in this transactions khivraj bajaj so why so many days required for solution from yes bank
So kindly give the solution to this problem

    I did one tranaaction thrugh yes bank bhim wallet on 30th jan of rs 2000, but transaction was unsuccessful and money got deducted from my wallet. I lodged complaint at the same moment, complaint # is 27709. I also confirmed from other bank to which i was transferring my amount i. E. Kotak mahindra, they told they didnt receive any amount and as checked by their end amount has been reverses back to beneficiary i. E. Yes bank. Yes bank executive says they will take at least 15 days as tat to solve this issue. Now its even more than 24 days, no actiom has been taken. Whenevr i call at customer care, they always say its under process and we will arrange callback for you. I didnt receive any call back from their end. Their wallet team is not even working on this issue, they never pick calls of their executive and neither do they reply on their emails.
    My registered # is [protected].

    Would request you to please resolve this issue and reverse my amount in yes bank wallet as soon as possible.

      Dear sir, i have given an application of new current account opening to bhavnagar branch on 07/01/2018. I stay in bharuch for my business purpose and my native place is bhavnagar so i gave application to bhavnagar branch, so the varification mail was send from bhavnagar branch to bharuch branch but mrs. Chatitali thakor (Csl) cluster head leader, bharuch branch, (M):[protected]. And mr. Chirag mistry. Branch manager, (M): [protected]. Was not at all cooperative and she was giving fake commitment for the verification and till today my account is pending and no one is able to give me the actual status of my account, this is the rediculous response ever from your bank, no other bank does this to their customers, and in this case the employes of bhavnagar branch are also facing problems, and the main thing is that mrs. Chaitali thakor will not attend my calls and she has blacklisted my cell number so that i can not contact her. Which is not the sign of any bank employe. So i request you to please take action on this case and give me the solution because i don't think account opening process takes more than 40 days in any other bank.

        Please inform me the standard charges of your brokerage that you charge from your clients. I am charged brokerage at the rate of 3% which is very high and this is unexpected while the other brokers charge only 0.1%. Please let me know the brokerage rates of yes securities.         I have only been asked for my contact number through mail.
        Yesbank is loooting their customers. I am charged an overlimit fee on my credit card for a transaction without any intimation. The charges reflect on my statement even after i paid the bill immediately.

          Hello sir,

          I am facing issue with the credit card statement of yes bank. Where they have sent me 2 months of statement in one bill which was suppose to be showing in jan and feb statement date.in my jan month there was cancelation for my amazon emi in which they have not shown the emi principle cancellation debit and put that into my next month

            I am having salary account in yes bank. I opened this account while working in a private firm in september 2015.in dec 2015 i left the job & stopped using this account.in last 2 half years i didn't use it considering it to be closed. But now i am getting messages of negative balance in that account. Since, it is a deposit account & not a loan account & i am not a loan defaulter, then these negative penal charges are nothing but unjustifiable advantage taken by bank for my unintended inattention. When a person is not using account for two years then why has bank not closed the account & on that adding burdensome charges are completely indigestible.
            I do not wish to pay this amount when there is no mistake from my side. I want yes bank to close my account at the earliest.

              I recently opened a instant account at your bank in mp nagar branch by Mr. Umesh deted on 5th feb.

              My concern is ...Till today i am unable to operate my bank account

              Sir from 5th to 12 feb i called umesh so many time but he excused me .."sir please wait for next day"

                My name is raja from chennai since january, 2018 otp is not received all times i made transactions using ivr otp i dont know why it causes i contacted customer executive but they told we will convey to technical team but still my problem is resolved so plz take it very seriously help me to resolve this issue my registered mobile number is [protected]..

                  Amount deducted from the account but not received beneficiary and i am compliant about this problem but bank give every time different answer of solution finally issue not solve finally they tell me you have given wrong account number but my beneficiary is registered with bank in my net banking and also they can't agree refund this amount they told me contact beneficiary branch

                  I applied for 9 lakhs loan amount and signed in to agreement and only 7.8lakhs only they credited. Without asking my permission how they credited this amount. I don't want this money. Cheating yes Bank.

                    I have received yes bank prosperity edge credit card & the benefits are not as promised to me by the call centre executives of yes bank. There are no free movie tickets on boommyshow, there are no cashback on utility bill payments.
                    Utter lies have been given just for convincing to take the credit card. This needs ti be stopped.
                    To my surprise yes bank customer care executive also didn't accept my request for change in bill cycle for payment in second half of month.
                    Serious introspection needed by yes bank.

                      Hello, i am it professional working at africa. I would like to share bad experience about yes bank.
                      I opened nre account in yes bank branch rama park, dwarka more in the month of november 2017. There are central facility to open this account as it is in gurgaon, this i was told by banking staff. Means my account is with dwarka more branch but controlled by gurgaon staff. How funny?
                      I initiated fund transfer on 18th january 2018. It was first transfer with this bank. Money was transferred from source bank as messages came to me. At yes bank, when i contacted. There were no status conveyed by their staff, they had no clues about this. I was wondering what happened to money? Generally it takes 2, 3 working days to transfer with other banks.
                      It has been credited to my account on[protected] evening, without informing details to me about what are the exchange rates. When asked their relationship manager, she was on leave since there were long weekend on 26 january independence day and 27 was second saturday, then sunday.
                      On 25th my morning, i initiated fund transfer but it was blocked. Since, relationship manager named deepali singh was on leave, she has given another number of ms sonal bhatia and aman gupta to contact. The executives has not responded, never picked phone. I shocked, why it is when they allowed me to login and accepted transferred fund. I cannot transfer to other account as it was urgent to transfer for medical case. When contacted relationship managers were in long weekend partying mood and not responded.
                      On monday, 29th january again i contacted them with no proper response. Till the time they had no clue why this account has blocked. Then, i was informed they raised complaint to their it department. On[protected] i was informed that the welcome kit once undelivered that is why it has blocked my account. I questioned them its delivered to my residence, its your mistake you have not entered proper communication and not conveyed report to your it department. Why, i should suffer? I was informed that they have raised another complaint to open it. On[protected] they again had holiday without any reason. On[protected] also its not been opened and i was conveyed that it will take another 2, 3 days to open as they are working on it.
                      My review is
                      1. Yes bank is blocking foreign currency to get better rates for them. When rates lowers then credits
                      2. When money credited then also they block for their use.
                      3. The rates they provided are lower than other banks comparatively almost 10 times less.
                      4. Incompetent rude staff.
                      5. Incompetent it and no coordination between them and their departments.
                      6. They purposely go out of way to harass people if you complain them.
                      7. Ill mannered low graded without corporate culture.
                      8. They have no proper mechanism for complaint resolution.
                      9. Their manager blaming me that you had not checked regularly. How to check they have not conveyed when their is initially no money. It was first transfer.
                      10. They play blame game and will make customer faulty.
                      11. Inhuman staff and also their complaint centre. Automated mails coming only just to show they are working.
                      12. They never say you in what rate of currency money has been transferred unless you shout them.
                      13. Avoid yes bank your money will lose.
                      14. They had employed relation manager just to entertain and spread net to get money. Once came they will block your money and will pull you in different schemes.

                      I left yes bank in 31/08/2017 still pf is not credited in my account and no one is answering my mail. Very poor service of yes bank towards his exemployee.
                      Hope they will credit pf amount in this year. I have submitted my pf withdrawal form on last working day and still Yea bank HR ANKUSH MAHAJAN is not provided status.
                      No one is answering about or replying about status of email.

                      Email had sent on yestouch email ID 50 days back.

                      Also sent serval reminders..

                        Hello,
                        I am really frustrated about false commitment given by people from your customer service dept and also different different story about my complaint raised on 8th dec 2017 with complaint reference number: complaint: cy[protected] which was raised by janani on 8th dec 2017 for a fraudulent transaction happened in my account.

                        I had spoken to couple of people mainly ayiappa silva kumar, fahima and seema and amana savakaran and finally priya who made a promise to call back but priya never bother to call back next day and then finally today i had to raise another complaint against priya as she failed to keep promise which is unaccepted in service industry with reference number cs[protected] by rajshree. However in between this period i was promised by people transaction amount will be reversed by 2nd feb 2018 and even people informed me that it will be 6th feb 2018 and finally rajshree informed yes bank will update about complaint proceedings by 2nd feb 2018 though priya confirmed that money will be credited to my account by 2nd feb 2018. I am really frustrated about false information given to me. However rajshree informed money will get credited by 2nd feb and then when asked to re-check then she changed her statement and informed complaints proceeding will be updated by 2nd feb 2018 and then kept me on hold to give me compliance teams email and then line was disconnected. Then called back as it was disconnected and spoke to another advisor divya who confirmed me that the amount will will be credited to my account by 2nd feb 2018 though merchant bank didn't confirm about reversing the amount. When i asked for the details of the merchant bank and the details who has initiated this fraud transaction i was denied. I am utterly frustrated about the service what i got from your customer service team and complaints team. I would request for explanation and resolution about this as already today is the 49th day after raising the complaint.

                          I have requested for a address change debit card the person from yes bank rocheeel said first need to update the address then we can request for the debit card. Also it tooks more then a 1 month to send me the cheque now when they have sent me the cheque book they said the debit card was return due to no room number on the address so i have requested them to send the debit card to yes bank branch i will collect it from there now they say no i have to again go and submit the form in order to get the debit card which is know more than45 days also now disha from yes bank say it my mistake i would have given the room number where i think the rep from yrs bank should have this information if there was no room number so atleast on the first go i would have given the information. Also they have sent me check on the same address but now i am not sure i have sent them more then 30 emails and 30 call to clear this but now again i have to go and re do it which she said it will take 5-7 days more mean this was started in december now its end of the january and they say its a first class and business class person.

                          Still i dont have card and its really though for me

                            This is complain is regarding the management problem of the bank sevoke road branch siliguri westbengal.
                            There is only one person in the cash deposit and withdrawl section and is very slow to complete 1 transaction it takes around half an hour while in other banks it takes around 5-7 mins at the max.
                            And also the bank staffs are disrespectful at time.
                            Please improve your services.

                              I have received a call from
                              +[protected] for not paying the bill of min amount. A respectable madam communicated to me with the tone of like rowdy, and threatening me to pay the amount today.. Actually i had a misunderstanding with the bill and i got cleared yesterday from their customers care.

                              As i am in hill station, her voice was breaking up and she told "i am not responding to the call at she had cut the call" i was keep telling "excuse me your voice is breaking up"

                              Feeling very sad y i am using the yes bank credit card now... Very bad experience with them

                                I was having a salary account with yes bank, i changed that company and salary was not getting credited to that account for long days and it became a saving account, there was some negative balance on that account, last month i got a text that if i pay 11000rs on that account then my negative will be waived off, first i diposited 500rs, then 2500rs. So from that 3000 rs 2400 rs got deducted suddenly, i asked customer care about the same, they informed me i have to diposit total 11000 rs at a time then all my deducted money will be refunded within 7 days, after 8 days also its the same, no refund, nothing, upon asking they are replying they need some more days, no clear notification. I am worried.

                                  I have taken home loan from yes bank and really am suffering, am requesting not to take any kind of loan from yes bank, the service is worst then other all banks, they dosent have any automation or proper support, for any kind of information or changes on your home loan, they take a hell lot of time to respond your query or support, and the loan account managers directly as for bribe to sanction the loan, they just cheat peoples.

                                    I am a yes bank customer. I have opened an account as zero balance account.
                                    There is credit card linked with my savings account as auto debit. Now my issue is the account is charging amb charges continuously. My branch, malleswaram, bangalore is not caring for my amount deduction. Even by phone also they are not reachable most of the time. I need a solution for this.

                                    If the facility is not there i am ok to close my account. Please take it on priority.

                                      My customer id: 985458, they have blocked the card without providing new card and without informing. Now i'm unable to withdraw the money. I have called the customer care not solving the problem, even through visited the branch not solving the issue. Very very bad service and doing fake promise like if i have fd then no need to maintain amb but later they have charged the amb charges with gst as well.
                                      Provided very very bad service, since almost 50 days i'm struggling with this issue, no one assisting in the proper way. Very very bad service.

                                        I have purchased a insurance (Policy no[protected] from the bhubaneswar branch with help of mr soumya simit das (Soumya. [protected]@yesbank.in). But due to some family problems i requested to cancel the policy with in lock in period. It’s been 2 months i did not get my money refund also mr. Soumya is not attending my calls and not replying on whatsaap, i think yes bank is a fraud business. As i am a nri i can’t go to the court now, on february i may come to india that time i will file the cases and teach you people a lesson. Now i am trying to contact irda and going to put a complaint in the online consumer complaint cell regarding this fraud business. This is my last communication with the fraud yes bank.
