I have been mailing yesbank since 20 days now. Following are the complaint no's :

Status : no inputs have been provided from yesbank even after multiple emails and reminders.

Raised complaint and reminder on emails, phone, yesbank chat, yesbank chatbot. But still no response from them.

Status : i have not received call from relationship manager till now.

I am going to take serious action on this as the yesbank is not responding to my queries.
If you guys don't have enough bandwidth to reply to mail queries, you can atleast provide steps to close my account with yesbank so that i can open my account with some other bank.
This is literally very unprofessional.

Ps : customers do not post their queries just to get auto-response from you.

    The most terrible banking experience. Fraudulent transaction made on my credit card. I raised a dispute immediately by calling customer care and also filling out a dispute form at the kondhwa branch. No solution was provided saying it takes 45-180 days. It's already 2 months since this transaction has happened and i'm paying the monthly fee. The same thing happened on my debit card also. Most horrible and weak security system. A collection officer called me and accused me of lying about the issue to escape payment.. Said it's my fault for linking my card to amazon through which this transaction happened. When i escalated the issue and put it on facebook, an officer called me to ask about the issue. I was then told my dispute is not even registered! I don't know what these guys were doing for the last 2 months. It's the most terrible bank. Please don't leave your hard earned money there. Their staff has no clue about anything.. The bank doesn't care about customer service but only about getting the customer's money.

      I bought car loan in august 2016 from yes bank from bhandarkar road branch pune. At the time of loan agreement. I had strictly asked for foreclosure charges to sales person mr. Abhijit deshmukh who is not working with yes bank now, as per the deal i have asked them for foreclosure waiver i. E. If they were not going to charge me any extra charges after 12 months emi then only i will took loan from yes bank, and he was agree with it, while signing the agreement i asked them for why they have not mentioned anything like 0% or nil on for foreclosure after 12 months so he told me that if nothing is there means they will not going to charge anything.
      So now after 1 year (15 months) when i went to home branch for foreclosure on last monday[protected], mr. Abhijit told me you need to meet mr. Ajay sonavne he will handle your case for foreclosure. So i meet him on monday waited for him almost hour when i asked him for foreclosure he told you will be charged as 5% of the current outstanding so it was really shocking for me that i have strictly asked for the same that i will not be charged for foreclosure after 1 year. So i discussed with him all the stuff but he is not getting agree with it. So he was trying to covey me for charges but i didnt accepted it as it was not the deal so i contacted mr. Abhijit he had discussion with ajay and then ajay told me he will ask his senior mr. Jiten asre so give me just 1 day.. And it started since last 4 days daily i am travelling 40 kms to the visit bank and i’m getting same answer he was asking me for the more time and telling me same reason i need to mail and all and yesterday he discussed with me on call and just giving the dissatisfying replies and today he switched off his mobile he was on leave no one is there to attend me since last 4 days i totally irritated with their treatment for customer.
      So as per mr. Abhijit deshmukh what he said that there was some scheme for salaried customer but now no one is accepting it.
      I have already raised complain in consumer forum, complain number-501061
      And submitted one written complain in bank for the loan department head mr. Jiten asre.
      I am not able to pay extra amount (5%) charges as it was not the deal at all.
      I have attached document for the same where there nothing is mentioned in loan agreement page of fees & charges still this peoples charging me extra 5%
      Requesting you to please take proper action on this issue as i’m getting mentally harassed by this people.
      I cannot pay such extra amount as it was not the deal and even it was not there in agreement as well. Even the sales person mr. Abhijit is asking this peoples that the customer should not be charged as we gave the scheme benefits to the customer.
      Please need help from you.

      Feedback for yes bank branch loan department pune.
      No one is attending customer properly
      No one is available in office to answer customers queries/issues.
      No one taking customer problems seriously they were just taking everything casually..

        Hi team,

        I have raised complaint regarding balance transfer from yes to other bank. After getting confirmation from yes bank customer care i processed the pl with other bank. I visited pl division of yes bank to close the pl, but they are not accepting the dd amount and they say i need to complete 12 emi's. Regarding this i raised complain on 26th oct 2017 and till now i'm waiting for the solution. Lots of call made to customer care and mail sent, but i get replying saying that senior management is looking into this issue. Normally bank runs behind the customer to collect the pl amount if they are not paying, but here its reverse i'm running behind the banks to pay by pl for which yes bank is not responding

        I received details from YES BANK, Thipasandra Branch. While getting the signature in agreement from customer, Pre-Closure and Part-Payment details was not mentioned. Now i see those details in the attachment which i received from YES BANK and welcome letter which i received seal is not even visible

        Could someone look into this issue and get it sorted out at the earliest ?
        YES BANK is delaying and they charges extra interest on customer

        My account has been locked for reasons unknown to me.
        No relation ship manager ever contacted.
        Very sad state of affairs.
        not only interest rate matters.
        Its service which counts.
        I may be forced to switch to my old banks
        Regret to opt for your bank for my family and business.

          I am awaiting refund from makemytrip and when contacted they are saying it is cleared from their side and they have reference number with them as well but the same has not yet been credited to my yes bank account.

          Also, i registered the complaint on their site but got no acknowledgement for the same. I am not sure how to proceed now. I have reference with me but not sure when the same will credit in my account.

            Hi, my account no is [protected], registered on my name suparna mukherjee.
            I have successfully completed the account closure process in yes bank, dalhousie branch, kolkata on dec'2015. But still i get calls and sms and also threat calls from the bank saying my account is not closed and i will have to pay all the remaining amounts charged because of insufficient balance in my account. I have explained several times that i am not a defaulter by any chance but still no action is being taken.
            I want this account to be closed immediately and wave off all the charges levied against my name.
            Can anyone help on this.

              Today on[protected] i went to deposit rs 2102 in gurdwara singh sabha samiti. Cashier refused to deposit rs 10 coins officer also refused to accept rs 10 coins. When i requested to give in writing he told you make a complaint and also write that i have refused to give in writing. When i wanted to record the incident in my mobile officer snatchef my mobile and mishandled with me whole staff gathered and one officer twisted my thumb which is now having severe pain. Whole incident can be seen in cc tv recording. Please check the cc tv recording after 12:20 pm onwards. I am a senior citizen and they not only misbehaved and mishandled also anused and used words तेरे जैसे गधों को. Please take appropriate action against such kind of dada staff.

              Each of there branch have working manners like this only they should be booked ipc acts for such behviour with you

                Yes bank provides feature of rd opening through net banking i. E. Increase in the deposit of yes bank but when it turns to customer, there is neither provision of pre-mature (Closure) option of rd nor option of fund transfer/deposit through net banking in rd account, if any installment misses due to insufficient balance in sb account. For pre-mature closure/ deposit, one has to rush to yes bank branch personally. What is the fun of providing opening of rd account through net banking. Other banks like sbi & icici have full features in their net banking i. E. Everything is done online.

                  Repected sir/mam,
                  This letter was written by mr. Rohan anil singh
                  On 19th april to thane branch but it's about 6 months and there is nothing action is taken about this. They told me that we will check the cctv camera from wer the transaction was made but i can see there is no action done by the yes bank branch. Pls i am requesting you to do something otherwise i have to take some legal actions against it!!!

                    Yes bank is one of the worst bank which i have ever seen. I have cancelled my credit card and clears all my dues but still yes bank is not ready to provide me no due certificate. As per there executive bhavesh yes bank do not provide any thing in written, this clearly indicate that they want to loot the customer in future by chaning there rules again and again as they do which i have experience many time. For example when i opened my account with yes bank money transfer was free for me but latter after 3 months they started charging me for the same and as per there head grievance mr raj and manish they can do anything for looting people.

                    Got replied from YES BANK NODAL OFFICE that we have delivered no due certificate but if you track the courier it is for someone else with wrong Airway bill number. This is really pathetic Service by YES BANK and YES BANK thinks that customer are fool as they can provide any Way Bill number and at last would say that we have send you the courier. This is really a third class service provided by YES BANK.

                      I don't own or operate this yes bank account.
                      Stop sending this mails n msgs..
                      Have requested several time at the branch outlet, n they simply say to ignore it..

                      I keep on getting sms n mail alerts, i have never recd the card or account details..
                      I had given documents 7 times to open this salary account in 2015, but there was no solution to get the account opened resulting in delay of my salary for 2 month..
                      I had successfully opened a salary account in icici bank within 24 hours and i m operating that.

                      Than why all this alert n msgs..
                      I had not done a single transaction as i have got no details of the said account..
                      You guys has made it negative and the amount is increasing for what..

                      Pls explain and take necessary action

                      After several follow ups with yes bank cc and thippasandra Bangalore branch visit neither got LOD list nor mail id change, even I paid the amount as well for LOD..
                      No one is giving proper solution just making fool when ever we call, I need LOD list asap. Thippasandra mangers and staff don't response properly.

                        I was open new nri account in yes bank than my account is opened now. Bank policy is 10000 thousand rupees is maintain an account for the month i don't deposit money in my account because he mentions my mobile number is wrong. I request many time relationship manager and yes bank complain email but he didn't fix yet. Then my account is not maintained. I am now out of india that why we need the correct overseas mobile number for reference number.

                          We are abhishek packers pvt ltd we are having our bd limit with yes bank. Our limit has to be renewed now it is more then 3 months limit has not been renewed yet.
                          We have been given the proposal for cc limit too but after such service we are not looking forward to avail any cc limit from
                          You.
                          The service is pathetic delay poor no response your team mates take things for granted they don't understand how much porblem a custumer is facing.

                          They all have been saying 1 day more and everyday new things new documents they ask new excuses.

                            Reference ticket - cs[protected]

                            A transaction for inr 25k was done on yes bank wealth management on 25th september 2017. The amount was deducted but the transaction failed to go through because of a yes bank website failure. Subsequently a customer care ticket was raised on 25th september 2017. However there was no response from yes bank for several weeks on this matter. I have contacted customer care several times and the agents do not have a clue about the status of the refund. Issue was then escalated to the nodal officer on 9th october 2017. However the nodal office also doesn't seem to make any progress on this issue. It's now 4 weeks since the ticket was raised. My amount is still blocked with yes bank and they are unable to refund it. The agents i interacted with lack professionalism and empathy. They also give false promise of call backs. I chose to write in this forum out of frustration since i am convinced that the yes bank customer care route is ineffective in addressing my concerns.

                            It is criminal for a financial institution to function in such a slow pace to resolve customer concerns. You never know what that money means to a customer if he were in an emergency. I hope this message reaches someone who is sensible and in a responsible position in yes bank. I also hope they introspect and make their internal processes more efficient so that it doesn't bring hardship to the customers.

                            I request yes bank to provide a solution for my issue at the earliest.

                              My father visit your branch situated in nagpur area civil lines the back office person he's treated my father as if he's taking loan from him only! I request him to be calm and communicate in a good manner but he didn't do that and he said why you want give explanations i have write an application for giving reasons he's doing nothing keep waiting us for an 2 hour and he's attitude i request you to take action against those people don't have manner to handle senior citizens i even dropped a letter in your office box no action to be taken please maintain a good staff with a good attitude i hope you will do it monday i'm going for the same work civil line office please take action

                                Hi

                                I just entered my hdfc ATM to yes bank ATM at sector 57 hong Kong bazar Gurgaon haryana and the ATM got hanged and after sometime I got a message that u have withdrawn 10000.but I never entered any amount in the ATM.

                                How this is possible without entering any amount 10000 got debited from my account.

                                Pls help and advise how to get the reversal.

                                  I have requested to close my account with immediate affect. I resigned from my previous company, so naturally i stopped getting salary but the yes bank people keep deducting amount for not maintaining sufficient balance now the balance stand at more than -9000 rs and increasing. I left that company past 2.5 years ago and there is no transaction since 2.5 years still account is not closed and shows the negative balance. It's complete harassment. Sent closure request form as per yes bank policy. Still no response from yes bank

                                    A very similar complaint against yes bank. Yes bank is still imposing non maintainance charges despite rbi's directions. I stopped using my yes bank account way back in 2015 withdrawing my money. It was my salary account. Till today i have been receiving messages from the bank about negative balance in my account. Despite rbi's directions, banks should not impose negative fine on savings account which were once salary account. I have been using some other bank accounts but the account goes dormant if not maintained. The customer support is of no use. They want me to pay the fine also they wanted me to visit their branch for any clarification.

                                      I have initiated the transfer of rs.3000/- to my brother account mr. Mantej singh walia ([protected]) using google tez app under transaction id#[protected] on 12th october 2017 (12:26 pm) but the transaction (Transaction id :[protected] never fulfilled. I got the succeed transaction notification and i got the debit same day so kindly revert the same amount to my account number [protected] yes bank, chandigarh branch ifsc code yesb0000015. So please do the necessary step and reverse the amount back.

                                      Got a call for Loan, they said i need to buy an insurance policy against which they wil give me loan of the amount of insurance policy. Then i need to pay yearly premium for 10 years and no interest. Once the PPT is over they will collect the Maturity amount from the insurance company.. Just want to know is it genuine call from Yers Bank ?

                                        I was sold with a life insurance from max life by yes bank executive in the name of investment. Name of the insurance was "guaranteed income plan". It's the most useless investment you can buy.

                                        I was busy while getting the investment and paid the price for it. Yes bank executive (So called relationship manager) for my account of 7 years misguided me into buying it. Most of my specific instructions were violated.

                                        I wanted a monthly premium/ecs investment. They made me subscribe to an annual one saying from next year it will be monthly. Blatant lie.

                                        I wanted to return the policy any time to get my money back which i had paid. I was promised that this will happen after block period of a year. To my surprise, there is no way to get back my money.in every case i will lose significantly. Eg 70 percent after first year. 50 percent after 3 years. Just no way you can go this road u less you are broke and need this money urgently or don't have money to pay next premiums.

                                        Last but not the least, the benefits are laughable. From 6 year onwards they pay back half the amount yearly to you. I paid 75 k yearly so they pay back 37 back to you in the monthly form. This happens for 5 years and then this amount is doubled for next 5 years. Means you are almost getting back what you had paid by 16 years, almost of no value.

                                        I wanted an investment and was sold this insurance which is useless. Please help me get back my money.
