Yu Yuphoria — Mobile phone not received after service

My phone's touch is not working completely, therefore phone is useless for me. This is third instance that I have to complained about my phone. Yu Yuphoria is very worst phone that I had purchase I will never recommend to any other. Phone is useless & I have seen lots of problems. Even I have reported three issues in my phone after purchasing. I have submitted my mobile for replacement to near Service Center on 23-Feb. It is almost more than 1 & Half months when i submitted for replacement, It is a very long time. Very Bad Customer Service.


After waiting for almost 44 days & 34 emails for my mobile replacement i still got only one answer wait for some time...
VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... I SUGGEST PLEASE NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT OR TRY TO RESOLVED PROBLEM ASAP...

After talking with you customer executive for 22 mins today i still get same answer i have to wait to 7 days...

Very bad service at a all. Nobody is responsible for give me proper answer...

Please stop selling your mobile if you don't have better customer support & service...

It is almost 55 days now but i don't get my mobile back... very Ir-responsible.
