I was cancelled a Train ticket PNR No. [protected] on[protected] through Zaakpay gateway. Refund amount 1145. Refund processing on 30 March 2021, refund status shown on IRCTC refund amount credited to bank but about 12-13 days gone but refund amount not credited in my account.

Kindly refund my amount 1145 in my account as soon as possible.

I have cancelled IRCTc ticket and refund process on 10 .03.2021but yet not receive the refund amount.They said contact on zaakpay customer care.

I tried to contact them but got no response. Please help me on this...

My payzaap card is blocked unable to do any online transactions. The virtual payzaap debit card that i have is having issue with paying money to other apps. I am able to sned the money to the bank account but not load the money in any wallet or unable to do any transactions
