I was cancelled a Train ticket PNR No. [protected] on[protected] through Zaakpay gateway. Refund amount 1145. Refund processing on 30 March 2021, refund status shown on IRCTC refund amount credited to bank but about 12-13 days gone but refund amount not credited in my account.

Kindly refund my amount 1145 in my account as soon as possible.

                                My payzaap card is blocked unable to do any online transactions. The virtual payzaap debit card that i have is having issue with paying money to other apps. I am able to sned the money to the bank account but not load the money in any wallet or unable to do any transactions
