I was trying to add 100000 rupees to my fab11 app on 10th Oct 2020. My transaction of 100000 rupeees got failed but money has been debited from my account. Regarding this i have already mailed t thousands of times to my fab 11 customer care . I have called to sbi customer care. They told money is already debited its pending with the merchant side. Its been more than 30 days still not refunded. One week back my fab11 have sent me a mail that they got a confirmation from mobikwik and zaakpay. it will be refunded in my bank account still not refunded . The reference no is [protected]IGAJPHWYU1. Please do the needful as soon as possible.they have sent me different reference numbers for this refund but nothing is helpful.

        I made online purchase of medicines on 1mg.com. After finalizing for making payment, and clicking on Mobikwik for online payment, it took me to zaakpay for recharging the wallet as Balance wasn't sufficient to make payment. After going through all the steps to recharge the wallet(Mobikwik), required amount debited from my bank but didn't include in the wallet. I was waiting for refund. But didn't get. I checked the wallet balance many times but it showed the same previous balance! I still have transaction ID as a proof! I want my money back!!!

          I have purchased an auto spare using Indiamart app, when i used their pay option it was directed through ZAAKPAY, i got paymenyt request from ZAAKPAY in my google pay and i made the payment accordingly but i did not get any confirmation regarding the payment in Indiamart as well as from ZAAKPAY, but the amount was debited instantly. kindly do the needfull.

            When I am doing my recharge of jio number [protected] from my jio app via mobikwik offer link and pay at that time I added money in mobikwik app wallet due to low balance, at that time money has been deducted 599 rupees from by bank yes bank .But payment has not come neither in my bank nor mobikwik wallet.my bank shows payment gateway of yours.pese help.

                              When I do payment and adding Money in my wallet it shows that you card is blocked by zaakpay. Plz unblock my card and I don't know why this pop up window appear all time.
