I made online purchase of medicines on 1mg.com. After finalizing for making payment, and clicking on Mobikwik for online payment, it took me to zaakpay for recharging the wallet as Balance wasn't sufficient to make payment. After going through all the steps to recharge the wallet(Mobikwik), required amount debited from my bank but didn't include in the wallet. I was waiting for refund. But didn't get. I checked the wallet balance many times but it showed the same previous balance! I still have transaction ID as a proof! I want my money back!!!
Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
1 : I have canceled but till now I have note recived refund ammount. I have cancel ticket on 27 july and refund has been initiated on 2 August from irctc
2 : I have tried to book the irctc ticket but the many got deducted and ticket not booked i have done on 18 August
Check the bothe issue and refund my ammount
