I booked train ticket in irctc app through sbi net banking it linked to mobiwik net banking portal.my amount rs.9996.87 s debited to zaakpay account but failed transaction to irctc rail account so the ticket was not booked.please refund my amount as soon as possible.

        Today morning 6.35am i did a payment through zaakpay gateway for andhrapradesh police traffic chalan amount 435 rupees convienance fee 5.90 paise total 400.90 rs, deducted from my account but challan payment unsuccessful, still it's showing unpaid, requesting please refund my money from zaakpay.

            Fraudulent activity by this company
            I had buy a jiofi jmr1040 router product from stayathome.com and payed rupees1050/-, payment done by zaak pay payment gateway. Order placing no. Is 17852643. But as on today l don't have received jiofi router. I had contact by email and even by phone no. +91-[protected], 20, 21, 22, 23. But there is no response given to me. Please do the needful and please refannd my payment.

              I had done electricity bill payment and paid using debit card. All process was successful but last status is failed. Some amount deducted my wallet which refund instantly but amount 613.22 Rs. Paid my debit card this payment not refund me. Please refund my money as soon as possible.this payment made for zaak e payment

                Hi i booked my train ticket using banking/wallet (Powered by zaakpay) on 9/07/2020. It was cancelled due to wl cancellation on 11/07/2020. The sum of 1510 rupees is showing refunded, but when i am checking the statement of my icici net banking. Its not there and amount is not credited.

                Can you please check and let me know.

                                        I have booked train ticket on 5 mar 2020 payment completed. I have paid through axis bank internet banking and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to lockdown cancelled my ticket on 17 may 2020 auto my irctc & irctc says payment refunded on 18 may 2020 in zkpy (Zaakpay) payment getway but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem asap (As soon as possible). If i pay through net banking so why you refund zaakpay. I don’t know about that and i don’t have any account on zaakpay. So please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible.
