Error message on your site about amount being out of specified range
Address: Rigoss, Gurugram
I am a client of Rigoss and am trying to pay my outstanding services bill to them through their site. Upon doing the required drill I am directed to Zaakpa for payment. When I click on pay an error message appears that
Transaction Failed. Start again at Merchant's site
107 Transaction amount not in the specified range.
I am not finding any way that either on your site of Merchant's site I can make part payment and clear the total outstanding amount (Rs 128, 311) in say two-part payments.

Amount deducted but neither credited to wallet nor reversed back to account
On 14 Feb 2021 I made two transactions of Rs 1046 each from my credit card to pay a bill through mobikwik. But the amount was deducted from my credit card but neither it is credited to my mobikwik wallet nor it is refunded to my credit card.
The transaction code of both transactions are D75246 and D85247 respectively.
Kindly refund the amount to my credit card as it is already 6 days past
