On 7th may 2020 i used zaakpay which is prompted by society web site only. I have transfered rs. 2995.48 from my hdfc account to saraswat bank ifsc code srcb0000247. Now both the banks are blaming zaakpay and kindly credit back that money to my account....

Due to lockdown my railway ticket pnr no-[protected] for journey dated 25/05/2020 was automatically cancelled for which refund order for rs 5395 bearing reference no-zp59d04f5cfd174 refund processing dated 30/05/2020 was sent to you but refund is not sent to be credited in to my account after a long time. It's almost 10 days ago my ticket is cancel due to covid 19 but yet not received refund of ticket.

Irctc concern person told me that's in your side has a problem can you please sort it soon.

On 17th may 2020 irctc refund my 4 tickets but till today i did not receive my refund. Why and when it will be received by me....

Kindly refer to PNR [protected] & [protected] for which amount of Rs 1730 & Rs 2320 respectively was not credited to my bank account. Kindly do the needful.

My ticket pnr no [protected] auto cancelled due to lockdown policy.
As per rail app notification refund status shows 'sent to bank'.

I did not receive my refunded amount of irctc. My rail ticket got cancelled due to covid. It was refunded by irctc's...not credited to my account. please check the details and do the needful as soon as possible....
