On 7th may 2020 i used zaakpay which is prompted by society web site only. I have transfered rs. 2995.48 from my hdfc account to saraswat bank ifsc code srcb0000247. Now both the banks are blaming zaakpay and kindly credit back that money to my account.
Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Due to lockdown my railway ticket pnr no-[protected] for journey dated 25/05/2020 was automatically cancelled for which refund order for rs 5395 bearing reference no-zp59d04f5cfd174 refund processing dated 30/05/2020 was sent to you but refund is not sent to be credited in to my account after a long time.       Dear concern,

      Transaction id of irctc refund [protected] pnr no. [protected]
      It's almost 10 days ago my ticket is cancel due to covid 19 but yet not received refund of ticket.

      Irctc concern person told me that's in your side has a problem can you please sort it soon.

          I mr. Uday dessai, residing at margao-goa. I had taken loan from bajaj finance in the month of september-2020, my cheques were bounced so bajaj representatives had called me on 11 april-2020, and told me to pay the amount and charges of the bounced cheque, so i told him to come to margao and i will pay him by cash but he told me due to the lockdown he is unable to come to margao. And he forced me to pay through online payment. So as he told me i followed the procedure and paid him. But still they deducted amount of rs. 2784/- (The name and of the representatives is mr. Dabolker and he contacted me by this number: [protected]). The next moment when my balance was debited i quickly forwarded that message to him, but on 13 april-2020 the bajaj company again deducted amount of rs.2100/-.
          Sir, kindly let me know where my balance of rs. 2784/- is gone and what am i supposed to do now? The entry shows that my payment is gone to zaak e payment – gurgaon.
          Sir, please see the matter and let me know.

              My transaction was failed for IRCTC ticket booking on 12/05/2020. But amount deducted from bank.
              After connecting IRCTC they said amount was refunded on 16/05/2020. But I have not got the refund amount. Kindly refund.

                The ticket is automatically cancelled yet the refund is not credited to my amout
                Please check and help me on to the same.

                Found that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay pg bank.

                Take quick action and refund our money to us immediately. The railway said you have money. Asked the bank. The bank said, you have money and get a quick refund. This is not the time to sleep. Do the work

                    Dear sir/mam,
                    I have booked my train ticket through zaakpay, and due to corona my train was cancelled on 2-may-2020, and irctc refunded train ticket on 16-may-2020 and zaakpay reference no. Zp59c110087d907 and refund amount is inr 2740 and also cancellation charge also 190 and reference no. Zp59c110087d907 but till date my train refund amount not received in bank account so i request u to please refund my amount in bank

                      I have booked ticket on 6 mar 2020 payment completed i have paid through hdfc internet banking and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to lockdown cancelled my ticket on 2 may 2020 auto my irctc & irctc says payment refunded on 9 may 2020 in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem asap (As soon as possible). If i pay through net banking so why you refund zaakpay. I dont know about that and i dont have any account on zaakpay. So please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I booked two tickets vide txn i'd [protected] & txn i'd [protected] through your gateway. Pnr number of tickets are [protected] & [protected]. Both the tickets cancelled by irctc due to lockdown. I contacted irctc and irctc clarified that amt alredy refunded vide vide refund i'd no [protected] and [protected] and also same is refunded vide bank txn no zp5a2d35d4a195b & zp5a2d348ef0ce2. The amount of rs 1650.00 & 1690.00 still not credited in my account. Please clarify and credit the amount at the earliest. I already complained about it vide i'd 2622380

                                      I have two pnr numbers [protected] and [protected] both are cancelled on april month and refund amounts are 360 and 360. But amount still not credited in our account..

So please check properly and return my amout.
