I booked two tickets vide txn i'd [protected] & txn i'd [protected] through your gateway. Pnr number of tickets are [protected] & [protected]. Both the tickets cancelled by irctc due to lockdown. I contacted irctc and irctc clarified that amt alredy refunded vide vide refund i'd no [protected] and [protected] and also same is refunded vide bank txn no zp5a2d35d4a195b & zp5a2d348ef0ce2. The amount of rs 1650.00 & 1690.00 still not credited in my account. Please clarify and credit the amount at the earliest

    Hi team,
    I have booked ticket on irctc app using zaakpay payment gateway.
    The ticket is automatically cancelled yet the refund is not credited to my amout
    Please check and help me on to the same.
    Please note i have checked from my end.
    Found that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay pg bank.
    But it hasn't been credited to my amout from zaakpay.
    The transaction details are as follows:-
    Transaction date:- 09-mar-2020
    Transaction i'd:- [protected]
    Cancellation date :- 15-apr-2020
    Cancellation transaction i'd:- [protected]

          With reference to the above subject i would like to inform you that i have not received the below amounts to my bank account. The details are as follows:
          1. Pnr : [protected] - ₹.1, 300/-.
          2. Pnr : [protected] - ₹.340/-.
          3. Pnr : [protected] - ₹.1, 055/-.
          4. Pnr : [protected] - ₹.1, 590/-.

          When i contacted irctc customer service they informed me that, they have refunded the amount.

                I have booked a train ticket on 14th March 2020 but due to COVID 19 train got canceled. I have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik irctc says payment refunded on 3rd April 2020 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this.

                  I have booked tickets of railways through zaakpay payment gateway on irctc website

                  I have cancelled that tickets on sunday 19/04/2020
                  My cancellation refund id is

                  My amount is also refunded by irctc to zaakpay but it is still not credited to msbi card account till date

                      I have booked IRCTC ticket booked on April 10, and April 16 2020. But due to Cavid-19 lockdown, all public transport cancelled. My refund amount cleared from IRCTC.but still didn't receive refund amount.

                        I have used to pay sastasundar an online payment for buying medicine of an amount of rs. 495/ (Rupees four hundred ninety five only) through mobikwik to zaakpay. The same amount was debited from my uco bank account on 28/04/2020 (Particulars ibp zaakpay[protected]-2020) but the transaction failed. The money debited is not refunded till now. Please take necessary action for the same.

                          Booked a ticket on irctc with PNR number : [protected]. Due to COVID19, the ticket got cancelled. The payment was done through zaakpay powered wallet through SBI card. IRCTC notified on 14th April that the amount has been refunded but yet it did not credit to my account from zaakpay.
