Running of train no. 15027 of 10/04/2020 was cancelled on 27th march, 2020 as i got a message on my mobile number regarding this, due to the propagation of covid-19. I got a message from irctc (Pnr no - [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 930 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this ticket was booked. Now the status is showing that the amount of rs. 930 has been refunded to wallet (Powered by zaakpay) but it's not there in any wallet/bank account, it's been more than 2 weeks from cancellation of my ticket, i hadn't received my refunded money whereas irctc promises to refund money in 3-4 working days. Please act upon my complaint as soon as possible.
