        I did not receive my refunded amount of irctc. My rail ticket got cancelled due to covid 19 outbreak. It was refunded by irctc's end but zaap pay did not refunded it.

                    I have booked on irctc ticket on indian railway for the journey date 18th april 2020 through zaakpay payment gateway. But due to the covid-19 the ticket was cancelled by indian railway. Refund initiated in irctc to zaakpay payment gateway. But am not getting my money still now. Please refund my money to my bank account.

                      Journy date are 03 may 20 and 04 may 20 respectively. Transaction ids are [protected], and [protected] respectively. Pls intervine in my complaint as the money is very imp to me. It is already 07 days passed.

                          Hello.

                          I have cancelled a train no. 12301 of 11/04/2020 on 25th march, 2020 due to the propagation of covid-19. The cancellation/refund id: [protected]. I got a message from irctc (Pnr - [protected]) ticket cancelled, amt 8489.00 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this ticket was booked.

                          Now as confirmed from customer care of irctc they have already refunded the amount on 3rd april 2020. Even the status is also showing that the amount of rs. 8490.00 has been refunded to credit & debit cards / net banking / wallet (Powered by zaakpay). Also mentioning the reference number of refund details : zp900c1fbe8073

                          It's been more than 3 weeks from cancellation of my ticket but it's not there in any of my wallet/bank account. Whereas irctc promises to refund money in 3-4 working days. For more information about this, i'm attaching the screenshot.

                          Kindly act upon my complaint as soon as possible.

                            Hi
                            Running of train no. 15027 of 10/04/2020 was cancelled on 27th march, 2020 as i got a message on my mobile number regarding this, due to the propagation of covid-19. I got a message from irctc (Pnr no - [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 930 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this ticket was booked. Now the status is showing that the amount of rs. 930 has been refunded to wallet (Powered by zaakpay) but it's not there in any wallet/bank account, it's been more than 2 weeks from cancellation of my ticket, i hadn't received my refunded money whereas irctc promises to refund money in 3-4 working days. Please act upon my complaint as soon as possible.

                                  I have booked a ticket through IRCTC app. PNR no. is [protected] on the name of Amol kumar. The same ticket was cancelled on 12 Mar 20, however the amount is still not credited in my account whereas the IRCTC app shows it's refunded. Bank refund transaction ID is ZP59a6dd16b8a39 & Settlement ID is [protected].

The same amount was debited from my UCO Bank account on 09/04/2020 (Particulars IBP ZAAKPAY[protected] Dt-09/04/2020) but the transaction failed. The money debited is not refunded till now.
