    Hi
    Running of train no. 08403 of 20/03/2020 was cancelled on 17th march, 2020 as i got a message on my mobile number regarding this, due to the propagation of covid-19. I got a message from irctc (Pnr [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 385 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this ticket was booked. Now the status is showing that the amount of rs. 385 has been refunded to wallet (Powered by zaakpay) but it's not there in any wallet/bank account, it's been more than 2 weeks from cancellation of my ticket, i hadn't received my refunded money whereas irctc promises to refund money in 3-4 working days. For more information about this, i'm attaching screenshot. Please act upon my complaint as soon as possible.

    The refund amount had been credited to my bank account within 1 month of registering the complaint. There had been no other communication, in between, from the concerned authorities.

      I paid my credit card bill of rs 47135 of month march, on 1st april using mobikwik mobile app but not updated yet in bank account please check the detail

            I have not received refund from zaakpay despite money being refunded from IRCTC on 17 th December 2019 for rs 2520/-.

              Hi
              Running of train no- 12584, Ljn double decker was cancelled on 6th March, I got this message on my mobile number and also I'd cancelled ticket on 6th March 2020 from my side. I got a message from irctc (PNR [protected] ticket cancelled, Amt 660 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.)now status is showing that amount of rs. 660 is refunded to wallet (powered by zaakpay) but it's not there in my any wallet/bank account, it's been 6 days from cancellation of my ticket, I hadn't received my refunded money whereas Irctc promises to refund money in 3-4 working days. For more information about this I'm attaching two screenshots.please act upon my complaint as soon as possible

                Hi,
                On 8th of march i tried to book the tatkal ticket.
                Train Name: Neelanchal exp.
                journey - from varanasi to Tatanagar
                No. of adults -1
                So, i tried to book the ticket, but due to unavailability of seats money got deducted but seats not booked.
                and till now i didn't get refund the of my transaction.

                    Hi, i have made an online payment on 6th march, 2020, via blue dart, zaakpay against a product (Zara). During the transaction, it was malfunctioning but however, it displayed that the transaction wasn't successful. After a few minutes, the amount (Rs. 9780) got debited from my account but the store (Zara) hasn't confirmed the payment. Could it be resolved real quick? This is unexpected and demands urgent attention! The store said it had no confirmation yet.

                          Irctc has refund the amount of 455 on 2/3/2020 with ref. No zp59ed276dbf205 but i didn't got it in my bank account. Please solve the issue.
                          Sir/mam,
                          I have done train booking from irctc application and online payment done by netbanking through my account powered by zaakpay. After few days i cancel my ticket and we irctc has refund the amount of 455/- against it but it is not showing in my account
                          Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I have made a recharge through BSNL Mobiqwik. My recharge did not happen but the amount was deducted from bank. We tried calling BSNL call centre but they said there was no recharge made

                          The amount is of 800 Rs. kindly and the bank shows the transaction is from ZAAK EPAYMENT, GURGAON . Kindly resolve my problem.

                                        I have been using mobikwik to bill payment where the transaction is done
                                        Through paytam debit card which showing as money is sent through zaak epayment services everytime i do transaction through my debit card my paytm asks otp to complete the transaction last 11.02.2020 at 4:29 pm my 2758.55 rs has been debited from my account consent to zaak epayment services.
