Hi, i have made an online payment on 6th march, 2020, via blue dart, zaakpay against a product (Zara). During the transaction, it was malfunctioning but however, it displayed that the transaction wasn't successful. After a few minutes, the amount (Rs. 9780) got debited from my account but the store (Zara) hasn't confirmed the payment. Could it be resolved real quick? This is unexpected and demands urgent attention! The store said it had no confirmation yet.
