Hello,
I booked train ticket on irctc through zaakpay payment service for journey dated on 5th nov 2019. Due to some reason, i had to cancel it and i cancelled this ticket on 3rd nov 2019.
Usually i get refund within a week from irctc. But this time, when i checked after 7 days, it was showing as sent_to_bank status on irctc and after few days, it was showing as refunded. But the amount is still not refunded yet in my bank account.
When i contacted irctc, they said they have already processed refund on 5th nov only and pending from zaakpay. After going through multiple mail threads, i cam to know, due to refund time limit exceeds, they haven't refund it. Now they are asking bank details over mail which i denied due to security concern and no one is answering on irctc on this.
Request you to please look into this matter and help me to get my refund. I will never go with zaapkay payment on any web portal in future. They are really pathetic and not so customer friendly.
