I not share my account details with any one but there are 1 transaction dated 23.01.2020 in name of zaak e-payment services but i have not been informed. Rs.200 is deducted from my central bank of india. It is totaly fraud. Please help me. I want to know how i get my amount. I contact with bank but they can not say this matter. It is very problematic situation for me. Bank can not say and i not pay to this company. I want my amount

    My payzaap card is blocked unable to do any online transactions. The virtual payzaap debit card that i have is having issue with paying money to other apps. I am able to sned the money to the bank account but not load the money in any wallet or unable to do any transactions
    Am getting "the transaction is failed because your card is blocked by the zaakpay"

      I never did any transaction but i received an otp on my. Mobile, some one tried to use my card detail illegally. I have raised the complaint with card issuer and got my card blocked. There was an illegal transaction on. My credit card possibly online, when received an otp for a transaction that i never made, i raised the complaint with card issuer.
      Today around 4:55 pm this illegal transaction occurred. I did not do any such online transaction today in fact i avoid online purchases as i am aware most online transactions are having huden cookies which capture card details which can be compromised often.
      Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Have booked rly. Ticket on 6.2.2020through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 6/02/2020. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 6/02/2020 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

      I paid an traffic challan of amount RS140.9 ... amount is deducted but transaction isn't reflecting... I have done the payment on AP e traffic challan app ..choose zaakpay to do transaction using internet banking (ICIC)...it failed... kindly refund my amount or make the transaction successful!!

        I have booked rly. Ticket on 2.1.2020 through irctc. Portal i have paid through bank of india debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 24.1.2020. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 31.1.2020 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

          17th Jan 2010 I have canceled my tickets in IRCTC. It's been more than 15 days, But till date, I haven't received my refund amount and there is no proper communication channel available to contact the Zaakpay team.

          So please help me to get my refund or provide the contact details Zaakpay team. so that I can easily contact the concerned team.

            I booked a ticket in irctc the money was debited but ticket was not booked. I ve not recieved the refund till now. I ve waited for 4 working days as said in the irctc manual but nothing has happened. I am wary of it and have never experienced such a delay. Please look into the matter and do the needful. I am adding tge transaction id below

              I ordered food online for 95rs and received otp number for 360rs and they took away my 360rs where am supposed to pay only 95rs. I need my money back i did not purchased anything for 360rs but they did they deducted amount. What kind of cheating is this why should my money got deducted to thing which i haven't spent. This is so dissatisfied and dissapointing

                I have ordered food worth of 215 rs in Uber eats on jan12-2020 so when I am doing payment 70 rs got deducted first and then next 215 rs deducted with in 2 min gap through my icici Debit card . I need to know why money got deducted and I didn't order anything worth of 70 rs and I ordered only 215 worth and that only I got it.

                  I have cancelled my railway ticket from zaakpay gateaway and my pnr no. Is [protected] chennai-trichi Rockford express (Ms-tpj). Amount has been refunded to zaakpay by railway but still not credited to my ac. Total amount to be refunded to me after deduction is inr 1015/-. My cancellation date is 29 December.                     My account has been debited with Rs.95 and Rs.221.24 in the name of Zaak epayment services mumbai on 28.12.2019 And it wasn't done by me. I used uber eats today and made payment of Rs. 95 and Rs. 1 for which i got otp and submitted that. But the amount has been debited to zaap epayments. Hence kindly check the same and recredit my account with the payment that was wrongly made. I have attached the screenshot of the transaction for your reference.

Rs.200 and selected mobikwik app for transaction process. And then i selected upi mode and entered my gpay upi id. Further the transaction took me to an page of zaakpay. Then a notification came about the permission to all gpay to pay to zaakpay. I allowed and the money got deducted but a message flashed on my uts app that transaction failed. And i dont know where the money went. I checked the transaction history it shows the money got debited to [protected]@hdfcbank. Now i want the money to be refunded back to my account immediately. Otherwise i have to file an fir in police station about the fraud issue..

                          My account was debited on two separate occasions by zaakpay without otp or authorization. The first transaction did not even raise a text message however the other one did. I would like to know which online sopping company is zaakpay associated to. I have raised a complaint with my bank however this unethical practice is unacceptable. Please assist.

                            I ordered a dish of inr 83 from uber eats. I was directed to zaak payment gateway.

                            The amount at the time of payment was also inr 83 but the amount of inr 318.43 got deducted.

                            Moreover, on uber eate it’s showing no order placed.

                            I didn’t even receive upi/utr number as well.

                            It’s just showing 318.43 deducted and info: iin*zaak epay.

                            I want my money back!

                            Hi Team,

                            An Amount of 444.40 was deducted for Uber Eats but my order was not placed for Zack Epay.
                            My money got debited from my bank account i dont know how in the message it was show ECOM-ZAAK and ky 107 dr from mY account
                            While entering the amount for an order I choose debit card option they asked toh enter cvv no and directly they debited the amount of rs 454 I want my money back

                              I have placed an order through Uber eats app for which I have paid through my SBI debit card an amount of RS 422.87/-.
                              But the order was not placed and the amount was debited from my SBI bank account on 02/12/2019.
                              But the amount has not yet been refunded back to my account.
                              My bank account is debited in the name of zaak epayment services.

                                Did a transaction on uts app on 30 nov 2019 for rs. 1700 and selected mobikwik zaakpay as payment gateway and payment mode as gpay upi.
                                Amount got debited from my bank account but balance was not loaded in uts.
                                Transaction status in uts is showing as failed, however in gpay upi it is showing as success. Refer attached screenshot for more details.

                                  Hello,

                                  I booked train ticket on irctc through zaakpay payment service for journey dated on 5th nov 2019. Due to some reason, i had to cancel it and i cancelled this ticket on 3rd nov 2019.

                                  Usually i get refund within a week from irctc. But this time, when i checked after 7 days, it was showing as sent_to_bank status on irctc and after few days, it was showing as refunded. But the amount is still not refunded yet in my bank account.

                                  When i contacted irctc, they said they have already processed refund on 5th nov only and pending from zaakpay. After going through multiple mail threads, i cam to know, due to refund time limit exceeds, they haven't refund it. Now they are asking bank details over mail which i denied due to security concern and no one is answering on irctc on this.

                                  Request you to please look into this matter and help me to get my refund. I will never go with zaapkay payment on any web portal in future. They are really pathetic and not so customer friendly.

                                      I was having renewal of season ticket by recharging of r waller through upi mobikwik payment option, Simultaneously I got the payment request of rupees 500 in my Gpay through zaakpay I just confirm the request and made the payment. but unexpectedly i got the failed transaction on UTS app and my ticket not booked.Plz help me for the failed payment and issue my refund As soon as possible

                                        I have tried to recharge r-wallet in uts using zaakpay but it is not credited to my uts wallet account. However it is debited from my account.. The screenshot of the transaction is attached here. I want refund of the money as it is debited from my account. It is really unfair to debit the amount. It is for uts r-wallet. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
