I have tried to recharge r-wallet in uts using zaakpay but it is not credited to my r wallet account. However it is deboted from my account.. The screenshot of the transaction is attached here. I want refund of the money as it is debited from my account. It is really unfair to debit the amount. It is for uts r-wallet. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. Rs. 100 has been debited from tha account.

    I have canceled 2 irctc tickets on 4th and 5th november 2019. The payment was done by hdfc net banking using zaakpay gateway during original ticket booking.

    Refund processing date for both the tickets have been done by irctc on 6th november 2019.

      Payment debited from my bank but ticket was not generated and i also called to my bank today they provided me your detail and said that i have to contact with you regarding this transaction because bank already has done its job.

          I ordered some medicines from 1mg.com worth 533/-. I made the payment using indusind netbanking. The money got debited from my account but never reached the seller. I tried calling the seller as well as bank and they asked me to contact zaakpay. I even tried doing that but could not reach them
          My brother got a call from [protected] to register in shineworkservices.com a sum of 10 rupees i did payment but after that 41212 rupees deducted from my account. Transaction ID is S46633779. Please initiate inquiry on this transaction & refund my money

                Dear team

                I booked my ticket on 10th july & cancel on 21st oct 2019 but my amount not refund in my account as on date. I check with irctc team they are told me that amount has refund then i check with bank. Which are told amount not received & you check with zaakpay team bcz you booked ticket by zaakpay. So this is my request pl refund my amount rs 1510. On urgent basis.

                  Refund of cancellation of irctc train due to flood situation has still not been credited into my account which was cancelled on 16/8/2019.in spite of commitment of irctc through sms to credit refund within 3 - 4 days. I shows your sheer negligence towards the timely refund. Finally, plz credit refund soon...

                    I made a payment to uber eats on 1st nov through my debit card through their application who have adopted zaak epayment system. The money was debited from my bank account, but it seems that the same was not paid to uber eats. My account provider is state bank of india. Amount charged was ₹179.53 even though my cart amount was ₹84. I did a payment again of ₹84 after some time and this time it went through correctly but the old deducted amount of ₹179.53 was not refunded back to me. Please refund the amount to my bank account.

                      I placed order with ubereats but I did not get confirmation of the order and the payment also being deducted from my account. It was 140 rupess.                           Uber has not recieved the money and booking details but amount is deducted by zaak epay from my bank account. PFA the attachments.
                          Uber has no information of this transation.

                                    With reference to above credit card, i (Mahesh kumar kejriwal) would like to inform you that a railway ticket pnr no. [protected] consist of 4 numbers of passengers ticket booked for travelling on 10th october 2019 from jaipur to howrah by train no. 12308 jodhpur-howrah superfast express. A sum of rs. 5278.52 (Including rs.5216.96 towards cost of ticket and rs.61.96 other charges) and was paid through above credit card vide transaction-id-[protected]

                                      I was booking ticket on irctc app on 24/09/19. I had transaction through your gateway. An amount of 2538 ₹ debited my account but ticket was not booked. Details as following:
                                      Bank name - powered by zaakpay.
                                      Failure reason - payment failed.
                                      Amount — 2538 ₹.
                                      Bank transaction details — info: inb/[protected]/zaak epayment services pvt.

                                      Irctc;- txn [protected]

                                      Kindly refund my debited amount. Thanks...

                                      My account is protected but zaak e payments have been debited amount from my account and I didn't receive any message or mail regarding this..
