      Sir myself roshan singh state that i did trn on 06 aug 19 to add money in dream11 via mobikwik number [protected] of rs 20000 and rs 10000 and from one trn from mobikwik number [protected] to add in dream11 on 22 aug 19 of rs 22500. All three trns were unsuccessful and showing in indusind credit card statement that merchant has claimed. Plz request check and refund plz. Plz do needful sir. It is big amount plz solve my problem. I have submitted dispute form against this trns also. Plz let me know where is my amount.

            Sir,
            I tried to book rail ticket from yesvantpur in (Ypr) to howrah (Hwh) by duronto ex (12246) through irctc rail connect app. On 17.08.2019 but ticket was not booked & amount rs 2442.78 was deducted from my account.

            Money debited from my account for uber eats order and order failed but still money has not credited to my account it's more than 3 months. The money is stuck with zaak epayment gateway i want my money back.
            It's very unfortunate that since 19 april the zaak payment gateway hasn't refunded my hard earned money kindly refund me my hard earned money as early as possible.

              I booked tatkal ticket in irctc and payment mode is through paytm. To my surprise amount got deducted two times and when i checked the transactions, one is with irctc and the second one it is with zaak epayment services. I'm not getting how amount got debited two times. I need refund of my amount from zaak epayment services. Transaction id :s82275885

                On8th august i had an booking for the railway ticket and an amount of 385.47 rupees was deducted from my account and has been not refunded back and it has been a week further you people are not going to refund i will make an legal action so please do the needful as soon as possible you guys are giving an bad response to the persons sending the mess

                      I have canceled my irctc ticket on the 7th due to bad weather in vadodara. Details are attached in a screenshot.

                      I am still waiting for my irctc refund through zaakpay, even though other tickets i canceled (Which were paid through other methods) have all already been refunded.

                      There is also no way to reach zaakpay's website or customer care. This is very wrong, to take people's money, keep it for unauthorized periods of time and not be reachable by your stated website or any customer care number.

                      Please return my refund money as i am in urgent need.

                            I booked a ticket on irctc via debit card (Of axis bank) powered by zaakpay on the 29th of july. The ticket could not be booked as it pending from bank end but money from my bank account had been debited, i was waiting as i thought it would automatically be refunded but it's been over a a week but that has not happened. I will attach a photo which carries the relevant details, kindly look into the matter and refund the money.

                              I was trying to book ticket through irctc, the amount got deducted through netbanking but the ticket was not booked.
                              I had selected mobikwik payment gateway and as per bank inquiry the amount has been sent to mobikwik payment gateway
                              But irctc did not get that amount from mobikwik. Bank has given prn - zp58ef4d44057e3 which is successfully transfered amount 1502.78
                              To mobikwik. Please initiate my refund corresponding to mention prn.

                                I've booked train tickets on 2 august,
                                But due to unavailability of seats the ticket booking is stopped and they deducted money from my account and when i contacted the irctc they told they have already refunded the amount to the bank
                                The bank name is zaakpay, till now i didn't received any refund to my iob bank account, so pls refund the amount.

                                    A irctc ticket has been cancelled by them on '15 jul 2019' due to seat unavailability, and the irctc has also refunded back the refund amount through `zaakpay pg`. The payment was made by me to book the tickets was through sbi mobbile banking, which means i will be getting refunded on the same. But it has been a while i didn't receive back by money.
