I cancelled irctc ticket on 16th july. Now from irctc they are saying they refunded my money on 18th july. But i didnt received the money yet.. My pnr no is-[protected]
I contacted my bank also.. They also saying no credit is done on till today so its most likely to get stuck in zaakpay pg.
They transfered money to zaakpay pg.
Please initiated the refund.. Thank you

    On 15 july 19, i tried to book itctc ticket from ghy to mas, An amount of Rs 7540.0 deducted from indian bank Ac against failure IRCTC Txn ID [protected] .but from irctc side they intiated refund, they mentioned contact payment gateway site for further process.
    Till now refund amt is not credited, pl do needful. Reslove my query

      I tried booking a irctc ticket on 14-jul-2019 from chapra to chennai central. My user id is afridig.

      My amount of rs. 2012.78 was deducted from my icici account but ticket wasn't booked. Still date not refund my money was my account, zaakpay hasn't refunded to my account back.

                  Hi, yesterday (19.07.19) i used zaakpay payment gateway for balance transfer to my UTS R Wallets transaction. I see a confirmation which says amount has been debited and credited to payee zaakpay to [protected]@hadfcbank with transaction id [[protected]] from NY BHIM I'd. But gateway transaction failed with error response from zaakpay and transaction did not happen. Now amount has been debited from my account. Could you please address this issue at the earliest with priority. Debited amount Rs. 200.00 Kindly refund my account.

I got a confirmation from bank end which says amount has been debited and credited to payee zaakpay with transaction id [ending 860]. But gateway transaction failed with error response from zaakpay and booking did not happen. Now amount has been debited from my account of rs 275.73.                       I will ticket online booking on irctc zaakpay option amount recevied but transaction failed amount not refund my account it as not transaction failed message was not send please send refund rs 2160 at 4 july 2019
                      Have made the EMI payment of rupees 8200 to the merchant on 17th July. Till today they have not updated the payment & I am continuously in incurring the penality and late payment charges.

                      With no customer support at all. I am wondering who to complaint now. The transaction was successful and money was also debited.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have booked season ticket from uts app from mumbai yesterday with upi id - tejas[protected]@oksbi for amount 213.92.

                            Ticket is not booked yet and in the app in booking history i am not able to see this booked ticket. Payment is already debited from my account. I have also checked with uts customer care they already confirmed that they do not have received such bookings. Kindly try to refund my money.

                            Please check and reply to this complaint soon.

                              I have cancelled two e tickets having pnr no.[protected] & [protected] respectively on 16th june 2019 & 23rd june 2019 respectively. On inquiring from irctc has been informed that the refund amount of rs. 1400/- & rs. 1040/- has been refunded vide reference no. Zp58e8769a8f78 & zp585e88e2cfe06 respectively. The time has been beyond as compared to the usual period of refunding the same. I have also enquired from the bank, no such amounts have been credited to my bank account. I therefore request you to refund the amount at earliest to my bank account.

                                  I reserved ac 2tier tickets from kakinada to krishnarajapuram in seshadri train 17210 scheduled on 28 june. The date of reservation of tickets was 5th june2019.                                         I booked ticket on dated 08.06.2019 from Jammu to delhi for Rs. 1257.20 through IRCTC Mobile App and the Payment gate way is Mobikwik ( Zaakpay), but ticket was canceled because of waiting list after chart preperation. I checked for refund for the amount on IRCTC App and it shows Refund amount (1180/-) is sent to bank under Refund Id [protected] bank name (Credit & Debit Cards/Net banking/Wallet (Powered By Zaakpay) but till date I cant received my refund.
                                        Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
