Today 15 june 2019, i ordered from sandwich express, vimannagar, of rs 407. I did online payment too. But after some time it gave me some error and got a message ordered canceled. But Rs 407 was deducted form my account. But i haven't got my order too

    As i ordered through Ubereats with order id #DC535. I organized a payment of Rs.111.45 through the app from SBI card and the payment is not done due to the error of the portal and i made the payment from another bank(i.e., Kotak bank card) and the payment is done successfully from the later card and after such transaction received a message declaring that the amount is deducted from the SBI card also and the payment is also not reflected back with in 5-7 business days. Please review.

      I had booked train tkt through Irctc app on 27 may 2019 in tatkal quota made payment through Mobiqwik payment gateway through Zaakpay but due to seat unavailability tkt did not booked but payment deducted through SBI debit card still today payment not refunded in my bank account . In irctc app it show amount refunded to bank account . Below are details shown in irctc app

          Had made a payment to uber ride eats on 29 May 2019 through my credit card through uberapplication who have adopted zaak epayment system. The money has been debited from my card, but it seams that the same has not been paid to uber eats it. Was showing waiting for payment and then order vanished from upcoming orderes it happened 2 times same day 613 + 613 rs. Total Amount rs 1226 from HDFC bank CREDIT CARD. Please sort out and immediately give refund to my bank

            I booked a train ticket on irctc on 23rd may 2019 by debit card using zaakpay pg gateway. The amount was debited from my account but wasn't transferred to irctc.

                        Have had three incidents for uber wherein i paid for the uber services, money got deducted from my standard chartered bank and uber stated that they have not received the payment. I had to pay twice for three payments. Zaak epayment method sucks big time. Why are you guys hold payments and not send to uber. I have a transaction of 510 on 6th april which uber did not receive it and i had to pay again one for 39 and one for 54.
                        Also, there was two transaction which was deducted from my account by you guys and i want refund for that as it does not show in my bank statement. Inr 322.68 at zaak epayment servic on your debit card ending 6101. Valid till 12:54 am ist - stanchart on 5th september, 2018

                          I ordered a smokin joes pizza from smokin joes pizza, satara road, pune on friday 26th april 2019 at around 11 p. M and paid using card but the restaurant took too long to confirm the order. So, i decided to cancel it as no cancellation charges would be charged.                               I see there is amount deduction happening on my standard chartered account without even my notice.

                              This is by zaak payment every day there is amount of 70+ deducted. Not sure why this is getting deducted.

                              Bank is just closed eyes seems like. Without otp consent how can third party deduct amount from my account.

                              Also today some other company by name future tech deducted 7400.

                              I have raised a complain only after this huge amount got deducted i notice the other small transaction that is being done.

                              I need justice on this.

                                  I have ordered a product from jt store but after placing the order i knew that it is just an promo discount through cashback for any order so i want to cancel my transaction and provide refund.
                                  They didn't mention anything about this in their site. So here they clearly cheated customer. So i request you to solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    I booked rail ticket on 12/04/2019 and the amount paid through net banking using your gate way. I cancelled the ticket on 13th april 2019. Information received from irctc that an amount of rs.4095 will be refunded. On 15th april 2019 i received another mail from irctc that the refund is proceed and in the website it is showing as refunded.
                                    But the amount is not yet credited to my bank account

                                      I booked a train ticket on irctc on 11 april 2019 by debit card using zaakpay pg gateway. The amount was debited from my account but wasn't transferred to irctc.

                                      Irctc won't take any responsibility for this money as i have complained about this failure to them as well. Please do let me know about any updates

                                        I have booked a train ticket from irctc site on 26th of march. I have cancelled it on the same day. I have received message from irctc that i will be receiving the amoutn of 4770. On apr 3rd, received a mail saying that amount has been refunded. But i havenot got any refund till now from 3 weeks. I am sharing the below details. Please check on high priority as we are waiting for almost 3 weeks. This is on irctc booking and cancelled. I havent got refund.
