Booked a ticket in irctc.co.in on 6th April 2019 and it got canceled because of premium titakl ticket full, now irctc status says amount refunded, but its not refunded till now. could you please help on this.

              I booked irctc ticket on 07-april-2019. My amount rs. 1812.29 was deducted from my hdfc account but ticket wasn't booked. I have also contacted my hdfc bank regarding this but they the transaction was successful. Also they informed me to raise query against your transaction at the payment gateway site.

              It is humble request to zaakpay.com to reimburse my transaction amount on priority.

                Rs. 1, 855.00 spent on card xx7626 on 09-04-19, 19:49:31 at zaak epayment services, gurgaon.
                During e-payment rs.1855.00 debited from my account (Vide narration recom/prcr/[protected]/[protected], 19:49:22/npo) but not deposited in the in the electric company.

                            PNR Number [protected] got cancelled due to cancellation of the Train. IRCTC application says the status as "Refunded", but my Bank Account is not showing Rs. 1175 credited in my account. Where does my money lies?

Sir i cant understand what is the problem for refund regarding I completely harrased by u in all time ur representative said that in next 24 hrs that amt will be credit in ur account and call transfer to senior executive also they said that ur compalint sent to concern department, I cant understand where is ur concern department seat, In india or any where, Pl I request to u pl complete this processure of refund, In case sir I will go through legal processure in next 24 hrs.

                                    I tried to book food from ubereats and it showed that my previous trip payment is pending so, i made a payment to uber ride on 05th april 19 through my credit card through uberapplication who have adopted zaak epayment system. The money has been debited by my bank, but it seems that the same has not been paid to uber. Amount rs 351.02 from icici bank. Please sort out and send the payment to uber immediately, otherwise refund to my bank.
