I booked the train ticket from KYN to MAS Apr 6th 2019, but some reason I cancelled my ticket apr 2nd 2019, still I did not received my amount from zaakpay PG bank due to failed transaction. Please check and clear this issue.

On 4th april, i tried to book ticket 2 times from mxh - adi and train no.- 19224 is but both time transaction got failed.

I booked irctc ticket on 07-april-2019. My amount rs. 1812.29 was deducted from my hdfc account but ticket wasn't booked. I have also contacted my hdfc bank regarding this but they the transaction was successful. Also they informed me to raise query against your transaction at the payment gateway site.

It is humble request to zaakpay.com to reimburse my transaction amount on priority.

I have made e bill payment of electric bill through, mobikwik app on 9.4.2019. Rs. 1855 deducted from my account and i recieved massage as below:

PNR Number [protected] got cancelled due to cancellation of the Train. IRCTC application says the status as "Refunded", but my Bank Account is not showing Rs. 1175 credited in my account. Where does my money lies?

Please arrange the smooth transfer to my Bank Account whose Debit Card has been used while booking the abovementioned ticket....

I have booked rly. Ticket on 27.05.2019 through irctc. Portal i have paid through pnb debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticket cancelled on 30.03.2019. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 02.04.2019 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

I tried to book food from ubereats and it showed that my previous trip payment is pending so, i made a payment to uber ride on 05th april 19 through my credit card through uberapplication who have adopted zaak epayment system. The money has been debited by my bank, but it seems that the same has not been paid to uber. Amount rs 351.02 from icici bank. Please sort out and send the payment to uber immediately, otherwise refund to my bank....

I booked a ticket on irctc using mobikwik payment gateway and due to some reason i cancelled it. Irctc has refunded the amount on 12 november 2018 to zaakpay pg and now more than 4 months have passed i have still not received my refund in my bank account.

I have booked ticket on 27 march 2019 payment completed and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 27-mar-19 & irctc says payment refunded in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account.
