On april 02, 2019 i paid inr 175.41 through debit card to uber. I was charged inr 175.41 for the trip taken on april 1, 2019, 18:07 hours. While trying to pay for the trip on april 02, 2017, on adding my visa debit card as payment method, first inr 1 was deducted as testing amount. Upon successful testing and addition of the card, i paid the outstanding inr 175.41 using this card. The amounts have been debited from my bank account and it is reflecting on my passbook. Still, uber is showing outstanding amount for this inr 175.41.
Attaching the screenshot of the transactions (I. E. Inr 1 for testing and inr 175.41). On my passbook, it is showing that the amount has been debited from my account towards zaakpay. However, uber is showing that this amount is outstanding.

    Have booked ticket on 7 march 2018.payment completed i have paid through SBI 0debit card and payment gateway is zaakapay pg and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 22 march & IRCTC says payment refunded on 25 march 2018 in ZKPY(zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please Resolve my problem ASAP(as soon as possible). I dont know about that and i dont have any account on zaakpay. so please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible.

      There were 8 tickets i have booked.. 4 for 19th march thane to mangalore and for 24th march return journey. And i have cancelled both tickets. The refund history is showing that money is refunded in zaakpay bank.. But it is still not refunded in my bank account.. It's been a month now.. Worst service i have ever come across through.. Just refund my money asap

        I had made a payment to uber ride on 26th march 2019 through my debit card through uberapplication who have adopted zaak epayment system. The money has been debited by my bank, but it seems that the same has not been paid to uber. Amount rs 150.45 and rs. 195.58 from sbi. Please sort out and send the payment to uber immediately, otherwise refund to my bank

            I want to load the mobikwik wallet by online payzap virtual card no [protected]. I have id no is [protected] and there are aprox 2000 rs has been blocked by zaakpay. I am a regular online customer of various sites. But the mobikwik had done a cheating with me and forged the rs.2000 and blocked the same. It seems that mobikwik and zaakpay is doing a big fraud

              I get food online like almost everyday i never had any problem in online transactions but yesterday i was charged by this company zaak payment mumbai. So, yesterday i was trying to order food from a near by restaurant via uber eats, i placed the order and the transaction was processing but it was cancelled zaak payment and still money got debited from my account. And i'm asking for a refund. I also registered a complaint in uber eats and they said they did not get any money. So i have added the screenshot of the transaction. Kindly take a look.

                I ordered through uber eats, but my money debited by zaak e payment services two times (2×73.65) rs and order didn't completed, and my money have not refunded, when i checked my account details then i saw that it was debited by zaak e payment services. But i don't know why my money didn't refunded. So i am requesting you to please refund my money, that's 2×73.65

                  Sir as per irctc it is officially stated that
                  Normally the banks take time to process refund in
                  (I) For Net- banking/Wallets/Cash Cards transaction: 3-4 business days,
                  (II) For Credit Card/Debit Card transaction: 6-7 business days

                  So as per your complaint 5 business days have gone by excluding saturday/sundays and bank holiday for holi.
                  Wait for two more days, refund initiation process should reach completion as per irctc
                  I booked tickets 15 march when transaction 81.77 rupees cut. I want to refund it. Money cut but tickets nit get somee error came.

                    I have booked a tatkal ticket online from irctc thru zaakpay pg on 18th march 2019 from pune to boisar on gwalior express. The transaction id is [protected]. The pnr number is [protected]. We have been waiting for last 7 days to get the refund still no go. Attached is the screen shot. The status shows refunded however i still not have received the refund. Please refund the amount asap.

                      I have booked a railway ticket but cancelled that ticket due to certain reason, and the railway refund my money of amount 920, i have complaint so many times to railway portal they said me the amount is refunded to zaakpay but amount is not credited into my account

                      IRCTC has refunded an ammount of Rs.920 to your gateway on 17th. but we have still not received the ammount in our HDFC bank through which the payment was made by me.

                          My card no. [protected] has been blocked by zaakpay. This is sick and an abuse of power by some newcomers in the market. I want a valid reason or my card be unblocked.
                          I did not even know about this. I thought it was a server error. But when i tried to add money in my mobikwik wallet using this card. It said my card was blocked by zaakpay. I need that card and at this point i cannot afford to block it and re apply. Please assist

                                Today 22 march 2018 suddenly i received a message saying 3615.74₹ debited from my credit card. I don't know how and why i've been charged, i'm completely surprised because i never authenticated any agency to debit money.

                                Below message i received of debiting on my hdfc credit card.

                                  I have made an payment of rs 74.62 through my debit card against my uber ride on 11 march 2019. My t. I. D. Is othpg[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my account, but till date neighter it is being credited to uber not refunded back to my account. I dont know why zaak epayment dont credit the payment to the customer on time. So pls sort out the issue asap.

                                  I have made a Complaint on 22nd February, 2019. Single sentence of " Zakpay has been notified"
                                  Till now, have made several updates. Today is 29 th March. Already 35 days have elapsed in the meantime. God only knows when it is completely resolved...

I have choosen your end for my transaction, but my cash has been debited and ticket is not booked also.
