    I ordered the food from hotel Devi Prasad through Uber Eats amount 59 got debited from my shift card .but didn't received the food neither food ordered was visible in account

      Im trying 2 load amount to payzapp virtual debit card to mobikwik wallet.. But mobikwik was not accepted. It ia showing card has locked by zackpay.
      I dont know why it is like that.
      I will share screenshot also, can you please chevk and let us know, we eagerly waiting for u r reply, this is not only my concern entire india is waiting for the solution.

        I were trying to book railway tickets by irctc site in tatqual quata there is some problem occurred in payment gateway and payment has failed.in my failed transaction history shows 6 no. Transactions not completed due to payment not received by bank. But money has been deducted in 3 transaction.
        Irctc given refunds for 1 failed transaction. But another two transactions i have not received any refund amount even not showing in refund status also.
        Please check and confirm and give me status with transaction number which was in money deducted.

        I booked on 10- Mar 19 sunday

        Amount 240 deduted my bank kindly help this case
        I made the transaction to pay UBER and it was not received to the UBER but amount was debit to me, Customer ID is :[protected] HDFC. Please find the attachment of the transaction. Amount RS.411/-

          Till now i didn't get the amount for same.
          Plz do needful to get refund asap. Irctc customer care is telling contact to your bank. Bank is telling contact to irctc or zaakpay for refund.

You people replied immediately but they were trying to do fraud very nicely he sent a request for rs.9999 and 4999 from my account to his account then i rejected to pay through tez app then he started to scold me brutally i am attaching all those screen shots please look into that and take action against him accordingly.

                      I have done an irctc tatkal ticket cancellation on 22 feb 2019 and the irctc website states that the amount is refunded to zaakpay on 25 feb 2019
                      Irctc send refund through zaakpy pg
                      But zaakpay not send my refund payment my account so please sir my refund 1870 send my account

                      It is yet to be credited in my bank account. Request your help to get the amount credited. The zaakay payment gateway customer care is also not answering any calls with a mobile number listed in public website.

                            Hi, i have payzaap account with virtual debit card, whatever the transactions that i make with my virtual card getting error and the transaction is not successful. Getting the error saying that "your transaction has failed due to a technical error. Please try again later". Some places also getting "your card has been blocked by zaakpay"

                            Please unblock my card, and do the needful regarding my issue.

The ticket was not booked and money has been debited from my account. Today 10 days completed and not received my money back. The current status shows refunded id.                                   I booked my ticket on 17 feb 19 through irctc from new delhi to barka khana in garib rath whose pnr was [protected] and transition id was [protected]. I cancelled my ticket and my irctc account shows that my amount was refunded whose refund id is [protected] on 23 feb 19. My refund does not added in my account till now. My refund amount is 1570 rs only.

                                    I cancelled my irctc railway ticket on 26th feb 2019 through debit card via zaakpay pg.. It has been 7 days and the amount has not yet been refunded in the bank and the refund status in irctc app appears to be "refunded".. The refund amount is rs1845 and refund id is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] and all the details has been attached in the photo.

                                      My payzaap card is blocked unable to do any online transactions. The virtual payzaap debit card that i have is having issue with paying money to other apps. I am able to sned the money to the bank account but not load the money in any wallet or unable to do any transactions
                                      Am getting "the transaction ia failed because your card is blocked by the zaakpay"
                                      Please unblock my card
