    I tried to book ticket through takkal in IRCTC on 21.02.2019 by debit card payment through mobikwik. The ticket was not booked and money has been debited from my account.
    It's been 6 days, and I've not yet recieved my money back. The current status in IRCTC site is that the money has been credited to the bank, but it is not reflected in my bank account. Kindly refund the amount to my bank account. Attached is the screenshot of the failed transaction.

        I tried to book train ticket through your gateway in irctc app 23feb2019. Amount detected from my hdfc account but amount not received irctc site.

        I tried a lot to talk with the customer care. But none of the number can be reached. Please take immediate step to give back my money.

          I boked my ticket for 22 feb 2019, the train got cancelled, and the ticket was cancelled automatically. Refund is initiated by irctc, but it i haven't received it on my side, plzz resolve the issue asap. I booked the ticket from irctc app, and paid via your gateway. I thought of it to be trustworthy, but the refund is getting delayed continuously. I hope you folks there will take this into serious consideration and take immediate actions to resolve my issue.             I am karthik from chennai, i ordered food on 25/02/2019 in uber payment made via axis debit card, payment was debited from my account but order was not placed in uber.
            I received a payment message from zaak epay as
            "your a/c 625044 is debited with inr 80.00 on[protected]:06:54 a/c bal is inr 121.00 info: pur/zaak epayment services/mumbai/zaak epayment services/seq no 049280. I tried to call @[protected], but i couldn't able to reach any person. Further i need a solution for this.

                I have made a complaint regarding non receipt of funds by uber. Payment of rs.133.54 has been made on 19th feb., 2019 by atm debit card. Amount has been debited to my account. But under has made a cash bill for the amount. When enquired, it has been informed that payment has not been received by them. Hence, i earnestly request you to verify and arrange for refund of the amount.

                I had booked a IRCTC on 11th Feb 2019 and cancel the ticket in the IRCTC app on same day it's showing already refunded but still I have not received money to my account PNR [protected]

                Several updates have been made. Till now not received Refund. Simple notification to the effect that Zak payment system has been notified. Am fed up with this service. Already more than 35 days have elapsed in the mean time.

                      Irctc status shows that the money has been sent to zaakpay. The money should have been credited to my bank account through which it was debited.

                          I had booked 3 railway tickets on irctc app using my debit card with number [protected] linked to my sbi bank account number [protected]. Two of the trains got cancelled and for third ticket tdr was filed as train was more than 3 hours late. Transaction id for cancelled train tickets are [protected] (Bank refund transaction id is zp57859cfe6f0ca) and [protected] (Bank refund transaction id is zp578593ec6f37d) and refund for last ticket is still under process. My issue is that, due to some reasons, i had to close my above bank account. So i request you to kindly transfer the refund amount into another of my bank account with number [protected]. Kindly cooperate.

                                I had a payment due on uber i paid to uber my money is debited by zaak e payment but it's not yet credited on uber account. I have my bank statement showing zaak payment debited my cash from my account but it's not credited to uber they still asking me for that payment saying they didn't receive money i paid through zaak payment. Please sort it out soon its giving me headache.

I want a refund for the same.in case a payment was needed that should have been possibly with my consent. After this payment there is a notification of 125rs outstanding payment. Which is practically invalid as all my payments are through cards or payments. I want the refund for 151 rs.

                                        I have booked ticket on 26/01/2019 payment completed i have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is ZAAKPAY PG and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 30/01/2019 & irctc says payment refunded in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. I dont have any account on zaakpay. So please request to you resolve my problem as soon as possible else I will have to escalate to higher authorities.
