I had made abooking of tatkal ticket from delhi to udaipur on 14thfeb and the journey was on 15th feb 2019. I made payment through zaakpay pg payment gateway using irctc app. My payment of 525rs was deducted from my sbi account and the ticket reservation was not materialized due to server error. I raised this issue with irctc and the result shown as per reund status link i sthat tey had credited this amount to zaakpay.com but ia have not yet recieved the amount in my sbi account. Please reslove my problem as soon as possible.

    But ticket not booked and amount deducted and i use your getway for payment and i did talk irctc there answer me they already refund the amount but you didnt refund the amount in my account my tras. Id [protected]

    So please make pure your getway service otherwise costumer dont be face problem

      I had made an online payment to uber services of rs 383.20 on 6th feb 2019 which the company claims non receipt.
      My name is avinash sawant.

      Could you please give me the vendor details of this transactions so i can go back to uber stating payment has been made.

      If you see in the below screen shot payment has been made via zaak payment services do the needful immediately.

      Please help me to resolve this issue asap.

        I have given request on 06.01.2019 towards unauthorized transaction. Till now iam not received any call or mail from concern team.

        I am unable to reach your contact center for more than one month towards unauthorized transaction.

        I have raised complaints over mails multiple times, unfortunately there is no response from zaakpay team.

          I have booked ticket on 01/02/2019 payment completed i have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 08/02/2019 & irctc says payment refunded in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. If i pay through debit card so why you refund zaakpay. I dont know about that and i dont have any account on zaakpay. So please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible.

                I use uber cabs often and have saved my credit card details in the uber app. Whenever i make payment for uber, money is deducted via zaak epayment services. Yesterday i got an otp for an unauthorized transaction at zaak epayment services. I have not made this transaction. My credit card details has been used unauthorized.

                  I had made a booking for four passengers with total amount of rs735 on jan 05 2019 for doj jan 08 2019 through janashatabdi exp (12079) from sbc to ubl. (Transaction id [protected]).
                  The ticket cancellation was done on jan 07 2019 at 12.36pm for all the four passengers and refund id was [protected]. Considering the ticket cancellation amount i should receive a refund of rs495 which is still pending from zaakpay
                  Kindly looking into this matter and resolve this issue by refunding my amount of rs495

                          It is showing that irctc has refunded the amount to zaakpay but the refunded money dosen't shows up on my account.
                          Please refund the amount as soon as possible
                          Transaction failure reason was no response from bank

                          I have done recharge on 29jan for 597 for Airtel no [protected], for that I have used 72 from wallet and remaining from card, but wallet money is not deducted but amount is deducted from card and recharge is also not successful

                              On 2 february 2019 i recieved a message from my bank saying that i had made a purchase through zaak e-payment services with my bank account and card no.
                              But as i recollected and saw my statement of accounts i found i hadn't made any kind of purchase online or offline. Infact i had recieved an otp which was automatically generated and was helping the company deduct the amount from my account.

                                        I cancelled a ticket on 17 January 2019. The refund of this ticket is Rs. 925 and this amount is successfully refunded by irctc to zaakpay but zaakpay is not credited this amount to my union bank of India credit card.Here is the details

                                        Zaakpay is giving a very bad service and there is not any customer service number for customers.
