I had made abooking of tatkal ticket from delhi to udaipur on 14thfeb and the journey was on 15th feb 2019. I made payment through zaakpay pg payment gateway using irctc app. My payment of 525rs was deducted from my sbi account and the ticket reservation was not materialized due to server error. I raised this issue with irctc and the result shown as per reund status link i sthat tey had credited this amount to zaakpay.com but ia have not...

But ticket not booked and amount deducted and i use your getway for payment and i did talk irctc there answer me they already refund the amount but you didnt refund the amount in my account my tras. Id [protected]
So pls refund the amount in my account as soon as possible
So please make pure your getway service otherwise costumer dont be face problem...

I have booked ticket on 01/02/2019 payment completed i have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 08/02/2019 & irctc says payment refunded in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. I use uber cabs often and have saved my credit card details in the uber app. Whenever i make payment for uber, money is deducted via zaak epayment services. Yesterday i got an otp for an unauthorized transaction at zaak epayment services. I have not made this transaction. My credit card details has been used unauthorized.

I had made a booking for four passengers with total amount of rs735 on jan 05 2019 for doj jan 08 2019 through janashatabdi exp (12079) from sbc to ubl. (Transaction id [protected]).
The ticket cancellation was done on jan 07 2019 at 12.36pm for all the four passengers and refund id was [protected]. Considering the ticket cancellation amount i should receive a refund of rs495 which is still pending from zaakpay

Irctc has refunded the amount in the zaakpay PG on[protected], amounting Rs.370, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account till date.Amount refunded was on behalf of Cancel ticket. PNR no-[protected], Refund Reference No:ZP5809228d5f330. Please look into the matter. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible in order to avoid bad ratings....

Hi team when i was booking a railway ticket on 29.01.2019 throught zaakpay.com the amount was debited from my bank during the payment process, then 404 error came then my ticket was not confirmed and a notification that 'transaction is pending from bank' in irctc

On 2 february 2019 i recieved a message from my bank saying that i had made a purchase through zaak e-payment services with my bank account and card no.
But as i recollected and saw my statement of accounts i found i hadn't made any kind of purchase online or offline. Infact i had recieved an otp which was automatically generated and was helping the company deduct the amount from my account....

Refund of cancelled ticket is not reflecting in my bank account till date though the tickect is cancelled on 19th jan 2018 but as per irctc funds as been transferred to pay bank i. E., zakk pay bank account following are the details
