I had booked tatkal train ticket on 21st jan 2019 from NDLS To MFP for the journey date 22nd jan 2019. At the time of booking amount has been debited but ticket has not been booked. As per irctc, ticket amount received by late and same has been refunded to zaakpay.

    I had booked tatkal train ticket on 27th jan 2019 from kacheguda to madanapalle road for the journey date 28th jan 2019. At the time of booking amount has been debited but ticket has not been booked. As per irctc, ticket amount received by late and same has been refunded to zaakpay.

      I have cancelled my tatkal waiting e-ticket.IRCTC is showing the status as refunded but amount is not reflecting in my account.please resolve this issue as soon as possible.the IRCTC is showing that it is refunded on 25th January but I have not got it till 29th . It is issue with your payment gateway.it is becoming troublesome to track this.please help me getting my money back.thank you

          I have booked tatkal ticket on 30th dec 2018.
          It was cancelled due to unavailability of tickets by irctc. Status in irctc app shows it is refunded. But the same not reflected in my bank acc.

IRCTC has refunded the amount, but the amount hasn't credited in my account.                     1 ) hwh to puri (12821)

                    Amount to be refunded is 1270 and 1500
                    Current refund status says amount refunded to zaapak pg

                    I booked this ticket on 15/01/2019
                    And cancelled this ticket on 16/01/2019
                    But the amount has not been credited to my bank account o[censored]nion bank of India
                    I request you to refund money as soon as possible

                      Hello sir, i have book train tatkaal ticket on 23rd jan 2019 through IRCTC. Two times my amount was deducted but transaction was failed due to seat booking was full. Amount was deducted rs 415 each time. Still my total amount rs 830 was not refunded in my account. My transaction id is [protected] and [protected]. In message it is showing it is credited to my bank account but in real it is not credited in my bank account. Please resolve my problem soon and refund my account as soon as possible

I made a payment through the gateway zaakpay but unfortunately due to waiting list transaction has failed but amount has been deducted from my account.                                 Irctc refund has not been credited to my account but the status in irctc says it is refunded.
                                Ticket was not booked as it was failed but the amount got debited from my account

                                      I was booking ticket on 18 of january through indian railway current reservation but somehow when i was about to finisthe booking and thought my ticketis booked it show transaction failure and my money got deducted from my account but reservation was not made.
                                      I contacted my bank they said you need to contact the third party bank because from our end payment was done instantly its pending from zaakpay
                                      So please tell me how can i get my money back, is there any procedure?
