      I booked my ticket by online but transaction got failed due to some technical reasons. Amount has been refunded from irctc with transaction id [protected] but did not get credited to account. Please look into the matter kindly. The payment was made from irctc through a payment gateway named as zaakpay pg through account of axis bank. Till this time i didnt recieve an confirmations through axis bank of having any money credited to m account. It all happened when i booked a tatkal ticket in all sdah express (12988) from jaipur station (Jp) to deen dayal upadhyay (Ddu) station on date 30th december, 2018 for the journey on date 31st december, 2018. The transaction failed due to no seats available, so the transaction dropped. The solution is i want my money as soon as possible in my acoount.

          An amount of rs16184/ was deducted from my credit card account on 12 nov, 2018 for booking 4 indigo tickets from delhi to bhubaneswar scheduled departure on 26th january, 2019.

            It's been more than a week since the IRCTC had refund the amount my cancel ticket. But you have not credited to my bank account. Please refund the amount to my bank account at the earliest.

            Mobile recharge balance debited problem
            I had done my jio prepaid mobile recharge, , through zaak epayment service, my money was debited from my debit card, but my recharge was unsuccessful, , and i didnt get any recharge successful message from jio company, so i want to know, , what shoud i have to do for get refund

                    I have cancelled train ticket on 4th of january refund id :[protected]

                    Irctc gave a notification that an amount of 940 has been sent to the bank zaakpay pg.
                    It was mentioned that zaakpay will refund the amount within 3 to 5 days of cancellation but now its been more than a week. Please look into the matter and get the problem resolved as soon as possible.

                      I have used zaakpay as payment merchant for irctc ticket booking but i due to some reason i had to cancel my ticket & irctc has refunded my amount, but still that amount has not been credited to my bank by zaakpay.

                            I booked railway ticket in irctc but my ticket got cancelled as no tickets were available but i got money is deposited in zaakpay pg . I haven't recieced my money yet. i made my paynent using sbi debit card.

                              I did transaction of rs, 1000/- on 22nd december 2018 evening at 9:40 pm by card no. [protected] of icici bank amex card for payment to milk basket (Milkbasket app) vie authorisation no. 837009. This was debited from my account, but not credited to milk basket. Can u let me know when this will be credited / refunded to my card. Incase you have not got the amount vide this authorisation code, please send me confirmation about it as the bankers are requesting for the same.

                              This site and this company is managed and run by fraudsters. Please make sure that you donot deal with them as they will try to cheat you to the extent of threatening you to extract money. Donot deal with these people. They are are big blot in the digital india vision for they cheat the customers.in the name of taking complaints they try to find out weak points of the customers and then use that to extract money. Beware!!! Beware!!!

                                    When i am booking the ticket due to payment gateway delay, the payment got deducted from my account but ticket is not booked. The payment is showing as amount was not revived from bank. I have asked irctc but the said contact your bank. When i checked in irctc it is showing the status as refunded to bank. Please do needful help to me as i am not getting refund.

                                        While ordering a food on zomato, i had added money in mobikwik wallet but amount got debited and not received in wallet.
