I have used zaakpay as payment merchant for irctc ticket booking but i due to some reason i had to cancel my ticket & irctc has refunded my amount still that amount has not been credited to my bank by zaakpay.

This is first time i used zaakpay & got very bad experience...

Hi Team,

I have used ease my trip for the cancel my flight with booking id - EMT49990612. Ease my trip is saying they have initiated the refund in Dec with the ZAAKPAY (I'd mentioned in Subject ) but I haven't received any money and it has been more than 3 months since I cancelled.

Not sure what should I do.

    I have booked the train ticket in irctc website using indian bank debit card on 22/12/2018 [ 11.10 am] through your payment gateway, the amount was debited from my sb account, but unfortunately the ticket was not booked. Till now i didnt refund my amount of rs. 385/- or anyother message from your side.

    Herewith i enclosed the transaction details pos prch atm wdl seq no[protected] atm id 00222562 transaction date & time 22/12/18 & 11.10 am..

    I need the refund amount status as soon as possible.

      On 21st Dec I tried to confirm a ticket through mobikwik through your zaakpay bank but ticket had not confirmed and amount was deducted. Now to avail the amount back in my account there is no contact hence I wrote it on your portal. Transactions Id is [protected] for 30th Dec train departing from Ahmedabad to Surat.

            I tried to book a ticket through irctc today 31.12.2018, after all process it shows that payment process rejected from bank. But amount of rs. 1591.47 have been deducted from my bank account and I didn't got any reservation, so pleez return my amount.

                I have cancelled train ticket on 18 th of december. Refund id :[protected]
                Pnr:[protected]
                Irctc gave a notification that an amount of 1450 has been sent to the bank zaakpay pg.
                It was mentioned that zaakpay will refund the amount within 3 to 5 days of cancellation but now its been more than a week. Please look into the matter and get the problem resolved as soon as possible.

                    I have paied the servicing charge of my google pixel device on 10/09/2018, which was deducted from my account and was not credited to google. I had repaied it on 20/09/2018, which was successful. I have reached to my bank, where my account is open and they told me that the payment was successful and they have not recieved refund. Thus it shows that i have paied two times for single repair work. I have contacted to google and they told me to contact to zaapak. The contact number provided by them seem to be some others.

                    The earlier paied amount is not been credited back to me.

                            I want back my money against cancellation refund amount ₹1670.00, which debited indian overseas bank. Yet not credited refunded by irctc on 20.12.18. I were purchased a waiting list amount of ₹1725.00 from howrah to visakhapatnam ticket from irctc on 14.12.18 and journey date was 29.12.18. But unfortunately it was not confirmed, so it was refunded ₹ ₹1670.00 by irctc i'd mentioned above through zackpay pg on 20.12.18.
                            Take an action and credit my amount to my said bank.

                              A half an hour ago, I received a message stating an OTP for a transaction of Rs. 235.75 using Zaak Epaym using my debit card number.
                              The message came from my Icici bank ivrs number. When contacted to bank, they confirmed they did not send any such foto message. I have not initiated such transaction either.
                              I would like to know who has used zaak epaym payment gateway nd from which merchant site.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I booked tickets in irctc through kotak mahindra net banking (Zaakpay pg). Due to some reason i cancelled the tickets and got the following email from irctc. I have cancelled my tickets on saturday (22/12/2018) and have got the refund email back from irctc on sunday (23/12/2018). Till now i did not find any amount credited to my bank. I have attached the screenshot and email from irctc for your reference. Kindly do something so that i get my amount back soon.
