about a refund from irctc

Sir, i booked railway ticket on[protected] but the ticket was not booked but the payment was made from the bank. I got a message that my payment will re refunded. Irctc returnes the amount of rs.4777.45/- to your bank. Please refund the money to my vijaya bank account though with i made the payment.

nandu refund issues irctc

Dear sir,
I had not get refund of my irctc ticket.
It shows refund id. But no money back to the account please help me.

regarding transaction of rs.175 on 16.12.18

I booked ticket through irctc money not refunded.

I booked ticket on 11.12.2018 throgh irctc. Transaction by mobikwik and money debited my sbi account. When i checked my bank account money not refunded. I check irctc app. Then i noticed irctc refunded to the amount to zaakpay bank. Please refund the amount to my account [protected], ifsc code sbin0022044. Kindly solve the issue.

money returned not done

I book my train tickets from irctc using the zaakpay. Later on i cancelled the tickets. After that i got mail from irctc that amount as refund to zaakpay. But from zaakpay i didn't receive the amount from last 4 days am waiting to get the amount. Plz do the needful with asap. I believe irctc will work on this nd the same time zaakpay need to address this with very technical requirements to full fill my compliant with out fail....

I have booked rly. Ticket on 07.12.18 through irctc. Portal i have paid through icici debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 07.12.18 irctc portal says payment is refunded on 10.12.2018 through zaakpay. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. automatic debit the money

07/12/2018. I booked a ticket through irctc rail connect app. The payment has proceed upto otp verification through zaak payment and after that process automatically cancelled and ticket was not booked.
So there is no booking takes place but amount deducted from my net banking. Please help me out from this and how to i get my refund. Pls note next time don't use zaakpay.com....

Still haven't received the cancellation amount in my account, almost past 17 days after cancellation.

Please look in to this case as on priority.

Rs 1065/- is still not credited in my bank account as shown in the attachment. Which lies with zaakpay...

not refund money from zaakpay

I have booked ticket in tatkal quotal on 24 nov 2018 through zaakpay as the payment gateway but transaction is failed due to not seat available and amount credited from my account but receiver did not receive the payment. I waited for one week to get my money back but till today there is no messages from your company. Hope this issule will get resolved soon. Waiting for your reply....

payment debited but not received by the receiver

Dear sir,
On 22nd june we had made a payment of rs 8176.2 from axis bank debit card at st andrew's college for admission purpose using zaak epayment services as the payment gateway. The amount got debited from the bank account but the receiver did not receive the payment. Hope this issue gets resolved soon. Waiting for your reply.

for issuing the refund for cancellation of e-railway ticket through irctc

I have cancelled my two e-railway ticket through irctc website through zaakpay.. The status in irctc show refunded. Irctc has transfered the money to zaakpay pg. But it has not been credited in my account. It has been eight days. Rs.910 is to be refunded.

Hi,

I booked a ticket on IRCTC (detail given below). Later on, I cancelled the tickets. Post 3-4 days, I checked that I did not get refund in my bank account. When I called IRCTC, they mentioned that the money has been credited to Zaakpay PG. I want Zaakpay to credit the amount to my bank account/debit card.
