        My irctc ticket cancelled refund of rs. 2890 against transaction id-[protected], pnr-[protected], refund id-[protected]. Is not credit to my account. The amount was refunded by irctc on 9th nov. 2018 to zaakpay pg. I have made cancellation on 6th nov 2018 for booked ticket of dated 9th nov. 2018.
        The refunded amount is not credited to my bank account.
        Please credit rs. 2890 to my bank acount used for irctc ticket booking.

            I have booked tickets in irctc.
            Booking date : 9th july 2018
            Journey date : 6th nov 2018
            Ticket cancellation date : 6th nov 2018

            As per irctc amount has been credited on 9th nov 2018. But still amount has not been credited my account. Credit amount = 135+135 = rs.270

            Issue number two.

            During the booking (9th july 2018) amount (Rs.540) has been debited two times from my bank account, but i have done transaction only one time. And that amount too not yet credited back.

            Kindly take this issue seriously and refund the amount for the above both issues as soon as possible.

            Still didn't get refund.
            I have cancelled my IRCTC tickets on 3rd November and refund date was 4th november. Still i have not received my refund.

              I tried booking ticket in 11th nov 2018 via irctc.
              My money is deducted but ticket was not booked. My bank account is in icici bank. I tried doing the transaction via internet banking and after all the details are filled in, transaction is done but my ticket was not booked and error page shows up, but money is deducted "amount is rupees 1091.80". I waited till today's morning for it to be refunded in my account since the transaction was failed but it is still not refunded.
              Kindly initiate the refund.

                  I have booked my ticket and cancelled but i've not got the refund. I've done the transaction from mobikwik but it's showing zaakpay pg. And the status os showing refunded, but i've not got any of the money. I've cancelled two tickets. First one's refund amount is rs 120.0/- and another one's is rs 60.0/-.                         I booked a tatkal railway ticket on 3rd of nov 2018 and made payment through zaakpay.
                        As my tatkal ticket ended up as waiting list

                        Irctc issued refund to zaakpay but zaakpay has not credited the amount back to my account.

                        I tried calling the customer care number but there was no response.

                        Irctc issued refund to zaakpay but zaakpay has not credited the amount back to my account.

                          On 31st oct i cancelled a tickt from irctc phone app..

                          I called in irctc they said they refunded the money on 1th november.. Then i also called my bank.. They also said no credit is done till now...

                            Booked the pass for siatere zameen par through https://heartfulness.org/en/sitaare-zameen-par/ site and paid rs.2400. Payment gateway for icici routed through zaakpay.

                            During the payment processing, there was no response and not received the ticket too. Rs.2400 debited from my account.

                            Pls ensure amount is credited back to my account asap.

                              On 3rd november i cancelled a tickt from irctc phone app..
                              My pnr no-[protected].

                              Refund amout-2230.
                              I called in irctc they said they refunded the money on 5th november.. Then i also called my bank.. They also said no credit is done till now...
                              The bank they refunded is zaakpay pg.
                              Is been 7 days after i cancelled the ticket.. Please look into the matter and kindly initiate my refund..

                                I cancelled irctc ticket on 3rd november.. Now from irctc they are saying they refunded my money on 5th nov.. But i didnt received the money yet.. My pnr no is-[protected]..
                                I contacted my bank also.. They also saying no credit is done on 5th nov.. So its most likely to get stuck in zaakpay pg.
                                They transfered money to zaakpay pg.
                                Please initiated the refund.. Thank you.

                                  Hello,
                                  I used mobikwik gateway to pay for a reservation on irctc website using my sbi debit card on nov 3, 2018. The reservation was canceled on the same day but the money has not been credited to my bank account. On irctc webpage, it says that they refunded the money on nov 4 to zaakpay pg. How do i get it back from there into my bank account?

                                    Amount debited from bank account at the time of train ticket booking on 09.11.2018 vide transaction id-[protected] through zaakpay gp which was failed and irctc has refunded the amount to zaakpay gp for credit to my bank account. Please make an arrangement to credided the amount to my bank account as early as possible. Transaction amount rs.5250.98.

                                      I had recharged from mobikwik app of rs 399 through debit card yesterday at7pm the money is deducted from my account. That is withdrawn by zaak e payment services. But recharged has not been done pl either recharge my mobile or refund the money. I am not happy with the services of this company. Pl tell me the way how can i get this refund. Or u directly send the money to my bank account from where u have deducted
