I would like to inform you that i had cancelled two railway tickets on 17th october, 2018 through irctc mobile app but till now money is not refunded. Kindly check this matter urgently and inform me the status asap.

    I booked my two ticket through zaakpay payment gateway of irctc.
    During my first transaction money got debited from my bank account but ticket didn't get booked, and i cancelled the another ticket in which irctc status says that refund back to bank but till now i didn't received my money back.
    So please look into it and try to resolve it asap

        Booking date - 2nd july 2018
        Journey dat - 10 october at 7.45 pm

        I supposed to journey through the train on 10 october 2018 but unfortunately the train was cancelled because of cyclone stating that i will received my money within 1 week.. Now its nearly 1 month.. I havent received my money yet in my bank account... The irctc saying that refund has been done from there end on 15th october...         I paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 5th November. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 1300 rupees. The transaction id was [protected] . I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.

          I booked my railway ticket through irctc site using Zaakpay pg on 4th November 2018. Booked ticket for howrah.Transaction failed but my payment has been deducted and I got the message from irctc that the payment has been refunded to Zaakpay PG. But till now I have not received my payment from Zaakpay PG.

          So requesting you to refund my amount ASAP.

            I booked a train ticket but train got cancelled so i cancelled my ticket, and i tried to book a train ticket but payment got failed, & amount got deducted.
            Well, irctc has refunded money for following two transactions on 31oct 2018. However, it has not yet been credited in my bank account by zaakpay pg.

            Refund transaction ids:-

            2. [[protected]] (Refund amount - rs. 1420.49)

            Kindly refund the same immediately as it's been already 7 days have been passed.

              Dear sir I have cancelled 2 tickets via irctc on 28/10/18 and 31/10/18 of refund amount ₹395 & ₹1360 respectively. I have paid through mobiquick via zaakapay pg by my sbi debit card. The irctc refund statement showing refunded. But did not get any money by your site..
              Pls refund my money as fast as possible I have attached the screenshots of the refund statement.

                  I have booked airline tickets on 4th november 2018 delhi to bagdogra on easemytrip app. I received an email easemytrip (Booking id-emt[protected] that transaction got rejectet and no tickets has been booked due to change in fare or unavailability of seats but amount got detected from my amex credit card - bank account through zaakpay.
                  I called customer care of easemytrip and they have initiated the refund. I request you to initiate the process and refund my amount back to my account.

                        I tried to book a tatkal ticket from my user id but transaction failed meanwhile amount was deducted from my credit card. I selected zaakpay as payment gateway while making payment. Transaction ID [protected]. It's been 10 days yet the amount has not been refunded.

                                      An amount of Rs.1130.49 deducted from account but transaction failed. I contacted irctc they said they did not receive the amount & it was a 'settlement-failed transaction'. I have not received refund till now. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        I have booked tatkal train ticket on 16 oct 2018 to travel on 17 oct 2018 from CAN to MAS and status was waiting list. I didn't cancel the ticket as amount should be re credited if tatkal ticket is in waiting list. I booked through hdfc net banking through zaakpay pg.

                                        Please do the needful to get my money recredit back. It is ₹525.
