An amount of Rs.1130.49 deducted from account but transaction failed. I contacted irctc they said they did not receive the amount & it was a 'settlement-failed transaction'. I have not received refund till now. Kindly look into the matter.

    My refund id [protected] and [protected] refunded from irctc but not yet credited by zakpay pg.
    I have paid though credit card through zakpay pg (Mobikwik)

    Pnr no: [protected] and [protected] respectively

    Cancellation date 18 oct20108 and 16 oct 2018 respectively

    Irctc refund not yet credited by zakpay pg. (About 10 days)

    Seeks zakpay pg is playing with customer refund by delaying. I can see many peoples are compaining about refund delay.
    Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have cancelled a ticket of Indian railways reservation.
    But I haven't received refund amount yet

    I cancelled my PNR [protected] on 20 Oct 18 and the money 2135/- is still to be credited in my account. The refund detail is ZP57728c9b4a235 asper IRCTC.PSE action at the earliest.
    I have booked tatkal train ticket on 16 oct 2018 to travel on 17 oct 2018 from CAN to MAS and status was waiting list. I didn't cancel the ticket as amount should be re credited if tatkal ticket is in waiting list. I booked through hdfc net banking through zaakpay pg.

    Please do the needful to get my money recredit back. It is ₹525.

        I cancelled my irctc ticket on 25.10.2018 and my transaction i'd is [protected] and amount to refund 2780.00 rupees. And my pnr number is [protected]. Please sir refund my money i have urgent required money

          I booked irctc ticket on 28-oct-2017. My amount rs. 521.81 was deducted from my hdfc account but ticket wasn't not booked. Irctc has refunded to zaakpay but zaakpay hasn't refunded to my account back.

          I have paid my kreditee bee loan as on 15/10/2018 but my loan is still show unpaid and i ave paid zaakpay through paytm and my transaction was successful please help for the folling issue

            Pnr number [protected], the ticket is showing the amount is refunded to the bank zaakpay pg however the amount is not yet refunded its not even processed kindly process the complaint as soon as possible so that the amount be refunded be transfered to me. The onus is on zaakpay pg which not only once but has failed the respect hundred of times while responding to complaints

            You are auto debiting my money without my knowledge, my account have lot of transaction from eZaak payment for nothing, who are you, what is your service, how can you debit money from my account without my knowledge, Fraud i have raised a cyber cell on you

              I had made an transaction for booking my ticket from irctc website, on 20-10-18 which got cancelled due to some reason but money of the amount of ticket got debited from my account but it has not still been credited back to my account.
              I had checked with irctc, there the status is showing that it has been credited back to you on the same day itself.
              Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I paid my loan amount by the UPI of MobiKwik on 24th September 2018. But balance has been cut from my bank account but it is not visible in the account of KreditBee.
              I again made payment of ₹ 5000 in the same way, but the payment failed.

                    I have not yet received my refund account of the pnr number [protected] please further my request as it has been pending moreover it's the efficiency of your company which has been disappointing at times this is the second time such incident have occured in order to make the company for user friendly you will have to pursue a policy which responds to complaints fast forward in a smooth manner

                        I had canceled my online ticket on 20th october, 2018 and till now i didn't get my refund credited in my bank account.
                        Zaakpay is very slow in crediting refunds compared to the others like paytm which will take approximately one week to credit refund
                        I request zaakpay to credit my refund as soon as possible in my bank account

                          I have booked 2 tickets on 16th october in irctc and paid 520rs through my debit card.
                          My tickets are not cnf so my all 2 tickets canclled on 17 october and when checked in irctc, it shows as amount was refunded on 22 october.

                            When i was doing my online payment on uber money got deducted from zaak pay of 409/- donno for what they deducted the amount and for what purpose. I wish my money to be refunded back as soon as possible. Atleast they should show some matter before deducting the amount unknowingly deducted the amount suddenly is not good and don't know for what purpose they debited amount.

                                        I have booked two tickets on 14 Aug and 15 Oct 2018. The both tickets were partially cancelled 17 October from IRCTC mobile App, but didn't get any amount in bank account.

                                        Could you please help me out to sort out the issue and refund the amount in banks account.

                                        I got refund amout on 25/10/2018 @ 3:00 PM exact on 8th day. Railway promised, will refund within 3-4 days. If the refund is because of, I posted complain on your site. I should post complains each time as I cancel my tickets on IRCTC.

                                        I have booked a train ticket from mysuru to Chennai my ticket was in wait list so after chart preparing my name was dropped from the list due to wait list, so my money is refunded by irctc but still now my amount is not credited to my account please do the needful things
