      I have cancelled my rail tickets & the payment gateway was zaakpay the refund was initiated on 04.09.2018. The refund reference no. And amount is as under:
      (A) zp572f15a7e3327 of rs. 2010/-
      (B) zp572f170339ba5 of rs. 80/-
      The refund amount has not yet been received.

      Please take necessary action immediately as the same will hinder the faith in the payment portal.

              I tried to book a ticket for train no:12603 chennai to hyd for today on 7th sep 2018. It was a failed transaction and ticket also was not booked. The transaction id : [protected] payment was made by my andhra bank account.in ticket refund history it shows money is sent to bank and bank name: zaakpay pg. But i didnt receive any amount in my account. Pls help on this.

                      I have made transaction with

                      I have made transaction with zaakpay.com gateway to pay my electricity bill for rs. 4640 on 18/08/18 my bank account was debited with the amount showing generated number zaakpay[protected]. But my electricty bill was remain unpaid and not credited. I have made complaint to zaakpay.com gateway for the same and request to refund the amount. Nothing is heard from zaakpay i have send reminder twice after passing reasonable time.
                      More than ten days is already passed, neither i have received refund nor any massage from zaakpay. I have made transaction first time with zaakpay and i donot know how to deal with zaak;pay gateway to get my money back. I have also mentioned gateway that if electricity bill is not paid by due date, penalty to be levied. To avoid penalty i have to paid my bill without getting refund from zaakpay. Here is my humble request to do the needful.

                        But uber has not got the money but it is deducted by zaak epay.

                        Uber has not sent me receipt of my payment and they are refusing that i have paid.

                                  Reminder. I have paid my electricity bill for rs. 4640 to torrent power by e banking through your gateway. The amount is debited in my account showing your number generate as zaakpay[protected] on 18th august 2018. But my electric bill was unpaid. Amount debited in my a/c but bill remain unpaid. There is a penalty if bill is not paid before due date, i hereby request you to get back my amount in my a/c so that i can paid my elect bill in time.                                         I tried to book a ticket from bhubaneshwar to jabalpur from train no 01662 on 31/08/2018 for date of journey 01/08/2018 from irctc rail connect app for android. Due to unavailability of lower seat i don't get the lower seat in 3a coach but the amount of rs1545.00 was deducted from my account.
