      I didn't get my refund back. I used ZAAK Pay PG for my payment getway because IRCTC show this type of fraud payment options on it's official site for any kind of transaction????
      I'm totally disappointed from service, it's like a mental torcher.
      Resolve my payment do some hard steps.

              I have booked rly. Ticket on 10.06.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 30.06.2018.                 this transaction made on[protected].
                money deducted from my uco bank a/c-[protected].
                uco bank says it was a successfull transaction and IRCTC tells IRCTC did not recived it.and I'm using the ZAAKPAY PG payment gateway in this transaction.Zaakpay PG didn't refund it till now(its now almost 1 month).
                even ZAAKPAY.COM customer care didn't recive my call.
                And the transaction value is- 4815/- rupees

                      I have tried to booked two ticket from IRCTC app dated on 28/06/2018. but unfortunately at the last stage of payment( after entering NET SECURE CODE) Transaction become fail, i will contact axis bank customer executive they says that amount will already transferred to zaak payment( I choose mobikwik for the payment) on there records having transaction ID :ZC8B2BF6C17276, you will not inform me till this time regarding the refund process, so kindly check the my transaction details, and refund the amount as soon as possible

                      i have worst experience with mobikwik and zaak pay pg, because the amount will be debited from my account 8 days ago .but till this time they will not inform me about the refund process. they are trying to cheat me, i will wait for 5 or more days otherwise i shoud go for court and legal formalities, ...

                        I've made a transaction for irctc 655 INR, on date 23rd of June through Jaakpay payment gateway.Transaction was failed due to unknown reason & Ticket was not booked but amount debited. My irctc user id showing amount is being refunded by irctc, refund id is [protected] but I didn't get amount yet. I can't understand why after 15 day amount is not credited in account yet.what type of this payment gateway system, it looks like fraud. So you are requested Kindly look into the matter.

                          I booked a ticket from irctc but the transition was wl / cancelled because there was no seat available in the tatkal quota please refund my all the amount back because the irctc is showing that they have refunded but the amount is not refunded back in my account

                            The transaction failed and the reason stated was "No response from Bank End"

                            The bank name is "ZAAKPAY PG". The payment gateway I used is Mobikwik. My bank account from which money got debited is City Union Bank. Rs.231.8/- is a big amount for me. I demand a refund.

                            Kindly refund the amount and please notify me of the same.
