I booked a tatkal railway ticket on 22nd of august 2018 and made payment through zaakpay.
As my tatkal ticket ended up as waiting list (Wl 17), i cancelled the ticket.
Date of cancellation: 22 aug-2018 16:37:20 hrs

Irctc issued refund to zaakpay but zaakpay has not credited the amount back to my account.

I tried calling the customer care number (+91 [protected]) but there was no response.

Train number : 16526
Pnr number: [protected]
Refund amount : 1165
Refund status: amount credited to bank (Zaakpay).

I cancelled my ticket on 19th august 2018. Still i didn't got amount. But in IRCTC portal updated as amount refunded. Find the screen shot and refund the amount.

    I cancelled my ticket on 16/08/2018, the pnr no. Is [protected], transaction id is [protected] and the cancellation id is [protected]. I used the hdfc net banking to pay the amt. On irctc site it shows that amt 980 has been refunded to zaakpay but still i have not recieved amt in my respective bank. So please solve my problem and help me so that i can get my refund back.

                                Yesterday i. E., on aug 14th 2018 i tried to book a railway ticket from irctc app but my transaction failed date but amount was deducted from my account and i didn't get a ticket booked. And later i tried to book from another vendor and i got my ticket booked. Now could you please refund d my amount which is deducted by you. My transaction id details is mention below.

                                      I have booked 1 ticket in 12168/bsb ltt superfast exp on 8 aug 2018. I paid on irctc using zaakpay. Due to uncertain reason, i cancelled the tickets and irctc has refunded that amount. I have paid through my icici debit card, irctc portal says payment is refunded on 9-aug-2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank. The total refund amount was 500 rupees.
