I ahve booked a ticket on 9th of aug 2018, for bbsr to hwh from irctc with the amount rs.2011.8.

The amount got debited from my bank account, but the ticket booking failed as irctc didnt got response from zaakpay pg bank.

I am attaching the screen shot of the same failed transaction from irctc.

Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

      I have tried to book one ticketn using my irctc app and i have selected, unfortunately my transaction got failed but my account got debied from my hdfc bank by rs.1256.80/- on 02nd august, 2018.

              I booked a ticket (General quota- pnr number : [protected], reservation id: [protected], booking amount 830.00) from ant to mau jn (Boarding station krj) with wl/82 and wl/83 on 28 jul 2018 but my ticket was cancelled (Wl cancellation) on 29 jul 2018. On www.irctc.co.in site ticket refund history shows:
              Refund status: refunded
              Bank name: zaakpay pg
              Refund amount: 710.0
              But amount is not refunded in my sbi bank account.
              Please help me.

                I booked tickets on irctc mobile app using mobikwik channel however money got deducted and credited to zaak epayment service but tickets not booked.

                I have very bad experience with mobikwik channel and we should take a strong anction against this payment channel

                  I had made a payment to uber ride on 1st aug 18 through my credit card through uberapplication who have adopted zaak epayment system. The money has been debited by my bank, but it seams that the same has not been paid to uber. Amount rs 676.10 from standard chartered bank. Please sort out and send the payment to uber immediately, otherwise refund to my bank

                    My name is Fiazan, I just booked the tickets from NZM to BDTS from IRCTC Application and selected the mode of payment as MOBIWIK. I made the transaction amount got deducted from my bank account.
                    but on IRCTC app it shows under failed transaction.
                    Even tickets not got booked and amount got deducted.

                    I want my money bank on my bank statement its shows as ZAAKINDIANRAILWAYSCA, This is worst experience on MOBIWIKI and IRCTC having such a worst payment gateway.

                      I have booked 4 tickets in 13114/Hazarduari Express on 11 Jul 2018. I paid on IRCTC using Zaakpay. Due to uncertain reason, I cancelled the tickets and IRCTC has refunded that amount. I have paid through SBI debit card, IRCTC portal says payment is refunded on 25-Jul-2018 in Zaakpay PG but not received in my bank. The total refund amount was 120 rupees.                               I have booked ticket in irctc and later on cancelled it on 17/03/18. It is showing in irctc that money was refunded on 20/03/18. But till today i haven't got any amount in my bank account. When i made contact with irctc they told that they have refunded already, and suggested to make further contact to zaakpay. So, please fix the issue and do the need ful for refunding my amount. I am hereby attaching the details..

                                      Yesterday evening around 8pm, i payed money for uber cab through online... And at last it shows zaak e payment received the money... Whereas i don't do dat.. I don't even know what is this zaak e payy. I had to pay again for uber... Return my inr.89 asap. What the hell are u guys doing? There is no customer care number also. I have complained my bank also. Send my money back asap.
