Dear sir,
I booked a ticket (General quota- pnr number : [protected], reservation id: [protected], booking amount 830.00) from ant to mau jn (Boarding station krj) with wl/82 and wl/83 on 28 jul 2018 but my ticket was cancelled (Wl cancellation) on 29 jul 2018. On www.irctc.co.in site ticket refund history shows:
Refund status: refunded
Bank name: zaakpay pg
Refund amount: 710.0
But amount is not refunded in my sbi bank account.
Please help me.
